Fun on the Ranch
Reviewed by: Tristan , 2022/04/26Keegan and Saber (incredibly unsure on both of those spellings) were amazing guides. They were super laid back, funny, knowledgeable, and thorough. These guys were fun to follow around for the day, breaking up sections to explain plant life, facts about Kauai or parts of the Kipu Ranch, and of course some harmless practical jokes on us tourists. Everything was very safe and friendly and they made sure to give clear instructions in regards to matters of safety and equipment. It made for a rather seamless and enjoyable experience for all. I cannot recommend this company/excursion enough!

Fun way to end our trip!
Reviewed by: Kelli Stein, 2021/11/13We came as a group of 10 to celebrate a teen birthday on our last day! The guides were very relaxed and fun. They keep you intrigued while passing thru each leg of the journey. The swim holes are epic! Like highlight of the tour for me! The zips were easy, fun and different! I've been on many styles of ziplines, never like some of these! Fun treat! The river was beautiful and the lush hike was very dense and felt super adventurous! Thanks to Keegan and "Grumpy" (not really) for making it a fun day in nature!

Reviewed by: Hulala, 2014/12/09This was an awesome excursion! The combo of boating,zipping, and swimming in the weird zip line area, the drive and views made this trip great! I would definitely do this again! It was so much fun! Definitely wear water shoes or something though it is very wet and slippery.

Great Activity
Reviewed by: Jessica, 2011/10/22My husband and I were island-hopping on our honeymoon when we participated in the Zipline Safari with Hiking and Kayaking in Kauai. One of our guides said he felt it was his job to make us fall in love with his island, and this tour certainly helped us do that. The price was fair for all of the inclusions of the tour, and the lunch provided was more than enough food. We had never been kayaking, but the river was very smooth and calm, so we were able to keep up and didn't have any issues. The hikes, swimming spots, stories, and "history lessons" were amazing. I have never seen such a beautiful forest. The Zipline was awesome as well and our guides took every safety precaution necessary to make us feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this activity for anyone looking for a more physical adventure. Be sure to wear a bathing suit, sunscreen, and bring hiking sandals or water socks because you should definitely get wet!

Absolutely Unforgettable
Reviewed by: Steve and Maria, 2011/05/14My wife an I are both empty nesters (read that to mean at or near 50.) We've both been travelers and everywhere we go, we schedule events that expose us to the area we are visiting and the people and history of the area.
This event was so much fun and at no time did we feel anything be valued as being in the care and guidance of Dida and Danny.
You will meet people from all corners of the world. Eat a good low fat breakfast the morning of this event. Water is provided, and take advantage of it.
Our personal thanks to this outfitter for giving us a memory of our visit to Kauai we will never forget.

Kipu Zipline Safari - Awesome!
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2010/06/18We just returned from an awesome trip to Kauai and this was by far our favorite activity! It had a little of everything...kayaking, hiking, ziplines and cooling off in a stream fed pool. I was a little concerned about our kids, ages 9 and 11, but they handled the kayaking, hiking and ziplining with ease. We thought it was definitely worth the money. The 1800' zip was the best! We would do it again in a heartbeat!

Adventure
Reviewed by: Ed, 2010/04/01We absolutely loved this outing! It was a little bit of everything. The view from the kayak was amazing and the hikes are no where near as strenuous as they note. The ziplines were more than we expected. There are two zips and the final one being tandem and nearly 1800'. Awesome!! The guides were extremely friendly and make the experience enjoyable and informational. We will definitely do this trip again!!

We are in our forties and felt like 25 again. The swing at Kipu Falls was a blast. Definately recommend to everyone! Our guides were fabulous!

Reviewed by: Bruce, 2008/11/30If you want to do something off the normal "Lounge Chair Larry", this is the trip to take. We met wonderful friends, enjoyed the whole day, and tested our mettle to boot ! I'd do this again, and would put on the bug spray as soon as the kayaking is done. I even loved the turkey sandwiches and pasta salad !Great team with Adam and Kaite and both should get a raise !!!
