I am afraid of water. When our team went snorkeling, I told the captain I wouldn't go. She said, "I take you and you should overcome it." Then she put me on a big noodle and slowly pulled me to the snorkeling place. It's wonderful that I can see some tropical fish and turtles. Thank you, Captain!

The water was crystal clear and riding the stand-up pedal board was such a great experience. Every staff was very kind and welcoming. Also, kudos to the two musicians on the boat. The songs they played made the experience more enjoyable.

初めてのハナウマ湾、個人だと予約が必要など段取りが分かりませんでしたが、ガイドさんがいて安心でした。
シュノーケリングはかなり沖の方まで連れて行って貰えて、ホヌにも遭遇。シュノーケリング自体は沖縄で何度も経験済みでしたが、全然スケールが違いました。
とても楽しかったです。良い思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。
風により波があるので、酔い止めを飲んで参加されるのがおすすめです。
楽しんでいただけてとても嬉しいです。海のコンディションの良い時だけ沖の方をご案内していますので、お天気にも恵まれコンディションにも恵まれ良かったですね。またハワイにお越しの際にはツアーにリピートしていただけますことをお待ちしております。ありがとうございました。Mahalo!!

今回2回目の参加です！
1回目は天気が悪く寒くて、海のコンディションも最悪で正直あまり楽しめませんでした。。
それもあり今回リベンジしたら、晴天プラス干潮で最高のコンディションで参加できました！
しかも現地のスタッフさんが覚えていてくれて話しかけてくれたのでとても嬉しかったです！！
ウミガメもたくさん見れてとても楽しかったです！！
2回とも同じ送迎の方でした、とても良い方で好きです！
また参加したいと思います！
行くタイミング難しいと思うけど、やっぱり干潮を狙って行けたらいいと思います！

今回2回目の体験でした。
前回は11月、今回は1月なのでどちらも水位は腰ぐらいで砂浜はありませんでしたが、それでも最高の体験でした。
1回目は少し寒く水から上がると寒く感じましたが、今回は少し水温も高く快適に遊べました。
船でポイントまで行くのですが、スタッフの方の対応が本当に素晴らしい。
楽しませてくれようとする気持ちがヒシヒシと伝わってきます。
妻が泳ぐのが苦手で海亀ウォッチだけは無理と言っていましたが、スタッフの方のサポートで人生初のシュノーケリングまで体験できて非常に喜んでいました。
海亀もしっかり見れました。
また、今回2回目だと伝えるとお土産までくれました。3回目も行きたくなりますね。
他の方のコメントでもありましたが、タイミングによっては寒いですがそれに対する温かい飲み物の用意やスパムおにぎり、味噌汁、お菓子などを無料で用意してくれていて最後まで楽しく過ごせました。

タイミングによっては非常に寒く感じる事もあるので、
少し荷物にはなりますがタオル多めと上に羽織る物は必ず用意しておくといいです。
身体を温める飲食物は十分に用意してくださってます。

大満足のシュノーケリングでした！！
不安に思っていたことは全てスタッフのお二人が解消してくれました。
特に、財布やパスポート、スマホ等、貴重品の管理が不安でしたが、鍵付きのケースにまとめて保管していただけるので安心でした。
また、あまり出会うことの出来ないと言われる海亀が、偶然3匹も目の前に現れ一緒に泳いでくれたときはとても感動しました。
けっこう泳ぎましたが、子どもが参加することもあるくらいなので、きっと大丈夫です！
１月の朝ということもあり、泳ぎ終わったときは少し寒かったので、パーカーなど羽織るものやタオルを持っていっていて良かったと思いました。
寝坊さえしなければ
最高の1日になること間違いなしでしょう！
もしまたハワイに来ることがあれば
必ずこのツアーに申し込みたいと思えるほどです。
本当にありがとうございました！
・スマホの防水ケースを用意していましたが、そんな余裕はありませんでした。しかし、スタッフの方がGoProで撮った写真をfacebookあげてもらえるので思い出は残せます。

1月初めは雨季のためサンドバーはなく、腰くらいまで水に浸かります。ですがカヤック、SUP、シュノーケリングをたっぷり楽しめます。バナナボートもやりましたが、結構激しめでした。ボートでは生演奏がとても良かったのとスタッフ全員片言の日本語でたくさん話しかけてくれ、とても楽しかったです。
ボートの更衣室が一つしかないので水着を着て行った方がいいと思います。また帰りもボートがハーバーについたらそのまま解散で港に着替えるところがないので、早めにサンドバーを切り上げて着替えた方がいいです。

Touristy Trip

We took our teenage daughters on this tour. Staff were friendly and the day went smoothly overall. I was very disappointed to see that the staff chum the waters (feed the fish) in order to make this a better snorkel experience for guests. Feeding the fish makes them more aggressive, leads to overpopulation and affect their health.
While we appreciated the live music on board and music played over speakers when in the water, the loud cheesy music on the way home was just too much (Baby Shark, Gangnum Style etc. ) This may appeal to some tourists but just created a very loud experience and took away from our enjoying the natural beauty around us.
The Kaneohe Sandbar is worth visiting, just make sure you this type of experience is right for you b

