Great Time
Reviewed by: KCarson, 2016/08/28The sunset dinner cruise my wife and I took lived up to the hype. The food was excellent! The western coast of the Big Island was just beautiful at that time of day. We also got to see a pod of dolphins (I would say at least 20 jumping out of the water) along the way. Can't recommend this activity enough!!!

Speedi Shuttle Kona Airport Transportation Service
Impressed with service.

I noticed the Speedi Shuttle service both on Oahu and Hawaii Island, but had never used it. I called for information and was helped by a very friendly employee who gave me thorough information. Registering was simple and quick. I made a reservation for departure service from my resort to Kona airport. The driver was on time and she and I had a very enjoyable conversation all the way to the airport in the very comfortable air conditioned Speedi van. The fare was AMAZING. Taxi rates back home on Oahu and on the Big Island are very high. I paid LESS for a 14 mi. trip with Speedi vs a 4.4 mi. ride in a taxi on the Big Island. Back home, 1.7 mi from the airport to my residence by taxi cost me half what I paid for the 14 mi. trip on the Big Island. Yes. I am very impressed with your service.

伝統ルアウ＆フラ・ハワイアンショー アイランド・ブリーズ・ルアウ（キングカメハメハホテル内）＜ブッフェ夕食／飲み放題／シェルレイ付＞
たっぷり３時間半
Reviewed by: madai, 2016/08/26コートヤードキングカメハメハホテルに宿泊してました。ショーはこのホテルで行われます。
１７:００集合でしたが、行くとロビー横の廊下に長蛇の列ができてました。
後のことも考えると受付には早くいくことをお勧めします。並ぶのが遅いと、後々食事時間に影響します。
特別料金を払うと前の方の席になり、あまり並ぶ必要もありません。
並ぶと順番に対応してくれますが、花のレイか貝殻のレイか聞かれます。貝殻は無料で花のレイ有料です。お互いに貝殻のレイをかけあいました。
その後バウチャーをチケットにかえ、入場する会場に向かいます。
会場につくとず～っとゆったりとしたハワイアンミュージックが演奏されています。全員がテーブルにつくまで、席に座って待ちます。飲み物は入口の近くに自分でとりにいきます。大人はビールやマイタイが提供され、子どもは赤いクランベリージュースのみです。１０歳の子供はそれがダメでした。それと同時に５種類くらいの昔の遊びや顔や足にスタンプのような飾りをつけたりと伝統的な昔の遊びの紹介があります。それに参加するかどうかは自由です。その後フラダンスのレッスンがあつたり、伝統的な料理、バナナの皮に肉を包んで蒸すなどの説明があったり、３０分くらいの自由な時間があります。その間もハワイアンミュージックがずっとかかってます。入場して一時間くらい経つとようやく海からカメハメハ大王が陸に上陸してきます。
それが終わるとようやく食事ですが、前方の席から順番によぱれ食事(ビュッフェ)を取りにいきます。でも自由には取りにいけないのです。テーブルごとによばれるので、とにかく最初のテーブルの人たちが呼ばれてからもさいてい３０分は待ちました。１０歳の子供は、ゆったりとしたミュージックと昼のシュノーケリングでとうとうご飯を食べずに寝てしまいました。お腹がへっているのに、なかなか順番は来ず、自分のテーブルの順番を待ってやっとご飯を食べました。
デザートコーヒー紅茶はあります。
御飯が食べ終わってもう部屋に帰ってもいいんじゃないのと思う頃にようやくショーが始まりました。ショーはハワイアンダンスにファイヤーショーがあったりなかなかよかったですが、とにかく食事にありつくのにも、ショーを見るのにも時間がかなりかかり、心と時間にかなりゆとりをもたないと、逆に疲れてしまいました。
ハワイアンミュージックはとても心地よく、息子二人と旦那もウトウト肝心のショーの時には、
頭が揺れてました。終わりは20:30。大人が参加するショーかなと思います。
１０歳の子供は結局起きず、何とかチキンナゲットとポテト、白ご飯とお肉だけをいただいたパックに詰め込んで、部屋に戻ってから食べました。
子どもより年配の方々向けのショーです。

Devon the Ultimate Adventure Guide

The remote location was fantastic, Devon added to the trip with his exciting and friendly personality teaching us about the land formations, the sea, and Hawaiian folklore. A must see, will be booking again next year with Devon for my whole family.

