This was a great trip for me and my husband! It gave us the opportunity to see most of the island during our short trip to Oahu, the tour guide was great and really made the most of our time during the tour, he was also very informative. We definitely were pleased with this activity!

The Pearl Harbor Hawaii Circle Tour was unique. We started with Pearl Harbor which was poignant and beautifully done. Then we started what I like to call "see the Hawaii most people don't see".
We not only saw mountains valleys, cliffs, and ocean but landmarks, visited a farm, plantation, enjoyed lunch at a golf club (not included). The guide (driver) was funny, informative, and professional. Don't miss this tour - this is the real Hawaii.

スタッフの方の対応も良くて、気持ちよく参加できました。
サンセット＆星空観測は絶対おススメです！
日本では絶対体験できないことだし、感動モノなので是非たくさんの方にも見てほしい。
ダウンジャケットや手袋も貸してくれて、あたたかい飲み物も用意してくれました。
マウイ最後の夜に体験できたのでホント良かったです。

First luau

My husband and I booked the Ambassador package which provided a small group guided tour. DeGe, our guide, was knowledgeable and funny. The tour didn't give us much time to see each village but the center is too big to be seen in one day so, with DeGe, we were able to see a little bit of everything. The luau was fun and the food was good. The Ha performance was also very entertaining. Well worth the money for the package.

She greeted us, gave us our leis, took us over to get out bags from the airport terminal, and helped us get information about sites and events in Hawaii. Wonderful, Wonderful!! We would recommend this to anyone traveling to Hawaii, especially your first time.

今回、80歳の母と参加しました。6年前、ハワイ島のマウナケアのツアーで感動したのでもう一度感動したくてマウイのハレアカラに参加しましたが、前回よりもっと感動しました。夜空を見上げるのにイスを用意していただき、母は足元を気にせず何時までも満天の星に感動していました。BGもよく、ヤマピーの心配りが端々に感じ思わず涙してしまいました。ありがとうございました。
マウイのハレアカラに来ていただき感謝です。
こちらは往復で２時間ほどで容易に頂上に行けるのも魅力です。
また親孝行しにマウイに来てくださいね。

Tour guide was knowledgeable, but I got a little tired of her reminding us that she knew all of our names. This was impressive that she could remember our names, but after a while it seemed like she was reminding us so we would give her a bigger tip. Lunch at the golf club was an odd choice...with so many Hawaiian locations available, we go to a golf club? I took the abbreviated tour (finished at 3:30 rather than 5:30), and from what I heard from those that did the full day tour, I made a wise choice. All-in-all, a good tour with a knowledgeable guide, but the Dole plantation and Macadamia nut "factory" stops didn't offer much more than shopping.

We booked this tour on line before arriving in Waikiki. Wondered if we had made a mistake, but the tour was great. We were picked up on schedule exactly as promised. Our tour guide, Sam, was informative and knowledgeable about the island and the culture.
The best part of this tour is the choices! The next best thing is how much time you have on your own to enjoy the activity choices. Couldn't have been better. Absolutely loved it! Would go again.

Driver/guide was exceptionally entertaining and agreed to be the best we have had in over 50 different tours over the years.
The day is a long one with many stops with a variety of interesting views and places narrated with a high entertainment level sustained thoughout the day.

Hello All!
My husband and I took this tour on Tuesday, Oct 6th, 2009. It was the best tour ever! North Shore is beautiful and absolutely amazing. We had one activity and rode a beach cruiser to all the beaches. We hung out at Waimea Beach and the waves were pretty insane. There was a surfing competition on the other beach. We saw sea turtles and that was a SIGHT! Our tour guide Sam is the definitely the coolest guide ever. We 100% recommend this activity to everyone. No joke. If you don't believe, you guys can contact us at mdot42@hotmail.com. =D

A FIRST TIME VISITOR

This was our visit to Hawaii. We had a terrific time on this tour. Our guide was fun and informative. We got to see almost the entire Island. It was terrific. Although we wish we had more time at the Dole Plantation. I highly recommend this tour if you only have a few days in Oahu. it is well worth the money.

My parents flew to Hawaii for the first time and I wanted to make sure they were greeted the "Aloha Way" with a beautiful, fresh Hawaiian Lei.
Before they left, I mentioned to them to pay attention for their names when they land in Hawaii. Amazing! The lady was waiting and my parents LOVED IT!! It started their vacation on a great note. My mom was so surprised and thrilled. She wore her lei all week!! It's been 10 days and the lei is still full bloom, fresh and gorgeous. I drove over to their house last night and saw it myself. She brought it back! She was so excited and the one point she made, "my lei was much bigger and fuller than everyone else's". She felt special. It was very nice. Thank you so much!! A million mahalo's!!

Fantastic Fun on our Honeymoon!!!

