電話の対応がとてもびっくりするほど悪い

それでも
確認の電話をしたときに
びっくりするほど態度が悪かったです。
電波がわるいとかではなく
何回か途中で電話切られたし
態度もものすごい悪かったので
ツアーに参加する前とっても不安になりました。
実際にツアーに参加したら
そのときの従業員さんたちは
とてもいい感じでした。
でも値段の割には正直なところよかったのかはわからない。
マウイ地元の友達 何人かにきいたら高すぎるし
もっといいのがあると教えてもらいました。
初めに聞いてから行けばよかったなと思いました。

Terrific show

You are seated at round tables near the stage. Somewhat interactive with the audience. I recommend the show and will make this an annual venue.

カアナパリ沖 セーリング＆シュノーケリングツアー ＜英語ガイド／食事・アルコール2杯付き＞
楽しかった！
Reviewed by: モカちゃん, 2016/03/01レンタカーはホテル駐車場に止めてベルボーイに駐車券を見せると後で無料券をくれました。集合場所はホテルのプールを通り越し海側の芝生エリア。着いたら数人のお客さんがいたのですぐわかりました。私たち以外は皆欧米人。日本人スタッフはいなくすべて英語でしたがシュノーケリングツアーはあちこちで参加しているため英語は理解できなくても大丈夫でした。
シュノーケリングスポットには、モロキニ島より魚がいました。モロキニが期待はずれだったから余計にそう思えたのかな。くじらが運良ければ見れるかな？と期待しましたが残念ながらくじらには会えず。やはりくじら目的なら1月以降で2～3月狙いですね。
天気も良くとても楽しかったです。

Fabulous adventure!

伝統ルアウ＆フラ ハワイアンショー マウイの神話 ＜優先入場VIP席あり／ビュッフェ夕食／飲み放題／ロイヤル・ラハイナ・リゾート＞

チェックイン時間は申し込んだあと変更になり、バウチャーには18時チェックインと記載されていましたが、18時から席についてドリンクを飲み始められるようになっており、ブュッフェが始まるのはチェックインから30分後くらい、ショー自体のスタートはさらにそのあとになります。
アルコール類も飲み放題なので、パスポート（年齢のわかるID）の提示を求められます。コピーでも大丈夫ですが、日本の運転免許証はダメでした。オアフでは免許証でも大丈夫なのですが…。アルコールについては厳しいので絶対NGだったため、同行者はホテルに取りに戻っていました。
ショーが始まる前にイムから焼いた豚を出す儀式がありました。眠りについて出てきたブーちゃんの顔がちょうどこちらを向いていて、気の毒でとてもいたたまれない気持ちになりましたが、ブュッフェのカルアピッグは感謝しながらおいしくいただきました。
ショーはフラ、タヒチアン、サモア、マオリ、ファイヤーダンスなど盛りだくさんで、途中ステージに参加できるコーナーがあったので一緒に踊ってきました。
マウイは日本人がほとんどいなかったのでいろいろノリやすくてより楽しめた気がします♪

ホエールウォッチングクルーズ ＜12～4月／軽食＆アルコール2杯付き／英語ガイド／カアナパリビーチ発＞
ちょうどいい
Reviewed by: まうい, 2016/02/12英語がわかる人と行くならオススメ！スタッフもとても親切で丁寧な説明でした。参加が2月だったのでいたるところにクジラがいました。（船長はその日はとても運がいいと言ってました）クジラのブリッジは遠くの方で見る事も出来きパイナップルジュース、シナモンロールも美味！人数も30人ほどとちょうどいい！軽食を食べながらゆっくり楽しめました！

Great Time on NYE
Reviewed by: Los Angeles, 2016/01/03The Kapuanaha Magic Show was a great activity for us on NYE. The kids (ages 2-8) and adults all had a wonderful time. The magician walks around and selects people from the audience which is nice because a lot of the tables feel included that way. The food was good, the drinks were not as good, but all in all we had a very nice NYE. We had little ones so we left after the show and did not stay for the music and midnight celebration.

Amazing!
Reviewed by: Jamie , 2015/11/17Came to Maui for my honeymoon and of course had to do zip line. Read great reviews about this spot so we booked the 4 line zip n dip. It definitely lived up to all the reviews. Amazing views of the mountains and ocean and awesome employees. They made the experience that much more fun. Next time we're in Maui we will for sure be doing the zip n dip again. Would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Nice night with good food

Queen's Treasure Sunset Cocktail Sail (from Kaanapali Beach)

Reviewed by: Dee, 2015/09/19Mario, Becka (sp?), and Cap'n Linda did an outstanding job of making us feel welcomed and appreciated. They (the crew) were friendly, courteous, and genuinely happy to have us on board. I have no other sunset cruise in Maui with which to compare this event, however, I can recommend this cruise to you all without reservation. (Another couple we met on board had been on Teralani before, and they said Queen's Treasure was much better...for what it's worth). The food was good...hors d'ouervres, but substantial enough to fill. Meatballs, tuna roll-ups, cheeses, crackers, fruit, veggies, dips, and some deli meat. Drinks were sufficient for the evening. I recommend NOT paying extra for the premium bar, 3 drinks are plenty (even for the seasoned professional, such as I), and even so, they weren't keeping track of those who did, or didn't pay for the premium package, so drink at will! The boat has a max occupancy of 49, we were scheduled with that many, but only 43 showed up. Plenty of room, drinks, and food! Mahalo!!

快適クルーズ
Reviewed by: mido, 2015/07/19早朝のクルーズは風が気持ちよく、ラナイ島までの1時間半とても快適に過ごせました。朝食のシナモンロールも美味しかったです。船上ではクルーがいろいろと気を使ってくれます。
ラナイ島では島内ツアーには参加せず、ビーチで3時間ほど過ごしました。カメは見れませんでしたが、魚はたくさん見れました。ビーチでは、ビーチチェアとゴザも借りれます。
帰りは、他の方の口コミにもありましたが、行きよりも波が高く揺れます。酔い止めの薬もランチの後に準備してくれていましたので、心配な方は飲んで行ったらいいと思います。帰りも、ドリンク、アイスクリーム、フルーツ等、クルーがサーブしてくれます。帰りは日差し強く、デッキではなく、一階(?)の船内で過ごす方も多かったです。
申込む前は、ツアー料金が高いな～と思っていましたが、至れり尽くせりのツアーで満足です！

Great Time!!

Matt, Loki, and Bobo, kept us laughing the entire time. Matt is nothing but jokes!!! They made sure everyone was okay and felt safe. It was clear that they love their job and made sure we had a great time!!

Maui Cocktail Sunset Sail with Premium Open Bar & Gourmet Appetizers - Trilogy
Beautiful and just perfect for our honeymoon.

Despite having to walk 10 minutes in the hot sun to the docking area, everything was perfectly planned. The sailboat was clean and spacious, the appetizers were delicious and the drinks were great. The crew was very friendly and accommodating and the captain was very nice as well. The sunset was gorgeous and very romantic. We loved this and we're sure you will too! Highly recommend this sail!
