We have tubed the Platte River in Casper Wyoming, , the Kern River in California and now have a completely different tubing experience gliding down the irrigation canals on the Old Sugar Plantation. Our guides were informative of the area had a great sense of humor and kept us entertained. We will definitely do this again on our next visit to the island

This was fun and relaxing all in one. We enjoyed getting to go through the dark tunnels and learn a bit about the sugar plantation history. Our guide Lucky was fun and informative. I had been looking forward to tubing through the plantation ever since I heard about it while planning our vacation and we definitely had a good time

This was the third time I had done the Koloa zipline . Our tour guides Chelsea and Jeff were great. They were highly enthusiastic and enjoy their jobs . As always it was kind of sad to finish the zip lining after so much fun

We had a great time. The hiking was great, the waterfall was gorgeous, and the water was a great temperature. While reasonably experienced kayakers, we had a little trouble keeping up with the rest of the kayakers on the upriver return, due to being older and out of shape. Dillon (our guide) did a great job of making this an enjoyable adventure. Due to a camera mishap, the pics he took of us and shared are the only ones we have of this adventure. Thanks, Dillon.

Outfitters Kauai Zipline Trek Adventures at Kipu Ranch
Best Ziplines in Hawaii

We did the 7 line course our guides we very friendly and explain the equipment for us. the first 3 ziplines were in a forest one of them you could flip upside down.
The next 3 were dual ziplines so you could go together and were very fast. THEN the best for last a 4000 meter long ziplines were you go over 60 miles a hour. Was so cool I will eventually have this one up on my skynetken YouTube channel eventually.

An AMAZING Adventure!!

My husband and I had an amazing adventure zip lining (for the first time ever!) kayaking, hiking and swimming on the beautiful island of Kaua'i. Our tour guides, Dan, Flip, and Matteas were incredible. SO fun, supportive, informative, and upbeat and really put Me at ease with the things that were more "scary" for me. They are true professionals with a fun-loving spirit and made me feel safe and secure while laughing a LOT! They also know the history, botany, and many interesting facts and stories about the island, so we learned a lot. Now I know what leaf to use As a natural insect repellant! I highly recommend this adventure to anyone who wants to get out and truly experience Kaua'i up close and personal!

I was scared at first but the tour guides were comforting. I had so much fun and they were so funny. Josh and Joe were our guides but Josh was our favorite. Don't tell Joe. They even made that classic 'time share' joke that never gets old on this island. Thank you guys so much! If I'm ever back here again, I'll be down for another adventure.

A lot of planned/guided activities on Kauai are dependent on weather. It's a beautiful island to visit but weather can make it challenging. This was one adventure we will definitely do each time we come to Kauai. It wasn't affected by weather and the guides made it a really cool day. I recommend this to anyone. Request "the evil twin ". lol.

Would not recommend for families with children

I took this tour with my 8 year old and I wouldn't call this the highlight of our trip. I consider both of us in fairly good shape, and kayaking up Wailua was still quite challenging, especially with the wind. The tour guide seemed to be in a hurry so it added to the stress. The hiking part was quite difficult with rocks, roots, steep climbs and descents. Here again, our tour guide rushed through the forest, not even waiting for some of the slower group members. The "scrumptious" advertised lunch was awful - a stale deli sandwich and a pre-packaged cookie. The waterfall was the only redeeming moment of this tour. All in all, unless you're an adventurous young couple in good shape, I would not recommend this tour.

There was a mixup with our reservation. We reserved through Veltra for a Thursday. Veltra confirmed that it was for Thursday. We showed up and no one was there. We called Kauai Outfitters who let us know that we were on the books for Friday. I contacted Veltra afterwards and they apologized and offered a partial refund, which I appreciate. I would suggest calling Kauai Outfitters to double check that the dates are right, to be on the safe side.
We went back on Friday and had a great time. The guides were wonderful. The tour was great. The zip line was so amazing. We were bitten by mosquitoes, so bring bug spray. We were in a small group of 10 people and 4 guides, so it was a personalized experience and we had tons of time to talk to the guides. We would definitely do another tour with Kauai Outfitters.

Highly recommend this tubing adventure. Our guides Johnny and Kai were amazing story tellers and hosts. For a 71 year old husband and wife and family of 20 and 30 year old's this was one of the high lights of our trip on Kauai. We were also surprised and was the rest of the tour group to have witnessed the long fabled Ditch Monster. Fleeting it was but seen non the less. The picnic at the end, while short in duration was a good end to the adventure.

This wasn't nearly as exciting as I had hoped. I wanted it to be more energetic and intense, but it was actually very calm and relaxing. Our guide Lucky was absolutely terrific! The staff was fun, I really enjoyed everything they told us about the island, they were very knowledgeable and helpful.

The kayaking part was nice, not too difficult. The hike was a nice hike, not quite a casual walk down a straight path but also not too difficult. I enjoyed having our guide Jesse there to explain things to us as we hiked, he was a good guide. He got stuck talking to just one individual of our group a few times and it was hard to hear what he was saying sometimes. The waterfall was nice, there were a lot of boulders in the water so be careful! Lots of other people from other tours on the same path made it a bit crowded.
