楽しかった！

もっと思いっきり疾走できるのかと思っていましたが、時速15キロくらいでゆっくりのんびり走る・・といった感じでした。
でも、参加者全員の安全を考えているので仕方ないかなと
いった感じです。
それよりもクアロア牧場の壮大な景色に圧倒、感動です。
スタッフは片言の日本語を話す方でしたが、こちらも少しは話せるのでコミュニケーションには何ら問題なく、親切にしていただきました。
とても楽しかったです。また参加したいと思います。

Kualoa Ranch Horseback Riding & Jurassic Valley Movie Sites Tour
Tame Horseback Ride @ Kualoa Ranch
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2008/09/03We did the 2-hour horseback ride at Kualo Ranch which is beautiful and and our guide was great. Our guide pointed out all the sites that numerous TV shows and movies were shot at and provided us myriad information about the ranch and Oahu in general. We took a lot of great pictures. I would recomend this tour for anyone including first time riders interested in a very tame tour of the ranch. There were childern and older folks on our tour. If however you're looking for an exciting ride, this isn't it. We never moved faster than a walk, not a fast walk either, I think my horse fell asleep at one point. Our guide explained that they used to trot the horses and run in the open fields but there were too many injuries. That's too bad becuase this could have been a great overall tour rather than just an enjoyable tour. By the way, the 4-wheelers go no faster on the ranch then the horses. We saw the guides riding their 4-wheelers side saddle and of course you can't hear anything on

The Surf Bus North Shore Fun Tour - Snorkel, Bike, Kayak, SUP & Waimea Waterfall

Reviewed by: Rickster, 2008/09/02I took the biking tour through North Shore. Justin was a very good guide and showed us the ins and outs of the North Shore community. Justin showed me the best routes to take with my mountain bike. The tour was right on time and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour as it is a great value. It was a nice touch that water and snacks were provided on board.

小さな子供でも乗馬できます
Reviewed by: hide, 2008/09/01今回７才５才３才の３人の子供連れで参加しました。
子供たちに乗馬をさせてやりたいと色々と探しましたが、だいたいのところは１０歳以上という中で唯一「ケイキ(子供)乗馬」というのを見つけて、参加しました。
最初はポニーのような小さい馬かなと思っていましたが、実際は普通の馬で、３人ともポニーは何度か経験がありましたが、普通の馬は初めてでした。
３頭の馬に牧場のスタッフが二人付いてくれて、手綱をもって広大な牧場を３０分以上にわたって乗馬を楽しみました。
サークルの中をグルグル回るだけでなく、けっこう岡の上まで上って他の馬の放牧場を見たり生まれたばかりの子馬を見たりと楽しい時間でした。
子供たちもまた乗馬をしたいと、大変楽しかったようです。
普通の乗馬ツアーは７歳以上とのことでしたので、また数年後にツアーに参加したいと思います。
日本語は通じませんが、参加自体は問題ないと思います。

私は、国内の殆どの絶叫系ライドを乗っていますが、その時の興奮は過去のものであり、今後スカイダイビングで経験した「興奮」を上回るものはないと思います。
上空４０００メートルから、飛び出す瞬間の「恐怖」、落ちていく途中の「興奮」、パラシュートが開いた後の「景色」は、言葉では言い表せません。
飛ぶ前に「全ては自己責任」という意味合いの「承諾書」にサインしないといけませんが、スカイダイビングに１％でも興味のある方は、是非やってください。９９％の不安と恐怖があっても、優しくて優秀なスタッフが楽しませてくれます。
カップルや友達がいる人は、是非一緒にやってください、一生の思い出作りになると思います。
今回、残念だったのは、私の相方が５メートルの崖から飛び降りれないほどのビビリさんであったので、逃げ出してしまい、興奮を分かち合えなかった事とビデオ撮影して頂いた自分の顔があまりにイタかった事です。
最後に、今回お世話になったスタッフの皆さんに「ありがとう」の言葉と「スカイダイビング最高！！！」の言葉を贈りたいです。

If you've never seen wild sharks...
Reviewed by: Aaron, 2008/08/13this is definitely the activity for you. The staff aboard the boat are very friendly and knowledgeable (thanks Jeremy and Phillip!), and there WILL be sharks. I've actually been on a dive with sharks without a cage, so this wasn't as breathtaking for me, but if you've never seen sharks in the wild, I highly recommend this activitiy.

Outstanding! ~ Don't go hungover

As a group of three we boarded the North Shore boat in various stages of hangover from an international conference. One mate was viciously seasick, another repeatedly seasick and I was moderately seasick (only had to hang my head over the boat once). It is a testament to this excursion that although we all felt absolutely awful we thought it was AMAZING and would do it again in a heartbeat.
Do not pass up the opportunity to see these incredible animals in crystal clear deep waters. Be sure to have something for motion sickness as it is a bumpy ride on the boat and in the cage.

