Wonderful time on the boat and island and in the water!

It was a great full day with my family. Captain Raquel and her team were amazing! Saw lots of whales in the morning with Haleakala in the background. Dolphins joined us on the ride back too! The entire team was fun and interacted w/ all of us. We can't recommend it enough!

The experience was good. We saw both whales and dolphins. The unfortunate thing was that they overbooked the boat and there wasn’t seats available for everyone on deck. Being forced to sit in the crew area below and not hear the captain’s commentary had a way of making you feel unwelcome. However, we did get to do the activities and saw wonderful marine life.

Amazing experience

With this being our first snorkel tour, I wasn't sure what to expect. I can tell you that it was just as much about the people running the tour as it was about the tour itself. Everyone was dedicated to making our experience a memory to last a lifetime. The boat was great, the food was awesome, the drinks were a nice touch and the snorkeling was exactly what we were hoping for. Thanks again for making this an awesome memory.

A fabulous experience!

I am so glad we booked with this company! Many staff members were verified life guards and had degrees I. Marine biology. Safety and fun was their first priority. They didn’t skimp on lunch- allowed 2nds and thirds so you definitely weren’t left hungry! We were a little bummed that we didn’t actually get to see any whales, only 1 turtle, and not a ton of fish, but they can’t help nature.

Just they might need to added more alcohol to the drinks heheh also the crews are the best crews I ever had hahah they are all great, they will help you with anything. First timer to a life timer

It was my first time snorkeling. Couldn’t have chosen a better start. The crew was so supportive and encouraging. I hardly wanted to get out of the water once i got the hang of it. Now i cant wait for the next time I get to go snorkeling. The food on board was great. Towels weren’t mentioned in items to bring so i assumed they had towels. First timers mistake, so get your towels.

Must-do adventure!

This was such an amazing adventure for my teen daughter and I. We were served the most delicious cinnamon rolls with fruit for breakfast as we cruised to the Molokini crater. The snorkeling was unbelievable! At the next stop we swam with turtles. Once back on the boat the captain served up a delicious chicken, rice and salad lunch. Plenty of seconds too! Great POG drinks and ice cream to finish off the trip. The last 15 minutes of sailing through the trade winds was also a blast!

If you’re looking for snorkeling cruise this is the one you should choose!! Everything about this cruise was wonderful. The staff were friendly and fun and made everyone feel at home . The food and drinks were good and they made sure you felt comfortable in the water and on the ship. Will recommend this trip to anyone that want to cruise or snorkel.

We had a great time on a very nice boat, friendly staff, snorkeling at a the crater, and good food. Would definitely do it again!
This trip was more affordable than others, which made us wonder what we're going to get, but it turned out better than expected! It included a nice lunch, a great location for snorkeling, and a good length of time (four hours). We saw many varied fish and the day was fun!

期待通りのシュノーケリングツアーでした。

当日は天候も素晴らしく、私達夫婦だけが日本人でしたが、キャプテンをはじめスタッフ全員が親切で、ユーモラスで、優しい人たちで安心してツアーをエンジョイしました。
28歳のクルーの男性は過去に日本を訪れたことがありその時の様子を聞かせてくれたり、翌日がハロウンだったので女性スタッフの仮装も乗客の雰囲気を盛り上げてくれました。
乗客の数名とも、カタコト英語でしたが、ボート内で色々な会話も楽しめました。
ホヌとの出会いだけでなくイルカやモンクシールとも出会て本当に楽しい半日でした。
キャプテン以外は皆さん若いスタッフです。(キャプテンが一番の盛り上げ役でしたが)

This was probably the highlight of my week in Maui. The staff good, just not great. One of them seem more interested the women vs everyone. The experience was all that I expected. One negative is the deluxe lunch is burgers and chips. Hardly what I would call deluxe. So keep that in mind if you go.
Thank you for joining us! We provide a hot BBQ lunch of not only hamburgers, but also chicken breasts, hot dogs, vegan burgers, chips and fixings on the side. Most companies provide a deli sandwich, but we like providing a hot and fresh hearty option to our guests after snorkeling.

Best trip - especially with toddlers

Our family of eight, included two 18 month olds. This trip was so accommodating. The entire crew seemed to love their jobs and were very helpful. The snorkel equipment fit perfect with no fogging up. They even had some little rafts that had a window into the ocean that was perfect for kids, including the toddlers. One of our kiddos was still not comfortable on the raft so he was able to view the fishies from the glass bottom. Breakfast and lunch hit the spot.
The on board photographer did a great job capturing our group even though we seemed to all go in different directions. And the cost of our album was very reasonable. It was nice to just focus on the snorkeling and not worry about the camera.
Although we didn’t need it, the crew also offered a short class on snorkeling for beginners.
It was the best day of our vacation.

An absolute blast

The crew on the Trilogy IV were unbelievably accommodating and welcome. The service on the ship and on the beach was unparalleled. Every part of the trip was an absolute blast from the snorkeling, the beach, and a last minute swim party to top off the ride. The Captain truely knows how to host a party; just when you thought the service couldn’t get any better, he would come by and clean your sunglasses.
If you’re debating between a trip to Molokini Crater or this trip to Lana’i, trust me; these guys put every other excursion to shame.

It was a great day boat trip to Lanai, and we saw dolphins. We enjoyed the snorkeling and swimming. The crew was professional and fun, and we were taken care of. Overall the onboarding was smooth, there were clear instructions sent over email, there were enough (paid but cheap) parking spots at harbor. The boat was quipped and left on time. We all were free to roam on boat + take pick where needed as long as 3 point of contacts were maintained all the times.
They have plenty of noodles, snorkel mask cleaning gel. If you want life vests, carry yours. They even had prescription mask(mine was -5) and it made overall experience much better. The day we did tour, there weren't many variety of fishes, may be because it was cloudy. Food was good and served in buffet style.
After spending ~1hr at Molokini, the boat went to Turtle Town, where there were fishes and beautiful reef. They even let us jump from boat :)

Totally loved the whole experience, from the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, the wonderful amenities, great food and drinks, to the beautiful place. Loved all the information that was given throughout the trip. We all felt safe and had the best time. All the crew members were very attentive to the guests. I was a little worried about feeling sea sick, but the sail was great. They even offered motion sickness over the counter medication and natural options if needed. 10/10 recommended. Trilogy is the best!