First timers in Hawaii. We booked the Ambassador package, which came with a tour guide. She was quick to get us from one village show to another, getting us good seats.
We learned some pretty interesting things from the different villages about different cultures.
The food was ok. Nothing to turn backflips over. The "Ha: Breathe of Life" night show was nice. My wife loved it, which was very important.
KAP TAFITI, THE SOMOAN GUY IS VERRRRRY FUNNY!
Overall great experience!
Save your tickets. You have 3 days after to return and revisit villages at no extra charge. We just had to see the Somoan guy.

A nice start to the trip

This was nice after such a long flight. Seeing our names when we got of the plane and being escorted to the bagage claim was nice, the leis were so beautiful and everyone commented on them asking us where we got them. They were WAY WAY nicer then the ones they sold at booths in the airport. I recommend this if you are celebrating something special or if it is your first time in Hawaii. Loved it :) They lasted days!!!!

We had a wonderful time at the center and the lua was great. We had a tour guide with us that allowed us to probably see more things but at the same time we couldn't really wander off on our own to see things that interested us. The ride from Waikiki was long, but the driver entertained us with great facts. The hike to the waterfall was nice. Unfortunately there seemed to not be enough time to do two activities in the morning. We hiked back down to the beach and only had enough time to jump in the water before pick up. I missed jumping off the rocks:( The kayak was relaxing and provided us with a great tan!

tour guide was very funny and extremely knowledgeable. answered all of my questions without my having to ask. definately recommend this tour with. this was my honeymoon. i chose to take this tour on our first full day in oahu. good move. we rented a car for one day before we left and because of this tour knew exactly where we were going. this tour is well worth the money.

This is a great way to see the whole island and get a great perspective on places you want to go back and visit during your trip...Of course, Pearl Harbor was awesome -- just wish we had gone to the Missouri too....Our tour guide, Jeff, was fantastic! He is a native and really knows the island! He told us all kinds of interesting "trivia" that we didn't get on other tours....

A sweet beginning!

Our trip to Oahu began beautifully when Amanda met us at the airport with the lovely Hawaiian leis and sweet Aloha. These are gorgeous real flowers and they lasted the entire week we were there. Amanda was very cheerful and kind, took us to get our baggage and made sure we knew how to get a taxi to our hotel. She chatted about some local area attractions and was a welcoming start to our vacation. Landing in a strange place for the first time, it was nice to see someone there waiting for us and welcoming us to their area. Makes the Hawaiian vacation authentic and what we all think of when we think of Hawaii. Thanks, Amanda!!

８月１９日に参加したマウイ症候群感染患者です。結婚生活の２４年間で、今回が１２回目のマウイ島訪問でした。１２回の中で色々な形でハレアカラ山に登りましたが、今回のツアーが最高に良かったと思います。
内容については、６月３日投稿の「るなさん」の記述の通りで、大満足でした。
参加当日は近くを通過する台風の影響で雲が多く、満天の星ではなかったけれど、それでも次回も必ず参加したいツアーです。
それはきっとガイドの山内さんの魅力でしょう！
もう12回となるとマウイの隅々までご存知でしたよね。
とても皆さんのお話が面白くて、こちらが楽しめました。笑
秘密結社から政界までまた色々なお話を聞かせてくださいね。
来年の再会を楽しみにしています。

Our guide Tavita with his knowledge and his special sense of humour made this a very special day for us. His introduction to the USS Arizona memorial as we rode to Pearl Harbour was moving and full of information. This made the visit even more special. And the rest of the day - the Circle Island part - was thoroughly enjoyable and informative, again thanks to Tavita. We would unconditionally recommend this tour to everyone.

マウイに行ったら、これに参加しなければマウイの旅行は完結しないでしょう、という位有意義なアクティビティでした。
クリスピー＆ドーナツに始まり、クラロッジで旨いジャムや紅茶を買う事が出来、いよいよハレアカラへ。
3000メートルの山の登るのですが、車ですぅーと行くので、まったくストレスがありません。
山頂まで着くと、息を飲む光景が待っています。
色が凄いんです。
最後はガイドの山内さんの心温まるお話も付いています。
余談ですが、頂上は相当寒いので得に女性は足などしっかり防寒していったほうがいいです。
先日はお疲れ様でした。うちのツァーは良く食べながらのツァーですよね。笑
美味しい物をご紹介出来たらと、スーパーにも置いていない選りすぐりを
ご紹介しています。夕日は沈んでからが本領発揮なので、
段々と変化していく夕焼けに時間を忘れてしまいます。
山頂も夜は朝日に比べて人が少ないので落ち着いて楽しめますよね。
現在天の川が頭上に輝き、ＧＰＳ望遠鏡で木星の縞もはっきりと確認できます。