ハワイ島 ケアラケクア湾シュノーケリングツアー 滑り台や飛び込み台完備の船で行く！＜午前・午後／英語ガイド／食事付＞by フェアウィンド号
英語しゃべれなくてもなんとかなりました

ケアウホウ湾は秘境の地という感じがしてちょっと神秘的でした☆
水の透明度が高く魚もたくさんいましたが、カハルウビーチパークと量も種類もそんなに変わりなかったように感じます。慣れてる人だと物足りないかも？
スタッフの方は気さくで親切でした。言葉がわからないなりに楽しめてとても良い思い出になりました。
下記、当日の流れを書きます。同じように英語が苦手な方、よかったら参考にしてください♪

まずハワイ島に到着したらリコンファームという到着確認の電話をしなければならず、これが一番ハードル高かったです。
リコンファームについてはVELTRAさんのサイトに詳しく書いてあります。
当日はレンタカーではなかったのでシェラトンホテルから集合場所まで歩きました。
徒歩5分です。
受付でバウチャーを渡すと英語でさらさらっと説明がありました。
後から考えるとシュノーケルマスクは乗船前、フィンは船で渡しますと言っていたと思います。
日本人は私達以外に1組だけいらっしゃったので心強かったです。
午前のツアーの船が戻って来て船内の準備が終わるまでけっこう待ちました。外なので暑いです。
その後シュノーケルマスクの貸出が始まりました。
途中でスヌーバをやる人を集めて同意書を書かせたりしていたようですが、あらかじめ申し込んでいた人なのかその場で募ったのかなわかりませんでした。
英語による乗船前の説明が済んだら乗り込みです。
船は二階だと見晴らしがいいですが日が当たる場所はキツそうでした。乗船時間は30分以上はあります。
途中でイルカ4～5頭に会いました！前の席の方たちはしっかり見れていたようですが、二階の真ん中の席だった私達は背びれが見れたくらいです。
１階のカウンター付近に水とトロピカルジュース、おかきやプレッツェルが混ざったスナックが置いてあり自由に取りに行く感じでした。トイレもあります。
フィンはスタッフの方が配りに来てくれます。
私達は自分のがあったので借りませんでしたが、スタッフさんが代わる代わる｢フィンはある？｣と気遣ってくれました。
スポットに着いたら浮き輪や体に巻く浮き具も借りられますので泳ぎが不安な方も安心です。足は全くつかない深さです。
シュノーケル以外にも、船からのダイブや滑り台で楽しむことができます。
自由時間は1時間くらいだったと思います。
終了の合図で船に戻り帰路についている間、フルーツのサービスがありました。
チップは渡している人を見かけなかったためタイミングがわからず渡していません。
慣れている方々は他の人にわからないようにスマートに渡していたのかもしれません。
以上です。
英語がわからなくても自分で安全を守れれば十分楽しめると思います！

ハワイムードが満喫できます

ヤシの木の後ろに沈んでく夕日、陽気な司会とハワイアンミュージック、ポリネシアンショーとハワイアンムード満点でした！
ステージに向かって左側にIMUオーブンがあるので、興味がある方は近い席の方が前で見られると思います。
ただお肉を取り出した後、まわりがちょっと焦げ臭いです。
飲み物はマイタイ、ジュースとコーヒー紅茶がありました。他のアルコールもあったみたいですが、よくわからなかったです。
マイタイはボウルに入っているトロピカルジュースを自分で入れ、スタッフの方にラムを入れてもらうシステムでした。
ラムなしでも美味しかったです。
食べ物はオーブンで焼いた豚肉の他チキンもビーフもあり、野菜料理も色々とありました。
色々なハワイ料理を少しずつ食べられるのが良いです。
コナコーヒーのケーキが美味しかったです♪
ポリネシアンダンスは正直すごい！というほどではなかったのですが、本場の方なので雰囲気があり、ロケーションもよかったので楽しめました。
後半ハワイアンミュージックでチークダンスタイムがありました。
私達はただ見てましたが、欧米の老夫婦が見つめあって踊ったり抱き合ったりする様子はとても素敵でした☆*。
ハワイに来たー！という気分を満喫するのにおすすめのショーです。

内容は素晴らしかった

ちょっとびっくりです。
オプショナルの内容は良かったので残念です。

That was very disappointing and upsetting that we weren't forewarned by email about the strong possibility of rain, as we had come over from Hilo for the luau. However, we received a rain check for another luau on the following Monday. Fortunately, we were able to rearrange our schedule to come before flying home. The Monday night luau was lovely - entertainment and emcee were fantastic all around. Food was good, not great. Service was okay. Location was beautiful.

I finally see the milky way!!!!!!!!!

Everything in the tour were just fine. We had all things we needed. I loved the parka very much. Without the parka and the gloves, I would be freezed at the height of 4000m. When I saw the milky way in the sky, I was very very touched. It's incredible!!!!

So much fun!
Reviewed by: Lori, 2016/08/11The guides were lovely and we saw dolphins! It could not have been more fun. We went as a family with my 60-year old parents and my 7-year old son. All had fun. There was snorkeling in a lovely cove, along with cliff diving and fresh pineapple. The only thing I wished I'd known was that we don't actually take the boats on shore for picnic time. My mom wasn't wanting to swim so ended up hanging out in the kayak. She still had fun watching the dolphins and cliff diving, though. I highly recommend the experience.

