感動的な日の出でした！
Reviewed by: ほるんちゃん, 2019/08/31うっかり防寒着を持参するのを忘れて、Tシャツ２枚を重ね着、フリースを来て、ホテルのバスタオルを被って鑑賞しました。8度でしたのでどうにかなりました。
同じツアー会社のバスが数台、個人で来ている人たち、観覧スペースの広さ以上にたくさんの人が来ています。ビジターセンターの横で鈴なりになって鑑賞するのですが、寒くてもギリギリまで車中で待たずに、早く場所を取ったほうがいいです。大柄の方が多くて、隙間から覗いて写真を撮るのが大変でした。

Oceanfront Trail Horseback Riding Tour at Maui Mountain Activities Ranch

The horses are well behaved and so sweet and easy to handle (I have zero horsemanship or knowledge of horses)! Bring plenty of sunscreen, a hat to shield your face and be prepared to get dusty or dirty!

Best snorkeling experience in Maui

I think best of all this supports a good cause which was the tipped me going with them. On the way back they gave us a bonus looking at another dolphin pod prior to docking.

神秘的で感動しました

車はいっぱいになるくらい参加者がいました。
ピックアップが午前２時だったので
車中は爆睡でした
ハレアカラに着いた時はもう明るくなりつつあり、バスから降りて、２０分くらいで日の出を見ることができました。
雲が多くて大丈夫かな？と思っていましたが、綺麗なサンライズでした。
気温はめちゃくちゃ寒い！
風もあったので、真冬並みの寒さ！
ダウンは、絶対必須です。
ガタガタ震えながら写真を撮りました。笑
サンライズを見て、車に戻るとパンとコーヒーが貰えました。
あったかいコーヒーがとても嬉しかったです！
そのあと朝食を食べに麓におり、ご飯を食べて10時くらいにホテルに戻ってきました。
とてもすてきな体験でした。

マウナケアの方がおススメです
Reviewed by: あちき, 2019/08/24ハワイ島のマウナケアは壮大な自然とゆう感じでしたが、こちらは狭い通路にたくさんの人で場所を取り合う必要がありました。送迎は数分の遅れ程度でガイドさんも明るく親切でしたが、もう少し早く着ければ場所取りも、星空もよく見れたのかなと思います。値段の割には、、です。

Great snorkel cruise from Kaanapali beach.

Food provided accommodated family members with allergies to gluten, peanuts and tree nuts. Was our second trip with Trilogy and look forward to our next excursion with Trilogy on a future Maui vacation. Would highly recommend considering Trilogy for your snorkel cruise.

マウイ島観光ツアー ハレアカラ国立公園＆イアオ渓谷をめぐる ＜英語ガイド＞
実際の行程が記載と異なっていますが、ツアー全体としては満足です。
Reviewed by: aoa, 2019/08/102019年7月に母と私の2人でこのツアーに参加しました。ハワイに住んでいた友人からパイアの街が素敵だと聞き、散策できることを大変楽しみにしていましたが、実際はパイアの街には行きませんでした。現地のツアー催行会社の運転手2人に当日確認しましたが、このツアーにはパイアは含まれていないと説明されました。間違いなく行程に含まれていないとのことでオフィスにも確認してあげるよと言われましたが、運転手を疑う余地はなかったのでわかりましたと伝えました。パイアに行けることも大変楽しみにしていたので、このホームページに記載があるツアー内容と実際の行程が違いとても残念です。当日の特別な事情で行けないなら分かりますが、そもそもツアー行程に含まれていないのならば正直に記載すべきだと思います。それ以外はツアー全体としては、下記に記載の通り全く問題なく運転手も良い人だっただけに大変残念です。
まず時間通りに指定の場所に迎えがきて、近くにある他のホテルを回った後に集合場所に着き、違うバスの乗り換えるよう指示を受けました。マウイ島の各地域にピックアップに行ったバスがそこに集まってツアーごとにバスを乗り換え、出発しました。
ここで日本語のアナウンスが聞けるアイパッドとイヤフォンを受け取りました。
まずはハレアカラに向かう途中で、山道に入る前にトイレ休憩と水やお菓子を買えるところで休憩しました。バスの運転手も丁寧に案内をしてくれ、終始安心して過ごすことができました。
お天気にも恵まれハレアカラ山頂では45分ほど自由時間があり、その間に写真を取ったり少し散策したりしました。
その後ランチをとるためにカウボーイの街に立ち寄りましたが、時間がなくランチを急いで食べて10分ほど街を散策する程度でゆっくり店を見たりすることはできませんでした。
その後イアオ渓谷に向かいました。こちらも30分ほどでバスに戻ってくるように指示があり、周辺を少し歩いて写真を撮って戻ってきました。少し山を登るとルックアウトがあると説明がありましたが、時間的に厳しそうでしたのでやめておきました。
ここからパイアの街に行くことを楽しみにしていたのですが、このままホテルに送って行ってツアーは終了だと告げられました。

完成度が高いですね。
踊りやファイヤーダンスも最高です。
客が参加し一体となってステージを作り上げるので良いと思います。
時間は若干長めかな？正味３時間くらい。
アルコールは飲み放題ですが、一般参加の注文する場所は大行列。
優先ＶＩＰ窓口はガラガラですが区別されています。
しかし、さすがハワイです。
席を回るスタッフが注文を取りにきてくれます。一人1回＄１程でオーダー可能です。知らなきゃ損です。どしどし注文して飲んでください。
良い時間でした。。

Ride of your life if against the wind and tide
Reviewed by: Tia, 2019/08/01Boat was clean and on time. If you get motion sickness going to Lanai is not an issue, coming back depending on the time you may get tossed and splashed pretty well. Coming back make sure you sit inside to avoid being soaked if you leave after 1 p.m.

He is a very knowledgeable guide and answered all our numerous questions. He is also an excellent driver.
Despite the fact that our tour was cut short by about 2 hours due to the cancellation of the last ferry because of bad weather, we were able to see everything on our list.
Thanks Steve for making our Lanai trip so memorable.

We paddled over to the turtle cleaning station and we’re amazed at all the turtles we literally just hanging out with. Cole showed us different sea life and explained the history of the surrounding islands. It was the best tour we had during all our trips, clear waters, lots of coral and mostly turtles!!! We highly recommend

The pre-flight was very thorough and covered all of our concerns before we boarded the helicopter. We were very lucky with the weather and we saw canyons and peaks that are often inaccessible due to low cloud cover. Highly recommend this company.

Outstanding tour!!

ガイドの男性は休憩場所で写真撮ってくれたりとフレンドリーでしたが、工程に入っていたクラロッジでのショッピングもなんの説明もないまま無しになり山頂で夕日をみたあと、食事の場所で全員バスを下ろされ、何もフォローないまま、レストランに入れられ、座席も他のツアー参加者に占領され、爪弾き状態に…
英語ツアーとわかって参加し、日本ツアーの細やかなフォローを期待して行ったわけではないですが、あまりいい思い出にならず、残念でした
We apologize the Haleakala Sunset tour did not meet your expectations...unfortunately, we do not offer this tour in Japanese. You should have received an ipad that allows you to select to hear some of the narrated tour in the Japanese language so you could understand and learn more about the tour. We will share your comments with our Maui manager and hope other Japanese guests will have a better experience.
