Our family of 4 enjoyed this trip so much! We had a bit of trouble finding the boat (not the marina) due to construction and limited parking, but once we walked on board, it was fun and relaxing. The people are terrific and you can tell they love their jobs being on that boat-very friendly and entertaining. Breakfast muffins, bagels, fruit and coffee were available as the boat took us out to Molokini (about 30 mins.) and an enormous whale leaped right in front of the boat! There were many more to be seen that day but it want an exciting start. Molokini was not overrated! Underwater Discovery Channel complete with tons of colorful fish, strange anemones and even a purple jelly fish. It was so beautiful against the wall of the crater. I swam back to the boat quickly to buy the $25, reusable underwater camera because it was so magical. The pix came out great! My 7 year old was nervous at first b/c she'd never snorkled, but the crew worked with her 1-on-1, made her laugh, gave her a noodle

Our day started with a guided tour around the Maui Dragon Fruit Farm. The tour started with our guide sharing their story about the farm and how Dragon fruit helps your health.... very interesting! The farm is really big and has other crops than Dragon Fruit.
Aqua Ball was a BLAST!! My kids and I had such an incredible time jumping into the ball (which contains water so remember to bring your swim suit) and rolled down the course. Super Fun!!
Next up was the zipline! It was great zipping across the farm but I only wish the lines were higher and longer so it would be more thrilling! However, it was perfect since I was traveling with my 7 year old daughter.
OVERALL, This tour was educational, unique and FUN!! I will definitely suggest this tour to all of my friends who visit Maui!!

I did not get the feeling of the culture and the sense of enjoyment that I recieved from the first Luau I attended.

My husband and I recently went on the afternoon snorkeling cruise on the Four Winds and it was fantastic! The price was spot on and we felt it was the best value for our money of any activity we did. The cruise was very safe and very fun too. We went during January and we got the added perk of seeing the humpback whales. It was such a great added bonus that we didn't have to take a whale watching cruise in addition. The crew was so friendly and embraced the laid back Hawaiian attitude. The Captain was very knowledgeable about the whales and gave us lots of information while we were watching them. The wet suit add on (for $5) was also a good thing to get as it helped me not to be quite so cold in the water. The optional lunch for $7 was also a decent quality as you could choose from chicken, burgers, hot dogs, or bar-b-que as well as chips. The complementary sodas, beer and wine were also pretty nice. They also had a hose with a shower nozzle on board so you could rinse off af

The crew, especially Captain John, was also great. We even spotted some whale during the excursion.
I'd recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately it was raining on the night we went, were handed plastic poncho's at the door to an outdoor cement courtyard and facing away from the beach. This was disappointing compared to others I had read about. We paid extra for preferred seating, which was probably better than sitting up the back. Our table service was not good and agree with other reviews the Mai Tai's were awful, had to go to the bar to ask for wine instead. Still all in all it was what a Laua is all about, the dancers were great, had a good laugh at them doing the NZ Huka. Would still recommend.

We were really looking forward to going to Pearl Harbor, I booked a Tour as I felt that would be the best for us as we were staying in Maui. Well by the time we picked everyone up and then got to Pearl Harbor we realized another group on the tour had to be at the airport at 4:00 so it was not a lot of time. I felt to much time was spent on the Bowfin (which we really did not care to much about) and not enough time for the rest of Pearl Harbor. We only had a few minutes really on the MO and not enough time to see Hanger 79 and other things on the Island. For what we paid to do this tour it really was a big disappointment. Wish we would have just flown over and did the tour ourselves. But our guide whom we called Auntie Em was excellent!!!

This was our first time snorkeling and the staff was so helpful in getting our gear ready and giving us pointers on what to do to make the most of our snorkeling adventure. I chose this activity for its uniqueness. You rode a horse high up to the mountain top and were given photo options using your own camera. You were matched to a horse that suited your riding experience. The riding was either up a mountain or down a mountain. Very little on the flat lie. Once to the bottom, the view of the ocean was fantastic. Again, photo options were great. The staff was most obliging. My only concern was that the
one guide's horse and the horse I was given did not get along. Everytime the guide came to check on me, my horse would fold its ears back, tremble and prepare to bolt and often broke into a canter. It was a very unnerving feeling for a beginner rider. There was only two times available to canter for the experienced riders and it was only going uphill for a short stretch. Our group had three such riders.
If you are out for fantastic views, great photo ops, then this is the ride for you.
If you are out for a lovely ride then forget this outing.

Bob was so entertaining and informative! He made the early morning quite pleasant. However, I think arriving at Haleakala 75 minutes before sunrise was a bit too soon. Too much time to stand around and be cold. Also, the bus was a little small and cramped for leg room. The payoff, the spectacular sunrise, was exceptional.

An enjoyable boat ride, sit back and enjoy the scenery, maybe you'll see a humpback whale. If it's rough you might want Dramamine, I don't see any cautionary statements like that; but we've seen people get sea sick on other boats. The day we crossed it was calm and we had a nice passage. Staff was friendly and professional.

This was our third luau and the best one so far. The food, including the poi, and drink were plentiful and delicious and the entertainment was awesome. The show consisted of a variety of Polynesian dancing, including fire-dancing. All the dancers were very talented and put on a high-energy show. The layout at the Royal Lahaina provides a perfect view of the sunset over the ocean which is incorporated into the show.
Overall, it was a wonderful luau experience.

This is a Fantastic way to spend 1/2 of a day. The crew and Captain couldn't have been any nicer or more informative. The ride out to the dive/snorkeling site was fairly short, and the snorkeling was awesome. My husband really enjoyed the snubbing, I tried, but was unable to actually do it, the instructor tried her best to help me, but after several attempts I decided to stick with the snorkeling, which worked for me, because as I stated, it was awesome. We saw lots of beautiful fish. The second site they took us to had several turtles, and even more beautiful fish the closer you ventured into the coral. They provided a nice lunch, and continental breakfast. I had booked this activity a month or so in advance, and was really looking forward to it...I was not disappointed.

He Was Very People Friendly And Knowledgable About The Things He Showed Us And Talked About, It Was Nice To Not Be Sitting On An Over Crowded Boat But Instead In A Kayak With A Group Of 7 Other People. 4 Kayaks Total. We Went To 2 Different Snorkel Sites And Were Out On The Water For A Total Of About 3 Hours Or So.We Saw MANY Turtles And Lots Of Different Fish, Peter Even Showed Us An Octopus And Let Us Hold And Touch It. My Husband And I Really Enjoyed Ourselves On This Trip And Would Totally Recommend It To Anyone Thats Wanting Something Less Crowded. Sorry I Dont Have Any Photos, Were Still Here In Hawaii!

My wife and I were amazed at how much hands-on activities were available for our kids to run around and explore/discover. It was so great because we actually felt like they were getting an education in Hawaiian history and culture...but never KNEW because it was so fun and interactive! Kudos for that! The food was amazing...we all ate way too much! And the show was the best part of all. Couldn't have asked for better. Mahalo (which we learned means thanks!)

I have taken surf lessons before on other islands and with other surfing school. Goofy Foot is without a doubt the best instructions I have ever had. I was able to stand up and surf after 2 runs. My boys (10 & 6) caught on even faster. I'd recommend private lessons for couples and group of friends. You'll get more surfing time with private lessons. I would only go back and do intermediate lessons with these guys.