再び乗馬に
Reviewed by: ゆきねこさん, 2008/07/25一昨年クアロア牧場で２種選べるコースで乗馬をしました。先頭の馬に乗っていて後続が遅くなったときに先に行っていていいよと言われ馬にお任せであのジュラシックパークの撮影舞台になった雄大な景色の中をひとりで進んだのが忘れられず、今回は２時間を希望。
一緒に行った主人はバギーに乗り乗馬は日本人は一人だけ。
今回は最後尾でしたが近くについてくれたスタッフの女性はやさしくてきれい、何の不安もありません。
ワイキキのホテルからの送迎も日本人は私たちだけ、運転している方も日本語は全く使いませんが、送迎の車はＫｕａｌｏａの文字が入っていますので集合場所ですぐわかりますし大丈夫。
馬はお利口に列になって進みますので馬上で写真を撮ったり、景色を見たりできます。荷物はロッカーに預けなくてはなりません。カメラは首から下げたほうがいいかも。現地で申込用紙にサインして年齢も書くのですが私だけ抜群に年上で自分でも笑ってしまいました。
２時間はあっという間に過ぎ夢のような時間でしたがちょっとお尻は痛くなりました。

10人くらいの中、日本人は私たち二人だけでした。
観光乗馬は初めてだったし、ウエスタンスタイルの乗馬も初めてだったので、少し不安でしたが、とてもよく調教されている馬だったので、全然問題なかったです。
ただ本当に観光乗馬です。なので、当然駈歩や速歩などありません。雄大な景色を眺めながら、ひたすら常歩です。
だから乗馬経験者には、物足りないかもといった感じでした。
スタッフの方は、アメリカ人が多いと、残念ですがそちらの方の応対に重点を置かれます。まあ話が弾むのだから、仕方ないとは思いますが・・・
お天気にも恵まれ、のんびりとした気持ちで馬に乗るには、いいかと思います。

ワイキキから行く場合、とりあえずポリネシアカルチャーセンターを目指して行くとわかりやすいと思います。
どれくらい馬に乗っているかを尋ねられ、サークル内で速歩などをして、いざ出発。
山道をてくてく進んだ後、木立の中をいきなり駈歩です。
先頭のサラが走ると、私の馬もすぐに駈歩。私の後ろの妹の馬も一緒に走ります。
結構走りました。ウエスタンの駈歩は初めてで、少し心配しましたが、長い鐙でも走りやすいものなんですね。すごく気持ちよかったです。
道の状態を見ながら、後は速歩で坂道を上ったり下ったり。
頂上では、サラがグアバの実を取ってくれて、写真も撮ってくれました。
下りは景色がいいので、のんびり常歩です。
お天気も良く、とても充実した1時間でした。また機会があれば、もう一度ガンストック牧場を訪れたいです。

Seeing sharks circling up from the deep to come and feed in close attendence with Trumpetfish and a random Tuna was a sight I will never forget. The water was so blue and clear that it was like watching on film. If there is one thing that you do when you go to Hawaii then this should be it. With the correct balance between ecology, safety and fun this must be the best activity by a mile and it still leaves time for surfing in the afternoon! Brilliant.

Reviewed by: 匿名希望, 2008/06/22娘と二時間の乗馬を楽しみました。簡単な説明の時、馬は生き物なので１００％安全とはいえないと言われ、少し不安になりましたが、大自然の中、自分で手綱を操りながら進むのは、とても楽しかったです。馬にも個性があり、何度止めさせても草を食べる子がいたり、私の乗ったブラッキーは歩く速度がおそく、二、三度スタッフに引っ張られました。坂道を一生懸命のぼる姿はけなげで可愛かったです。さすがに二時間終えた後はお尻が痛かったけれど、参加して大満足でした。

The beach part was great not "hike"

All the interesting parts that might be qualified as hikes were barred as off limits for falling rock or just closed off. Also, the change in elevation was laughable. It was more like going to a park.
The waterfall actually had water, but not enough water yet for swimming, which was teh main point of it. That part was very underwhelming.
The snorkeling on teh beach was great. Amazing area and great knowledgeable staff/tour guides. highly recommend that part.

We had young children in our group and he entertained them a lot of the way, along with the rest of us. Very informative and wonderful way to see the island. Only negative, would have liked to have just a little more time at the Dole Plantation.

クアロア牧場バギーに参加してきました
Reviewed by: 匿名希望, 2008/06/08結論から言うと、大満足の体験でした！家族三人(全て２０代)での参加でした。三人ともバギーは初めてで緊張のテスト走行で、一人だけいきなりのコースアウトをしてしまったもののなんとか全員失格にはならず…ガイドの方も私達に合わせてゆっくり進んでくれ、常にこちらに気を配ってくれており、安心でした。走行中の景色は本当に素晴らしく、見とれていると走行に支障が出る可能性アリ、です。一人は、運転に必死で景色を見ている余裕はなかった、といっておりました。私達は二時間コースだったのですが、かなりゆったりとしたスピードでしたし、休憩時間もたっぷりとってもらったので、１時間コースを２時間で走ったのだと思います。次回も必ず２時間コースを申し込みたいと思います！初めての方でも本当にオススメですよ！ただ、車やバイクの運転経験がまったくない方は、慣れるのがかなり難しい、かも？参加できて良かったと、心から思えるツアーでした。

Reviewed by: Yulia, 2008/05/27You have a list called "10 things to do before I die" and you've just marked one thing as 'done' - this is what this tour feels like. Do it, and you won't regret. Just don't forget a pill of Bonine and waterproof camera with a long strap that you can put around your neck. If your camera is not waterproof, take it anyway, because you can take great pictures even from the boat.