Fantastic event!

This particular event was very personalized and was one of the best we've been on over the years. The guide was very personable, he took us off track when dolphins showed up so we could snorkel near them. It was clear the guide was thoroughly enjoying himself, which made the trip enjoyable for all who were there. The guide even gave up his own shoes to a person who didn't bring a pair. Highly recommend this trip!

King Kayak Hawaii - Keauhou Bay Kayaking & Snorkeling Tour
Great Sea Kayak Adventure

We had a group of four, ranging from 10 to 80 years old, and they kept the trip interesting, and low-impact. We got to see some spinner dolpins, enter a sea cave, snorkel in a pristine location, and jump off of cliffs into the crystal-blue waters of the bay. They took photos of us free of charge. It was a great adventure for all!

Unbelievable Adventure

I will definitely be returning and have already shared some of the pictures i took, and people still dont believe how great the stars you can see with the naked eye. I couldn't believe how great it looked almost fake it was that Great of an experience. Thanks for the Dinner and Hot Drink selection at the end of our star gazing tour.

They were mainly juice, super sweet and head-ache inducing. The bar closed much earlier than dinner ended, so I couldn't take advantage of the open bar. Another thing that didn't seem fair is that teenagers paid the same as adults. And of course they weren't drinking...

Kohala Waterfalls Hike & Swim Eco Tour + Off-Road Adventure with Picnic Lunch

Reviewed by: BeePos, 2016/07/25The nature walk was just perfect. We were transported to the forest by a great big open truck with 6 wheels. It was to full capacity with 11 people on board plus our guide and driver, Noi. She was super experienced driving the truck (which didn't seem easy) and very knowledgeable about all that was around us in the forest. She went out of her way to make sure we all had captured the right pictures. The waterfall was super pretty and refreshing to swim in. The views were fantastic and the time went by super quickly.
I would definitely recommend this adventure to everyone who can easily walk for an hour or so straight.

UFO Parasail Adventure - Best Kona Parasailing Tour
Great view and great crew
Reviewed by: Steve C, 2016/07/24This was a great way to get our vacation started. The crew was super. They knew their stuff really well and were great fun. We did the 800ft ride and didn't feel like we missed a thing by not doing the 1200ft ride. Had a great view of dolphins. The onshore staff was very nice too. We were a little late getting there, but they took good care of us and got us to the boat on time.

Oceanfront Royal Kona Luau with Open Bar - Voyagers of the Pacific Show
Great Show, good food
Reviewed by: Steve C, 2016/07/24We thoroughly enjoyed the show. Even a little rain just added to the entertainment. Good buffet with plenty to choose from with foods both familiar and local. Nice atmosphere on the lawn by the ocean. Fire dancer was pretty awesome. Great view of the sunset. We would do this again.

Deluxe Big Island Day Tour, Volcanoes National Park & Dinner at Kilauea Lodge
Best tour ever! Best guide ever (Jim Carey)!!!

ハワイ島 ケアラケクア湾シュノーケリングツアー 滑り台や飛び込み台完備の船で行く！＜午前・午後／英語ガイド／食事付＞by フェアウィンド号
最高、フェアウィンド号。
Reviewed by: 小川 万里, 2016/07/24４回目の乗船。いつの頃からか「ハワイ島に来たら、フェアウィンド号のアクティビティーに参加する。」というのは、私達夫婦の御約束事みたいになってしまいました。風景と美しい湾に行くのは、いつもの事ながらわくわくします。実は、私は船酔いするため船は、苦手中の苦手なのです。しかし、双胴船のフェアウィンドは揺れが少ないことから、こんな私でも安心して乗船できます。４回乗船しましたが、１度も船酔いすることなく楽しむことができました。お魚を見るのも楽しいですが、船についている滑り台を「きゃー」とか「わー」とか叫びながら滑り落ちるのは、まさに童心に戻って最高の時間です。調度よい時間に昼食が準備されるのも良いですよね。
クルーのスタッフは、みんなフレンドリーで最高です。また次回も是非行きたいと思っています。

Kona Kayaking & Snorkeling Sea Cave Adventure at Keauhou Bay - Ocean Safari's
A great day for kayaking and snorkeling
Reviewed by: Cairns, 2016/07/23A fantastic adventure! We rowed down the coast--explored and rolled into a couple of caves. Snorkeling and cliff jumping into clear waters--everything we could ask for. Our guide-(Kayla)-sorry--I know that's wrong---was great. Good instructions on kayaking basics---knowledgable about the area---she knew her stuff. My wife and I--both 50-ish--were blown away. We would highly recommend this trip and this company. Thanks for a great day!
