My family and I had a great time on our sunset cruise. The captain, first mate, and all workers were incredibly nice. The tour was so relaxing and the sunset was amazing. The boat was clean and they provided coolers for your drinks. I’d highly recommend this cruise to everyone!

It was just okay, but the waitresses on the vessel made up for it.

The service provided on the dinner cruise by the servers was excellent. They were friendly and nice, always with a smile! I expected more interaction by the captain. He didn't introduce himself to the people on board or had anything to say to us. This dinner cruise was a disappointment, but we tried to make the best of it. The dinner was good, but two of my family members got sea sick because the waters were choppy and the vessel was rocking back and forth pretty bad. At least a photographer took a nice picture of us that we purchased! Thank God I took motion sickness medication before I boarded the vessel.

Great staff, food was the best we had on Waikiki Beach! If you are looking for a great time, good views, and quality time with your loved one/s this is the cruise to take. I highly recommend! We will definitely do it again the next time we visit the island.

There were 10 of us that had the opportunity to enjoy a fancy dinner on the waters off of Ohau. The age range of our party were from 2-72.
From the time we arrived and checked in we were treated courteously and made to feel welcomed! The music and dancing while we waited made the experience more exciting for my nephews (2,4, & 8 years old) and for my Brother and wife who have never been to Hawaii before. Once onboard we were greeted by the captain of the boat which thrilled them silly and kept my sister in law busy trying to get them to their seats.
We had the best waitress for our table! we always had something to drink and when we were undecided she was able to suggest drinks for the adults and kids. When the boys were unsure with dinner, our waitress brought more cheese and fruit. We never had to look for her she just knew and was always available.
We all enjoyed the dancing and even were invited to join in. My nephews danced their hearts out, along with my mom (the 72 year old) and my sister. The views from the top deck were specular and we got some great family pictures.
Defiantly an event we will remember!
Thank you to the staff aboard the Star of Honolulu! you were fantastic!

Great time on the catamaran, staff was super accommodating. We went as a non-drinking family and it was very nice. There was even a proposal on the boat while we were there. Mixed crowd there was some Shorts and t-shirt and a also people were dressed up.

Couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Capt Mike, Faith, Brandon and Rob were the height of professionalism yet still made it fun. They were knowledgeable of the area, sailing and were very personable. They made it their mission to make sure we were happy, comfortable and filled with liquid refreshment. Sunset was out of this world and different experience then watching it from land. You won’t regret a single minute on this boat!

Such an awesome experience! I was worried with this being at such a low price compared to other similar excursions but it was amazing. The staff was incredibly personable and made the whole thing so fun. They took pictures for us and made sure our drinks were always full. Far more than just a sunset cruise, it was more like a party boat with a sunset bonus!

Trip went off without a hitch. Everything we expected and more. The Captain and crew were very accommodating, friendly and informative about the area. They let us pretty much make the call on where to go. Had an awesome time, and would highly recommend Captain Shane and the Royal Hawaiian Catamaran.

This was such a fun and relaxing experience. The bartender was absolutely the best. Besides the fact that it was an open bar - he granted every request with the biggest smile on his face. The whole crew was absolutely great. Me and my girlfriends really enjoyed our time out at sea. the sunset was STUNNING. Highly recommend.

We greatly enjoyed the dinner cruise. The views were absolutely beautiful and the staff was extremely attentive, courteous, and friendly. We also enjoyed that there was live music. My only comment that could have been improved was that there was no food for children. While I appreciated that my daughter was free, I would rather have paid a small price for something simple for her, such as macaroni and cheese or a hot dog.

My partner and I had a blast on this sunset cruise. You get the laid-back local vibe from the staff and they play great music. We brought a couple of White Claws for ourselves to enjoy. The boat goes pretty far out and sometimes the waves get rough on the way out so if you get motion sickness easily may need to take something before. I suggest getting on the boat first if you want the best seat options to avoid being soaked! Such an amazing price for the experience, I wanted to do it a couple more times while on Oahu, Next time I am back I will be doing this again for sure! Don't forget to bring cash to tip these awesome guys!

It was indeed an outstanding experience doing this sunset dinner cruise with Star of Honolulu. We super enjoyed the 5-course dinner, the overflowing cocktails, the champagne and most of all the live music and cultural dances. You even made the journey more easy with your smooth pick up and drop off. All the staff were great as well!
