Reviewed by: Mary, 2007/04/26Richard was awesome as was the rest of your staff. A missed plane, a broken plane and a late arrival made me believe no one would be waiting. Instead there stood Richard with a placard and an escort to our luggage and directions to the rental car agency.
Thank you for making this first trip to Hawaii one to remember.
