AMAZING FOR THE FIRST TIME
Reviewed by: Nasha Bahasoean, 2015/01/11We had a wonderful sailing adventure.The passenger on the boat was full, about 19 people, including me and my brother. As soon as we left the harbour, the sails were up, and we enjoyed 2+ hours of truly amazing sunset sailing. It was really fun to watch the whales for the first time! We had a perfect day for sailing with a very nice breeze that kept us sailing magnificently and a glorious sunset. We sat at the front of the catamaran (which is beautiful and big) where we had great views and got splashed by water, it was just really fun. Once we spotted a whale, they headed to it and we were able to follow it for a good length of time. Very cool. Overall, it was a great excursion for us. Warning - the bulk of the time is spent leisurely motoring the seas so relax and enjoy getting away from the city!

Actually we thought we'll get more adrenalin, but it turned out it's really safe and exiting trip. Like a "bonus" we saw wales and dolphins, and crew of the boat told a lot interesting facts about sharks that we didn't know. For sure u have to take go pro with u and a camera just in case ull see wales)

What an experience!!!

It was the highlight of our vacation and both agree that we will go again. We were both a bit anxious, but excited and are so glad that we followed through. The staff was friendly and understanding, as well as very reassuring! We were always comfortable when dealing with them. It's a must!

Reviewed by: フレンチ, 2015/01/08クアロアののろのろ歩く乗馬に飽きた貴方、西部劇に出てくるカウボイのように颯爽と走りたい貴方、ウエスタン乗馬が大好きな貴方、そんな方にもってこいの牧場＜乗馬クラブ＞はＧＵＮＳＴＯＣＫと思います。
１、クアロア、２、ココクレータ、３、タートルベイヒルトン、４、ＧＵＮＳＴＯＣＫでの乗馬とオアフ島でいろいろ体験しましたがその中ではここが一番でしょう。
２は４同様、小高い丘の上からの眺めが最高ですがブリティッシュです。３は海辺をトレッキングする乗馬でした。
４ではトレッキングの途中、奥の馬場で小牛を投げ縄で捕らえる練習をしていました。
次回はこの牧場で寝泊りしながらカウボイ体験が出来ればと考えています。＜注：日本でウエスタン乗馬を体験したい方は千葉にあるエルドラドが一番です＞以上

Had bad weather and saw no whales but otherwise solid cruise

To be fair, the owner warned us of the conditions and gave everyone the option to reschedule, but as it was our last day in Oahu, we went for the cruise anyways (everyone else did as well). The water was so choppy that the boat wasn't able to get very far and it was near impossible to identify a whale if there indeed was one. The staff did note that it was unusual to not see anything, so we were unlucky. I wanted to note that if you book direct, there is no whale sighting guarantee (staff noted we could return for half price even though we didn't see whales), so it's a pretty good idea to book through a third party like this site that does offer a guarantee.

ポニーなどではなく、普通の馬だったことにも感動でした。
私たちの乗馬の時間の間も牧場で遊ぶことができて退屈することはありませんでした。

満足です！

バスで2時間位で到着でした。
初めての乗馬最高でした。
英語オンリーでしたが、理解できました。
とても丁寧で優しいスタッフの方たちでした。

Excellent whale watching
Reviewed by: Chicago snowbirds, 2015/01/05We had a great trip. It was a little difficult to find the location to park and we had to circle the parking lot a few times to find the dock. Fortunately it was New Years Day and at 8:30AM so the dock was not too crowded. For reference, it is close to the rest room facilities.
The boat was clean and the sailing started on time. kipper tom was very entertaining and knowledgeable, and held a conversation throughout the trip. He provided information about the whales, and also about what to do and where to eat in Hawaii. We saw many whales and a turtle. Even though the catamaran was a small and low boat, the waves are huge so not suitable activity if you have motion sickness. I heard that some passengers took dramamine, which I highly recommend. Great for a family activity of good sailors.

