We had an outstanding experience! The captain and co-captain were friendly and professional. We arrived at the cage and returned to our destination safely. We were fortunate to see a few sharks. I thought I might get seasick but to my surprise I did not. I think it was because my grandson and I ate a bland meal beforehand and do not drink coffee. Unfortunately, two of the passengers did get sick and went palu in the cage! Auwe! Overall a great experience and we'd do it again.

金曜日の花火がある日に3スターコースに参加しました。窓際オプションと記念写真も申し込みました。
料理が順に運ばれて来ます。事前に「夕陽の写真を撮っている内にお皿が下げられた」というコメントを見て参加しましたが、タイミングを見計らえば、そんなことはありません。
「エビが水っぽい」というコメントもありましたが、特には感じませんでした。
花火は、開始時刻が近くなると一斉に動き始めるので、
少し早めに動くのがコツです。米人の後ろからは見えません。ただ、日本の花火大会より時間は短く（10〜15分？）、遠方からなので迫力は今一歩です。
終わり近くになるとディスコタイムとなり、女性従業員が弾けて踊り、盛り上がりました。
説明書に、「代金にはチップが含まれていない」と書いてあったので、心積もりしていましたが、渡すタイミングがありませんでした。
出口付近で、フラダンスの男女ペアと記念撮影してくれます（無料）。いい思い出になりました。

Waikiki Luau with All-You-Can-Eat Buffet Dinner, Fire Dance & Rock-A-Hula Show
A Must Do Experience that Exceeded my Expectations!

The dinner and show were a great way to spend time in Hawaii, and I would do this one again! The food was tasty, plentiful, and offered more of a variety of choices than some of the other luaus I’ve attended on the island. Be sure to come hungry! I was thrilled that I could enjoy a welcome mai tai since they had a nonalcoholic option. I thought I was going to have to miss out, but they had me covered, and it didn’t taste like it was only pineapple juice. After the delicious dinner and fun fellowship with other guests, it was time for the show. The transition from the dining area to the show venue was smooth. The staff was so helpful. Shout out to Sheena!
Some of the performers in the show had also attended to us at the luau. It was awesome to see them in their element on stage. They were professional in both settings, and so talented on stage. I felt like I was watching friends perform. I knew the show was about Hawaii over time, but I was pleasantly surprised when “Elvis” came on stage and you also had to bolt me to my seat when “Michael Jackson” appeared. Both performers were believable! The fire dancer was lit! (Pun intended) and the energetic dancers and singers were top notch. Be sure to come with a camera to take lots of pictures with the flash off, of course! You will not be disappointed!

事前の期待が大き過ぎたかも、、、？

人気があるアクティビティのようで、2週間前の予約でも午前スタートは取れず、午後13時過ぎの予約に。
集合場所から現地に向かう途中に激しい雨。到着時は小雨程度。出発時は雨が上がりラッキー。
お昼前後は昼食注文の長蛇の列で参加時刻に間に合うか、気を揉んだ。到着後、速やかに並ぶのが正解。
出発前に事前説明を受け、免許証の確認。日本の免許証でOK。国際免許証は不要。
いざ出発。前の車に後れないようにでこぼこ道を懸命に追いかける。ハンドルを目一杯握るので疲れる。爽快感はさほど感じなかった。
途中の休憩スポットで映画の撮影シーンと絡めた説明があるが、ジュラシックパーク以外は観ておらず、チンプンカンプン。
雨が降っていたら大変だったかも。雨が上がっていたので、泥ハネ少なく殆ど汚れなし。
先頭のリーダーと最後を見守るのは経験十分な陽気な女性二人。沢山喋ってくれるが早口で理解度1／3。因みに当方はTOEIC800以上。
帰りのバス時刻は予め指定されており、待つこと2時間ほど。欲しい土産物もなくただ待つのみ。乗用車で来た人が多いようです。
乗馬コース参加者が、「こんなに楽しいとは思わなかった」（日本語）と言っているのを小耳にはさんだので、「そちらにするんだった」とやや後悔。

午前中の部に参加しました。
海はエメラルドグリーンでとても綺麗でした！思ったよりも深くて冷たくて最初驚きました。カヤックやSUP？を初めてしましたが、とても面白かったです。サンドバーとはいえ、時間的に砂浜の箇所は見れませんでしたが、満喫できました。

多国籍の人たちが集まっていたのも良かったですし船の中では割と自由でした！セーリング途中で海に入れるところ、何となく気恥ずかしくて入らなかったのが心残りです。夕日も最っっっ高にキレイでした！いい音楽も流れていて気持ちよかったです。たまたま満月とゆうこともあり、夕日が落ちたあと満月がキレイに浮かび上がってこれも最高に美しかったです！なかなか日本では体験出来ないことでした。暗くなってからもハワイのキレイな光が見れてどの瞬間も楽しめました！英語のガイドだったので話の内容はよくわかりませんでしたが船に乗っているだけなので問題ありませんでした。

