A GREAT part of our vacation!
Reviewed by: Corey Heim, 2016/09/21This was everything the other positive reviews said it would be. The crew was patient and thorough in gearing you up and explaining what to expect. They explained what to do in the event of a number of potential issues. But just as importantly, they were friendly, clearly happy to be doing what they were doing and happy to have us aboard.
We got picked up by a fun shuttle driver who quickly got us to the dock and back to our hotel.
I highly recommend Hawaiian Parasail. A good value and a great activity in paradise!

amazing fun!

It helped that weather conditions were optimal during our adventure, but what made it complete was the friendly and professional staff and crew. They were all so engaging and took time to personally interact with all the guests. We felt completely safe at all times the view from above was amazing! I highly recommend Hawaiian Parasail.

Great Excursion!!

I got a decent price for the time and height and though it's over so fast, it was a blast! They do this awesome thing where they bring you down to dip you in the water a couple times and then shoot you back up into the air! So fun! Also, the picture package was a good cost ($30 for the group and we got 90 pictures or so on a SD card we got to keep) and we were glad we got to do that! Great company and crew, so happy we got to go!

Hawaii Adventure of a lifetime

It so was much fun, couldn't believe the wonderful view & was amazed as to how quiet it was up there, we only went 600ft, but that was more than enough... Saw a hammerhead shark, lucky not near our landing spot..lol... & then flying fish as well.... Will definitely recommend this company for future & if we come back we will be there again... many thanks from Australia...

Interesting experience
Reviewed by: Connie F, 2016/06/29My group consisted of a party of 6 prepaid guests. 4 riders and 2 observers. I was surprised and disappointed when one of the female staff convinced us that one of our observers should not attempt to get into the boat and in fact went out of her way to tell her she should not go. She went back to the car to wait for us and we were all extremely disappointed when we saw that you could step right in and out of the boat. The parasailing experience was fine. Upon our return the driver of the boat announced that we were going to stop and attempt to help another boater who had gotten stuck during low tide. Definitely a nice gesture on his part but when he had all of the males from our boat climb onto the other boat and stand on the high edge for ballast I felt he went a little too far!! Especially considering one was a 14 year old boy...nothing like opening yourself up to a lawsuit if someone had been hurt!! After 3 failed attempts to dislodge the other boat we were finally returned to the dock. I am all for being a good samaratin but in the future I suggest Hawaiian Parasail return their paying customers to the dock and go back on their own time to rescue boaters.

Great Adventure!!!

Fly Like a Bird!!

Thank you so much VELTRA and Hawaiian Parasail for accommodating me and my family to parasail with you on Memorial Day! I know it was a holiday and I expected it to be extremely busy and I can't thank you enough that you were still able to get us in! Your staff were very friendly, just wonderful people!!
This was a surprise for my two daughters and we all had a blast! Nice weather, and fantaaaaaaaaastic view!!! Too bad husband and my son could not join us (my son is only 4) but I'll be sure to have them experience this as well when my son is old enough.
The captains are amazing! Kevin and Russell were so much fun, they made our day very relaxing and comfortable, great photographers too! The pictures came out really nice so thank you for capturing the moment we were up in the air, a memory that we will keep forever.
Thank you once again for giving us the opportunity to experience this, we enjoyed it very much!

hawaii parasail at waikiki beach/800ft line
Reviewed by: dennis and chris, 2016/05/27great company, great people. was our 35th anniversary and wanted it to do something different. was so worth it. wife was nervous at first, but once in the air it was so calm, relaxing and fun. told the driver to go ahead and get us wet in the ocean, and boy did he. would recommend doing this in hawaii, and especially with this company. they had our interest and safety in mind the entire time, and were a riot to be with. would absolutely do this again. thanks for the great memories.

A Real Honolulu High
Reviewed by: Al Widenhofer, 2016/04/21"Russell" and the skipper were bona fide pros. Personable, efficient, experienced, providing safe and exciting fun for sailers and riders alike. I would do it again without hesitation.
The office staff was equally efficient. They managed to reschedule our long-standing reservations to a day earlier to avoid a forecast of a week of Trade Wind activity. It is no wonder that that Hawaiian Parasail at Waikiki is such a successful business. You gotta do it.