あまりにも適当過ぎます。
朝一時間通りに迎えには来ましたが書けないボールペンと同意書を渡され読んで
項目にチェックを入れ空白を記載しろと言われました。
車の中で揺れるし、暗いし、内容もよくわかりません。
同意書の内容だったり、オプションのビデオとか写真の内容や金額もまったく説明がありません。
挙句の果てには自分の生い立ちの資料と名刺を渡され、
よかったら読んでと言われました。必要あるのでしょうか。
名刺には電話番号とたしか175$で手配できると書いてました。
腹が立ちすぐ捨てました。写真がアップできるなら持って帰ればよかったです。
現地で改めて内容説明があるのかと思いましたが、
結局車ですべて書かないとダメみたいで、車内ではみんな困惑していました。
また車のマイクをつかって延々としゃべっていました。
内容はあまり覚えていませんが、健康について話していました。
スカイダイビングの説明はありません。
ちなみに現地にて日本語にて講習があると書いていましたがありません。
行きの車の中でビデオ見て終わりです。
あとは一緒に飛ぶ外人のインストラクターの人が片言の日本語で教えてくれるのみです。約１分のみ。インストラクターによっても説明の善し悪しはあります。
現地についたときにオプションのビデオ・写真の説明がありましたが
コーディネーターの説明した金額と請求金額は違っており現地の会社と揉めました。
片言の英語で説明しましたが伝わらずどちらも諦めました。
コーディネーターは次の仕事があるからと現地には常駐しません。
スカイダイビング自体は楽しかったのです。
ただ天気が悪く2100mのプランに変更なりました。
車酔いや乗り物酔いなどしない人は楽しいと思います。
怖さなどはありませんよ。一瞬だけです。
ただいろいろ有り過ぎていい思い出はありません。
ここに書ききれないほどまだまだありました。
なかなかできない体験と、ここで壊してほしくありません。
ここにクレームがないとこが不思議です。
改善が必要だとおもいます。

爽やかな乗馬でした。

ノースショア・シャーク・アドベンチャー 迫力満点！至近距離で野生のサメを見学 送迎付きプランあり
なかなかできない体験です。

ホテルへのお迎えにはクチコミ通り、日本語不可のドライバーさん。
７時からのツアーでしたが５時半にきちんとお迎えに来てくれました。
船に乗っても、日本人は私たちだけでした。
説明もすべて英語。特に日本語の案内も見る事なく
ツアーはスタート。
1番目のトライで7人で海のケージへ。
一緒入った家族がビデオを依頼したらしく、スタッフさんが海へ餌を
投入れていたので、それを食べるところが見られたりして
タイミングが良かったです。その後のグループでは
投入れていなかったので。
海から上がり、その後の2グループの体験を待つ間は
水着のままだととても寒かったので
着てきたスカートを利用して着替えましたが
プライベートスペースは船上はありませんので
着替えたい方は、何か考えた方が良いです。
暖かければ、水着でも良いのでしょうが、12月では
風が冷たく、水着ではいられませんでした。
酔い止め薬をすっかりと忘れて行ってしまったので
不安でしたが、私はなぜか全く平気でしたが
友人がケージの中で既に波に酔ってしまい大変そうでした。
20人位いた中で酔っていたのは2.3人でした。
欧米人はあまり酔わない体質なのでしょうか？笑
ツアー後は、ハレイワ観光がしたかったので
送りを断り、港で解散。
金額は値引きはありません。笑

人生で一度はやっておきたい！

スカイダイビング。
ほんとに最高の経験でした。
ここにも書いてあった通り日本語と高校レベル？の英会話能力があれば問題無くできます。
２１００mの希望で申し込みしましたが、現地に着くと２１００mの参加者は他にいなく、
ほぼ強制的にグレードアップする形になりました。
写真は、現地で申し込もうと思っていましたので、そのまま申し込みを。
スカイダイビングは何も難しいことなく、
すべてインストラクターさん任せにして大丈夫です！
また、ここはチップの仕組みもわかりやすく（チップを入れるポストがあります）
日本人が難しいと言われるチップのタイミングも問題なしでした。
帰りはドライバーさんにお願いし、
ノースショア観光を希望したため途中下車。
帰りはバスでホノルルに戻れましたよー！

Reviewed by: Vanessa, 2014/12/29I had originally purchased the 2 hour horseback riding tour but was called earlier on the day of the ride that they were not able to give the 2 hour ride tour due to a triathlon taking place on the Kualoa Ranch property. Renee was great to talk with with she offered alternatives. Change of day in the ride or lunch on them and a 1 hour ride with a bus ride to see the area that "Jurassic Park" was filmed. We chose to take the 1 hour ride and lunch on them. The buffet lunch was VERY good and had many selections to choose from. The horse were used to having inexperienced riders. They in my reflection were push button horses. They followed the leader. Very good ride for a first time horseback rider. The tour guide was very pleasant. Oh and Veltra reimbursed me the difference in cost between the two rides. That was very nice of them. When I go back to Oahu I think I will purchase the ATV tour. That looked like a lot of fun.

