Chaos to begin bus ride!

Bus was half hour late. Received email half hour before our pick up time moving our pick up to a different location which created confusion for about 11 of us waiting to be picked up at original pick up site- our hotel! Very frustrating with no apologies. Very poor.

Fantastic Guide/Driver

Our Tour Guide, Jon, was an outstanding storyteller and kept us entertained with background, legends, history and personal observations of the stops on the tour. He was treated us as Ohana and made sure we had water and juice, delivered our lunches to us, checked that every one was comfortable. At the waterfall trail, my knee acted up so I found a shady spot to wait for my husband. Jon had rented a scooter to go down to the waterfall to check on everyone else. On the way back Jon insisted I use the scooter to return to the bus. I nominate him for employee of the year.

We had a great day, our driver Humu was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained getting there and coming back to our pick up place he was right on time overall it was a great experience, didn’t care for the food that was available at pearl harbor , we went to the Arizona memorial I think we should have done both tours the Missouri as well maybe next time.

Our bus tour guide was absolutely amazing! Juicy is his name. He was very informative and funny. He helped us with everything we needed and told us where to go. The pearl harbor site was breathe taking. They are all very informative at every site you go to. The Missouri is massive and takes awhile to see it all but it was very self explanatory and easy to do a self tour. It was all worth it!

Well organized and efficient/enjoyable tour
Bus ride out and back was very informative of the time from a local perspective. All the arrangements and timing at the historic site with its distinct ticketing ( mighty Mi, the AZ memorial) was seamless and great. Highly recommend for a fine and necessary day trip on Oahu.

It was a good tour and great driver. I wish we would have stopped at more of the scenic spots and skipped some of the roadside gift shops. One was enough. I would skip the Dole Plantation altogether.

I’m so glad we ended up choosing this package rather than trying to coordinate this trip on our own. Our tour guide, Chelsie, sent us great information ahead of time so that we knew exactly what to bring, what to expect during the trip, and where to meet. The open air bus was a fun part of the trip. She shared great information as we drove through Honolulu and to Pearl Harbor. When we arrived, she made sure we knew where to go and our timeline for the trip. Everything went smoothly and the whole family enjoyed the visit.

The Pearl Harbor Guided Arizona Memorial & USS Battleship Missouri tour was so moving. The Arizona Memorial was very humbling to know how many lives were given up for the freedom we enjoy today. The Battleship Missouri was amazing, knowing all the history that transpired on it. The tour underneath with all the memorabilia brought us right back to the days that the letter were written, the bed that were slept in, the uniforms that were worn and so much more. It was so educational and inspirational!

We were picked up by Shorts exactly on time and found our guide to be helpful, kind and informative. He was a great driver and answered any questions we had. He provided clear instructions on what to do when and was very patient with our group that ranged from the elderly in a wheelchair to the young kids. He gave us options on lunch and have us plenty of time to sightsee. Shorts is highly recommended!!!

Totally enjoyed our tour with Squid. He was so informative, giving us great information about each place we visited (as well as places we passed along the way). Loved the high energy music he played on the bus, which energized the group. Loved the shrimp lunch, which was included. Kudos to Squid. I highly recommend this tour to others. My hubby wanted to tour Pearl Harbor on his birthday, so I booked this tour and we had the best time! Nani, our tour guide, was the best! He was pleasant, funny and just a great source of information - we honestly did learn so much about Honolulu, Oahu, the Hawaiian culture and Pearl Harbor itself! The tour itself was awesome ... tour bus was on time for pickup, we had the perfect amount of time both for the Arizona memorial and the Mighty Mo tour. It was just a really great day, and my hubby thoroughly enjoyed HIS day spent learning some history! Thank you!!