The guys who led our sunset were great. They supported everyone with warm vibes and clear communication on how to act on the vessel. Swim time and the sunset were truly mesmerizing moments, we even a honu in the near distance! I enjoyed the mix of talking and also providing space for us all to just be with nature and the evening. It was our captains first trip, and he did great too (I think Alonsio!). My parents were celebrating they 37th anniversary and they cheered up the whole group over it, which made them feel so seen and heard : ) Mahalo nui loa. Highly recommend.

シュノーケリングも付いてるし、浮き輪も子供2歳の子が乗れるミニ浮き輪も無料で貸してくれるし、日本語分かるスタッフもちゃんと居てくれてるので安心。

Oahu North Shore Beach Horseback Riding Experience - Daytime Tours
Relaxing beach ride.

We enjoyed our horseback ride on the beach. The scenery was beautiful, the ride easy. It wasn't 2 hours as advertised, closer to 1 hour 40 minutes, but still a nice ride. They make you wear helmets which I wish was optional because I didn't feel they were necessary since we only walked the horses and the horses were very gentle. It would have been nice if we could have run the horses, but with beginner riders on the trip I understand that that was not an option and they let you know it's walking only. Our guide Ella was very friendly. Overall we were pleased with the ride.

プレスリーもマイケルも、アメリカではまだ有名なのかもしれないけど、日本だともう懐メロの範疇かな。洋楽大好きな還暦過ぎの私でも、プレスリーなどリアルに歌っているのを知らないので、若い人にはちょっと無理かなと思いました。伝統的なフラダンスだけの方がハワイらしくて良いと思いました。
最前列なのに、プレスリー役の歌手には真ん中の数人のみ握手してもらえず。帰りのお見送りでも、近づくとさっと逃げられました。どうして？

フリードリンクチケットを2枚/人もらっていた。チチを注文したが、忙しくて何十分も待ったあげく、花などの飾りもないものが置かれた。二枚めを使おうとすると、英語をまくしたてて、拒否された。もうラストオーダーなのかもと思い、諦めていたら、そのうち、臨席のオーダーを取り始めた。なぜ私のオーダーを受けなかったのかと問い詰めたが、何を言ってるのかさっぱりわからなかった。一応チケットを受け取ったが、結局ドリンクは持ってきてくれなかった。コロナ明けで人手不足なのかもしれないが、最低のスタッフだと思います。以前ファイブスターで、カウントダウンクルーズに参加した時は最高のスタッフのおもてなしだったのに、今回は、楽しめるどころか、差別されて、悲しかったです。

We were a large group made up of first timers, young ones and experienced parasailers and had a great time. We initially experienced mechanical issues and had to scrap our excursion but were able to reschedule for the next day. 3年前に体験して凄く楽しかったので再びチャレンジ 1人用のバギーはなくて6人乗りのみでしたが、それでも長い長い道のりで景色やスリルが楽しめました。スタッフさんも楽しませようと頑張っている感じでした さすがに日本人は少なくある程度の語学力が必要でした！私はポケトークのお世話になりました。 又1人用バギーが再開されたら行きたいですね

Well, we didn't start off on time due to an unavoidable traffic issue. Once Juicy showed up the trip began and he kept us rolling in the aisles with funny stories and excellent information about the sights. Did I mention that Juicy made up for arriving late? Each stop was awesome and he went out of his way to make it just that much more special. The lunch was some yet delicious. I feel bad because I actually forgot his real name. The only name we got familiar with was Juicy. What a sweet and funny man. I really connected with him. Glad we took this tour.

Super fun activities - love it!

Vibe was great, music was awesome. They had live music on our trip to the location and played music while we played in the water. It was the best activity we booked on our trip. We enjoyed paddle boarding the best. But just hanging out in the middle of the ocean was so much fun. Would definitely recommend. I didn't book the extra activities and still had a great time. Don't forget to bring your reef safe sunscreen. The crew was great and very helpful.

Kayaking was awesome

The overall experience was amazing. It was the best part about our trip. The scenery is breathtaking. The best part was snorkeling in a hole that was bombed in 1942. When we snorkeled in the bomb hole we seen a couple turtles and other sea life. The only thing that I didn’t care for was that it is a workout to come back. I thought it was gonna be easy to kayak the way back but it was exhausting. So I would say give yourself some time to come back especially if you have young children because you will sweat.