何の連絡も無く 中止。金より時間を返せ！
Reviewed by: 中止の場合 連絡無いよ, 2014/12/27私は現地集合を選びました。 あさ9時からの分を選びましたので ８時３０分 現地集合でした。ですので、ワイキキのホテルを７時３０分に出ました。起きたのは
子供の用意もあり、６時４０分ごろです。これだけ早く起きてますから 連絡があれば ノース迄行かずに 別の事も出来ました。天候不良の為 出航出来ないのは もちろん理解出来ます。でも、連絡が無いのは
まったく理解出来ません。金より時間を返せ！って感じですね。金は予約時にすぐ決済するのにね。
この度は、ご予約頂きましたツアーにご参加できませんでしたこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
また、キャンセルのご連絡がお客様に届いておらず、大変申し訳ございませんでした。

衝撃の体験

(2014年現在)円高ですが、それでも日本国内より大分安い金額で体験できるので、1度してみたいな、という人は是非。空から見るハワイの
景色はとても綺麗でした。
何の支えもなく、ひたすら上空から落ちていく、というのは結構衝撃的な体験でした。
送り迎えはありますが、若干不便な場所にあるため短期滞在の方で時間が勿体無く感じる人は、ワイキキへの帰り道にワイケレアウトレットなど寄れるのでレンタカーで向かっても良いかもしれません。私たちは、初ハワイで土地勘はありませんでしたが、それでも自分達で運転して問題なく到着できました。

The Surf Bus North Shore Fun Tour - Snorkel, Bike, Kayak, SUP & Waimea Waterfall
Awesome time
Reviewed by: Grace S, 2014/12/12This was a truly awesome experience. We had Sam as a driver and he was totally great. He navigated traffic well and all of his narrating was necessary, funny and enjoyable.
We had a slight problem in that we missed our pick up (oops!) but the company was helpful and told us where to go to get another pick up.
We did some bike riding in the morning, saw Pipeline and had a great time. In the afternoon we tried SUP and saw turtles! It was a fully awesome experience. So good getting out and SEEING the North Shore, not just taking pictures of it.

最高の体験です

ガイド兼運転手のお父さんの話では、空いている日だったらしくお昼くらいにはホテルに戻っていました。
インストラクターの方たちはイケメンばかりで準備段階からテンションあがります！
かなり緊張していたけれど、自分のタイミングではないので、ためらう暇もなく
あっという間に飛行機から飛び出していました。
素晴らしい島の景色で興奮して最初は叫んでいたけど、
パラシュートが開いてゆっくり降下しだしたぐらいからだんだんと気持ち悪くなってきて
サービスでぐるぐる回ってくれたりするのですが、片言英語で辞退・・・。
後半はとにかく早く陸に降ろしてほしい((+_+))という状態で景色を楽しむ余裕もなく
着陸後トイレへ直行しました。
落ちてくるだけだし大丈夫だろうと酔い止めを飲まなかったことを
かなり後悔したので、
乗り物酔いし易い方は飲んだ方が良いと思います。
でもまた挑戦したいと思えるほど興奮する体験でした。
写真やビデオは結構お高いので、一緒に行ったグループの方たちは誰も申し込んでいませんでした。
記念になるので迷いましたが、今思えば酔ったひどい顔が写らなくてよかったです(^_^;)

Can't say enough about Ernal, our tour guide. Super friendly, knowledgeable and over all great guy. During our tour he was teaching us Hawaiian words and very interesting facts about Hawaii. His stories were funny and kept us to schedule.
You really should do this tour!

日本での外乗同様、駆け足、速足ができるので楽しめます。英語を話せたらもっと楽しめたと

いろいろの生き物（鳥、ヤギ、牛、ひつじなど）がいるし、馬が人馴れしているので安心して
触れることが出来ました。

ノースショア・シャーク・アドベンチャー 迫力満点！至近距離で野生のサメを見学 送迎付きプランあり
船酔いがひどい・・・。
Reviewed by: にゃんくま, 2014/11/27待っている間の船の揺れがひどく、船酔いしやすい人は要注意です。
サメもたくさん泳いでいるのですが、迫力はあまりなく、ただひたすら水の中をもぐっているだけでした。
その後も船酔いに悩まされ、結局気持ち悪さだけが残った旅行になりました。
残念です。

すごいスピードで落ちていくなんとも言えない感じが最高でした。
