Superb tour!

We thoroughly enjoyed this sightseeing tour, with driver & guide, Kaleo. He was helpful, informative and hilarious! Stories, quips and jokes all day long. We even learned how to pronounce "humuhumunukunukuapua`a"! We saw some highlights of the beautiful island of Kaua`i including the spouting horn blow hole and we were lucky enough to get a clear view of the waimea canyon, before the clouds rolled in! We had a tasty lunch at chicken in a barrell and sampled delicious coffee at the Kaua`i coffee plantation. The trail at the state park is very short and the order of the stops is different to that listed on the veltra site, but regardless we would 100% recommend this tour.

Holo Holo Charters exceeded my expectations for this boat cruise. I think bedsides the Napali coast, the most impressive thing about the experience was the professionalism and attentiveness of the charter crew! They were incredible to attend to everyone’s needs and made sure everyone had a great time. This was the highlight of our trip to Kauai. The mountains and coast were absolutely incredible and worth the trip and $. The dinner was also very yummy and authentic. Only feedback: it was a bit hard to hear the captains story telling when standing on the sides of the boat… maybe more speakers or louder volume? Overall, incredible experience to see the coast and be taken care of by a great staff!

Small-Group Circle Island Airplane Tour with Window Seat - Air Ventures Kauai
Awesome airplane tour. Great pilot/tour guide.

This was a great tour and glad I chose the small airplane ride versus helicopter. Our tour guide was very informative and took note that most of us loved the waterfalls so it appeared he concentrated on this piece with extra attention. There was 6 of us in the group which was the entire plane. Two small children. Our 6 year old was extremely excited and loved the tour. She did get a bit warm in the plane towards the end. Glad we booked this tour!!!

My family enjoyed a wonderful day touring the Na Pali coast line. Captain Mike and his crew made their guests feel welcome, safe and part of the family. The bonus for me was the historic and cultural connection of the Mike and his crew to the land. We saw a mama whale and her calf up close. This excursion was the highlight of our vacation.

結構海象条件が悪く大変でしたが、キャプテン以下乗務員の皆さんの対応が大変よく、満足できる３時間半でした。

特に、仲間の一人が船酔いになった際にも、一生懸命対応をしてくれた女性の乗組員には大変感謝しました。またクルーズの間に出された食事もおいしく満足できるものでした。ありがとうございました。
途中運よくホエールウォッチングも体験できました。そろそろ季節外れになる時期故、期待していなかったのですが、幸運でした。

Beautiful tour! We saw the coast, rainbows, whales, and a beautiful sunset! The food is fantastic and the crew is incredible! Do NOT do this if you get at all sea sick though because it is a rough ride out. I would also recommend sea sickness medication before if you don’t want to chance it all. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting wet because you will!

船酔いしてる子供がいたので少しかわいそうでしたが虹が出てるよって教えてあげたら嬉しそうに見ていました

Absolutely loved this experience and the helpers on board made it even better! I really enjoyed how we would go along and the captain would talk about a certain place or landmark. It was so fun stopping and relaxing for lunch and going for a swim. I do recommend to bring something if you get cold easily during the cruise. The captains on board were very friendly and constantly checking up on people!They were also very open to answer any questions people had.

Too windy to cruise up the Na Pali coast the day we went and that was the only negative of an otherwise wonderful experience. I appreciated the safety 1st approach and professional attitude and experience brought by captain and crew. We cruised down the west and south side and had a great time, seeing beautiful shoreline, spinner dolphins and humpback whales. The crew was excellent, and everyone had a blast. Nice job!

Breath Taking Views, Relaxing Ride & Delicious Lunch!

This tour was exactly what we were looking for a full day of sight seeing, lunch and no effort on our part!!
What we experienced:
- Pick Up - we got picked up at 7:30 in the morning by the shuttle and then it went to many other hotels to pick up other passengers. Your time will vary depending on where your hotel is.
- Sights - we got to see all the sights listed on the itinerary including some extras at the beach. We saw the Monk Sealions and Turtles at the beach and that was a bonus treat! The pit stops were the perfect amount of time to hop out to take photos, enjoy the sight and then move on.
- Waimea Canyon - lots of different view points - we got to see it from all around. There was PLENTY of picture ops. This was really a hop on hop off photo tour. So don't expect any hikes or long walks. What I loved is I never had to worry about the parking situation, paying park fees, or the driving obviously. It's perfect for anyone without a car or for cruise go-ers. Even though we had a car rental, I didn't regret not having to do this drive myself. I got to nap on the way back because even though I didn't hike, it still was a long day.
- Lunch - The food exceeded my expectations after reading the reviews (I'm sure the bad experiences were during Covid times). We had huge chicken portions and it was seasoned well and cooked well. The plantation that we ate at was beautiful and relaxing so we enjoyed the lunch break a lot.
- Coffee plantation tour - nice pit stop that we wouldn't have made on our own but enjoyed the op to tag along on this tour.
Our tour guide (so sorry for not remembering his name-Italian man from NJ originally) was great. He gave good history, good info all while he was driving. He had so much knowledge and good recommendations and really funny!!
The tour was exactly what we wanted to explore a large chunk of the island - no stress and no worry on our part.

The crew is very friendly and gets to know you as you make your way out to the coast line. Then they provide you with a spectacular tour of the coast while sharing knowledge about the history of the coast line, Hawaiian culture and general ocean sea life. They stopped to show us spinner dolphins as a pod crossed our paths and pointed out other sea life native to Hawaii. Awesome Tour All Around!

Majestic experience on the sea

My family, including four kids, had a wonderful time on the Na Pali coast boat tour. The crew went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. We saw bottlenose and spinner dolphins and tons of whales up close. The views of the coast were mesmerizing. Although the weather did not cooperate for snorkeling, the crew made up for it by letting us jump off the boat and swim. It was a day to remember and a highlight for the kids!

Saw all parts of the island. Tons of waterfalls. Even whales in the ocean. Saw one breech. Mark did an excellent job of explaining the island past and present. I had to reschedule due to rain but the next day was fabulous weather. Building staff very helpful and pleasant to work with.

My husband and I both agree this has been our favorite activity while in Hawaii (we’ve done several activities on 3 different islands). There are no words to describe the beauty of the coast!! Cameron & Tony were knowledgeable and very fun!! We saw several whales & spinner dolphins, which took our trip to the next level for us! Snorkeling was cancelled because of rough water, but we didn’t even notice because we were having so much fun!! Thanks Cameron & Tony for an awesome adventure!

Kauai Na Pali Coast Snorkeling Tour & Sea Cave Adventure by Makana Charters
Wonderful trip!

Went on the afternoon trip with my best friend, we went as a birthday outing for him. The trip was SPECTACULAR, the cliffs and the water were gorgeous, we saw a a whale, the captain regaled us with facts of the coastline, and saw one of the sea caves. It was a little rough and we did not go in but it was still just as amazing all the same. We did not do any snorkeling (as it would be a little late in the day to do so) but we were permitted to jump out of the boat to swim around. It was fun, had a nice little meal. I will definitely go with this tour again if given the chance. A+.