朝の渋滞を避け、現地でもできる限り時間を有効に使えるよう準備、気配りをしていただきました。プロに任せてよかったです。
久しぶりのシュノーケリングでしたが、Chieko先生が丁寧に指導してくださったので、不安なく泳ぎ回ってたくさんのお魚に出会えて、とても楽しかったです。ありがとうございました。
朝早いツアーに参加すると、シュノーケリング後の時間も有効に使えて良いと思います。

12月ということで、太陽が雲に隠れているタイミングや海から出た直後は少し肌寒かったのですが、魚もいっぱい見ることが満喫できました。ハナウマ湾の滞在時間もちょうど良かったです。

This was a great tour. I’m a little scared of the water. I don’t swim particularly well and I hate putting my head underwater. I wore a life jacket. The hardest part for me was just getting from the steps of the boat under the water and putting my head into the scuba submersible head part of the scooter. Also getting back out. There were people assisting us with everything. What a great experience.! Highly recommended!
It would help if people could grab onto the stairs as they try to get out from underwater-less panic

ワイキキから船が出るので、移動が楽でした。シュノーケルポイントもカメが居て間近で見れました。ワイキキ沖でも水が澄んでいて凄く綺麗でした。
また、シュノーケルの後、ダイヤモンドヘッドの裏位までクルージングしてくれて、ただシュノーケルやってお終いって感じじゃなかったのが良かったです。スタッフは英語だけですが、日本語の説明書きを見せてくれるので、英語が苦手な方でも大丈夫です！
近場でサクっとシュノーケルするならおすすめです！

天気にも恵まれ最高でした♪バナナボートとチューブラインのコースで正解でした。バナナボートでは途中ボートの方が海亀のポイントに連れてってくれたので、ボートを止めて海亀ウォッチをしてくれ、子供も感激してました。
少し寒いので長袖必須ですね。

ガイドのチエコさんダンさん、またお世話になりたいです！こういったツアーは沢山体験してきましたが、お2人のホスピタリティには感動しました。
前日夜、メールもいただいていたのですが、ホテルの部屋に「ハナウマ湾周辺はホリデーで混雑が予想されるので、15分早くピックアップします」とご丁寧にご連絡いただきました。
ピックアップもハナウマ湾への入場もスムーズで、説明ビデオを見るポジション取りもしっかり教えていただきました。
12月の早朝コース、ウェットスーツの予約をしていなかったのですが、寒いから着たほうが良いとアドバイスいただき、追加でその場でレンタルさせてもらいました。
娘(10歳)はシュノーケリング持参で行きましたが、筒の部分はハイスペックなレンタル品に変えてもらったり、お気遣いいただきました。
シュノーケリングも最高！
チエコさんダンさんにしっかりガイドしてもらい、チエコさんが娘の手を繋いでいてくれたおかげで、最後まで泳ぐことができ、ウミガメにも会えました。感激です。
また是非お世話になりたいです。

寒い時期の午前中はウェットスーツレンタルをおすすめします。また、シュノーケリング経験のない小さい子供はお風呂でシュノーケリングの練習をしていくと良いと思います！

スタッフは明るく面白い人たちでサイコーでした。
船でもらったドーナツは美味しかったけど、ジュースはイマイチかも。
船から降りる場所は、1.5mの海におります。アトラクションメインのツアーです。水着は必須。アトラクションはスタッフの見守りもあって安心で楽しめました。
12／31参加でしたが、船は日陰、バスのエアコンは寒いので着替えは必要です。

期待して参加しましたが、期待に反しそれほど感動できませんでした。東海岸にはもっときれいなビーチがたくさんありますので、それを探していった方がいいと思います。船内の音楽演奏は、とても良かったです。

Waikiki Snorkel with Turtles Cruise with Beers & Cocktails - Ke Kai Catamaran
Outstanding and well worthwhile

We got to see four dolphins and several turtles. Not to mention a large school of all kinds of fish.
The staff was very, very friendly. I want to go again! We highly recommend

ビーチ最高！スタッフも最高！

ワイキキビーチよりも人が少なく、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。3世代6人で参加しましたが、自転車、浮き輪、ブーツキモズのパンケーキを選択できて良かったです。子どもたちはほとんど休むことなく、浮き輪を持ってビーチで遊んでいました。
日本人スタッフがいてくださったので、心強く、おすすめなども聞けて良かったです。プレートランチも美味しかったです。また参加したいなと思うツアーでした。
午前、午後のどちらかをカイルアタウンへ連れて行ってもらうことができます。ビーチに5時間は長いかなと思う方はそれもありだと思います。
自転車は、ブレーキが日本のものと違うので注意が必要です。
