Trip to Lanai island is a MUST DO in your Life!!!

Fantastic trip from beginning to end - The boat ride to the island was smooth and very enjoyable, saw tons on dolphins right up to the boat, flying next to the boat and jumping our of the water. Even saw a Mommy and Baby dolphin - so Cute!!! Then to the Lanai island for a unbelievable snorkeling experience - so many beautiful fish - schools of them - amazing. The Crew was supportive and watchful for the entire group's safety and highest level of Fun. The lunch is all you can eat freshly cooked noodles, teriyaki chicken, salad with mango dressing, refreshing drinks - the most wonderful meal. Don't miss this trip - it is 100% worth your time and the cost of the trip. We plan to go again when we return to Maui.

Wear a hat use sunglasses and sunscreen.
We will be back to Lana'i to stay overnight this time.
Saw a late spring whale jump, turtle in water and awesome scenery going and coming from Maui.

Really great captain and naturalist staff. The boat ride was enjoyable and we saw several whales. The snorkeling was beautiful. They have staff on surf boards setting up a safety perimeter. We really enjoyed this trip! We would definitely book again if we return to Maui.

Honolulu to Hilo One Day Fly Away Tour - Volcanoes National Park & Waterfalls
Oahu to Big Island in a day

Glad we did it but it's expensive and a very long day. Up at 3:45 to get a taxi to the airport for a 6:00am flight. The tour said lunch included, neither we nor anyone else on the tour thought it would be a packet of chips and a turkey wrap in a box on board the bus. It was. The tour locations were excellent, the volcano, lava tube, waterfalls were all spectacular. The guide was good.

I love the ferry

I always go back and forth on whether I want to fly or ride to ferry to Lana'i and I'm always so glad I choose the ferry when I do. Although it is a longer ride and takes a while to get to the harbor because of where I live, it's always a leisurely ride and I love watching the whales. The only downside is that if you don't get there early enough, you have to sit inside which is not as nice on a pretty day.

Careful where you park

The only issue was parking. We were told to park in the lot across from the big banyan tree so we did. We got a $60 ticket for overtime parking. Not pleased!!!!!

Rosario was a wonderful tour Guide. friendly and Professional. the van was clean and the windows were polished. He took us to some of the most beautiful places on Earth. at the top of the canyon he had a wonderful lunch set up. He talked with each person and got some information about their origins and back - ground. the photo stops were unbelievable and he made everybody feel special and their was not one question he did not answer in detail! He gave great prospective, from a locals point of view ton every topic. I highly recommend Rosario (for your next ohau - kauai - tour) Five stars all the way!

Easy ride over to Lanai

It was a great ride! If you want to sit on top of the ferry and get a good view, be sure to get there early. We saw lots of whales on our way back from Lanai! Take a Dramamine if you get a little motion sickness and you won’t have any issues. The ferry was spacious and super easy to book online. We will definitely be going back to lanai using this service!

Quicksilver Lanai Snorkeling Cruise & Dolphin Encounter with Meals [May-Oct]

The experience was fantastic! We saw dolphins and whales on our way to the snorkeling destination. We saw sea turtles, colorful coral and all types and colors of fish while snorkeling. The crew was very friendly and offered a great (optional) intro for us first timers before we got in the water. Gear was in excellent condition and wet suits, noodles and life belts were offered free of charge. The lunch was good and so were the cocktails provided after snorkeling. We even won a prize for the trivia game we played. All 3 generations in our group loved it and would do it again!

I was on a vacation to Maui with friends and we did a day trip to Lanai using this ferry service. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable during the ride. It was whale season, so we saw many whales during the crossing. The ferry left promptly on time and the captain ensured that we were well informed the entire journey. Highly recommend!

Boat was on time and boarding was easy. We went in January when their were a lot of whales in the channel. The captain slowed and drove the boat to maximized our whale viewing! Lovely day!! Get in line early for a top seat on the boat!

The ferry is clean, staff is friendly & helpful, ride is comfortable and you have a choice to be in air conditioning or open air.
We chose open air and had quite a show of whale activity.

Great experience! Steve was extremely knowledgeable and told us all about Lanai’s history. He took his time and made sure we got the best from our tour. Our tour guide, Steve, was right on time, friendly, super knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about his island home. We were able to see everything of interest on Lanai (except the resorts, which are not open to sight-seers). If you are on a one-day trip to Lanai, this is the way to go.

It was a great full day with my family. Captain Raquel and her team were amazing! Saw lots of whales in the morning with Haleakala in the background. Dolphins joined us on the ride back too! The entire team was fun and interacted w/ all of us. We can't recommend it enough!

The experience was good. We saw both whales and dolphins. The unfortunate thing was that they overbooked the boat and there wasn’t seats available for everyone on deck. Being forced to sit in the crew area below and not hear the captain’s commentary had a way of making you feel unwelcome. However, we did get to do the activities and saw wonderful marine life.
