Oceanfront Royal Kona Luau with Open Bar - Voyagers of the Pacific Show
Great entertainment

One small complaint: $20.00 for one couple picture at the Luau seemed, to us, overpriced. We noticed that a lot of guests did not purchase it, probably for the same reason as us.

Great experience in the best place to snorkel

Big Island Spectacular Circle Island Helicopter Flight with Landing Option

The pilot made sure both sides received extraordinary views by angling over each side so that all passengers could see the feature. Narration and music added to the enjoyment. I'm so glad we did the waterfall landing add on. The flight up into one of the canyons with many waterfalls plunging down the sides is a never-to-be-forgotten experience.
And the actual landing at the base of one waterfall was amazing. Wish I had brought my bathing suit for a swim in the pool! Thanks to our pilot (Greg)for making this a special experience.

Reviewed by: bongo, 2016/09/25イルカの群れの流れを呼んでくれて、船で先回りしてくれます。指示を受けて海に入るとたくさんのイルカが！寝ているイルカ、移動中のイルカ、海に入る度にイルカに会え、非常にラッキーでした。その後のシュノーケリングもたくさんの魚に会え、途中に観光スポットも紹介してもらい、自分では行けないところも見れて最高でした！

野生のイルカウォッチング＆シュノーケリングツアー ＜朝食・昼食付き＞

Reviewed by: J.O, 2016/09/23私達夫婦と妻の叔母の３人で参加しました。叔母は75歳でシュノーケリングは初めてす。真っ白でカッコイイ大型ボートでしたが、スタッフやお客さんの中で日本人は私達だけで不安･･･会話は通じなかったがスタッフは親切でした。叔母さんも無事シュノーケリングを体験し黄色や青い魚を見ました。残念ながら曇りと少し風がありボートが揺れて、昼食前に妻と叔母は船酔いで、美味しいハンバーガーを食べられませんでした。イルカの群れには遭遇できなかったが、帰港途中で船尾に4頭のイルカが現れ、叔母に喜んでもらえました。

Professional and Fun Group!
Reviewed by: Claire , 2016/09/22Elvis and the crew are great fun, they really seem to enjoy there jobs. You would think taking boat loads of tourist out everyday they would get old, if it does they hide it well. They are a safe group and care for the island they are sharing with you. On the way back he turned the boat around to get us a better look at a beautiful Manta Ray. Well worth the time and money!!
The office staff is also great, they will call you to confirm, give you directions, answer questions. Really a great group, not a "sketchy tourist trap"!

乗らないと損。決して高くないヘリクルーズでした。

キラウエア火山目当てでいきましたが、ワイピオ渓谷がNo1と伝えられ、いざ渓谷のはざまをヘリで飛び、滝からの虹も見れ、気づいたら感動で泣いてしまったくらいです。
ヘリでしか行けない場所なので、決して高くない。そして、悩んでることとかがちっぽけだと大自然の迫力にやられます。確実におすすめできます。
自分達が飛んだルートやヘリ内の様子、トークやBGMが詰まった世界で1枚のDVDデータも購入できます。（＄45くらいだったかな）次回もまた絶対乗ります。

コミュニケーションがとれる程度の英語力がないと、お子さんは所在無いと思います。
ただ、最後のイルカ撮影時にチェンジした女性教官は日本語の指示が出せる方でした。
（スタッフの方々とざっくりお話した感じでは、この方だけが日本語が少し話せるようでした）
息子（充分な英語力有）はラグーンで泳げたし海の生き物も教えてもらえたのでとーっても楽しかった！と言っています。
英語が理解できれば、内容盛り沢山で価格に見合ったプログラムだと思いました。
私も子供の写真撮りまくりで大満足です。
以下、内容です。
小屋で円陣を組んで座り自己紹介。自分の名前と好きな動物について発表。
12種類の海洋生物が描かれたボードが配られ、解説してくれる。
↓
それらを見にラグーンへ移動。棒状のフロートに３，４人がつかまり、先生に引っ張られながらラグーンで観察（ライフジャケット装着）
↓
小屋に帰り、室内で小さな海洋生物を観察、触る。
↓
イルカプールの隅に移動。イルカプールに生息する魚が描かれたボードが配られ、それらを観察（まだプールには入らない）
↓
いよいよイルカプールに入りイルカとご対面。基本一人ずつ触り、その都度撮影。
（一人が触ってる時は他の子は触らないように指示されていたそうです）
プログラム終了後はイルカプールサイドの売店で写真が購入できます。
3枚で＄50程度、1枚から購入できたと思います（3枚が一番お得な価格設定）

Legends of Hawaii Luau Dinner Show with Open Bar at Hilton Waikoloa Village
Enjoyable but a little pricey, but worth it for the vip version!

The food was great, with a broad selection anx generous portions. Whilst table service was provided by a delightful and industrious server, the buffet/bar were so easy access that it probably wasn't nescessary. A great show worth a watch.

Spectacular experience

They clearly pride themselves on what they do, which makes them stand out from the average. The meals were good, especially the beautiful dinner. We had the steak which was fantastic, and the service was perfect and so friendly. We saw beautiful sights all day, ending at the volcano which gave us a good show. Would do again in a heartbeat. Short, I'll blame it on the hurricane
Reviewed by: MichAle, 2016/09/10It was a very short trip and we only saw 1 cave and a very small one. The guide was great, however due to the approaching hurricane he said that it was not save going further. I'm not an expert on weather, but the waters/wind did not change for the entire time we were there. If I would've known what it was going to be, I would've prefer they had cancelled the trip and we would have either planned for another day or received our refund.

Kona Manta Ray Snorkel & Night Dive Tour at Keauhou Bay - Sea Paradise
Simply amazing

But despite me getting pretty seasick, being in the water and experiencing these magnificent and majestic fish feeding was an amazing experince. I so much wanna do it again - but next time without being seasick :) Thanks to the crew and captain for being so nice to me
We are happy you had a pleasurable experience minus being seasick. It does affect some of us more than others. We always have remedies on board to assist with seasickness. A Hoi Hou!

ハワイ島 乗馬ツアー コハラ・コーストの牧場をゆったり乗馬！ ＜午前・午後／英語ガイド＞by ナアラパ・ステーブルズ
絶景の中での乗馬

英語での簡単な説明の後、一人に一頭の馬があてがわれ、早速乗ることに。
乗った瞬間から手綱を自分で持ち、移動開始！
始めはドキドキしていた息子たちは10分もすると楽しそうに。
素晴らしい景色を堪能しながらの楽しい乗馬を満喫していました。
そして30～40分して頃、「走ってみたい？」というインストラクターの一声に頷くと皆で一斉に走り始めることに！
走りを満喫する長男はその後も何度か走りに挑戦、怖いという次男はマイペースに歩き、と個々のペースで進めることもありがたかったです。
一時間半以上の乗馬の後に終了したが、くたくたの親ともっともっと乗っていたかった、ということもたちの感想が対照的でした。
補足ではありますが、英語を学習中の息子たちにとっては英語オンリーであることも良かったみたいです。

The vehicle was not as comfortable as I expected a Mercedes to be, definitely the only downfall of the whole trip. All in all, a high 9/10

さすが、Big Island‼︎
空から眺める景色はどれも圧巻でした。
きっかけは、ハワイ島初日、空港からホテルに向かう途中に見つけたヘリポート、ブルーハワイアンヘリコプターズ‼︎
元々、キラウエアに行く予定でいましたが、ヘリを見た瞬間…上から眺めたい欲望が抑えられませんでした(^^;;
ハワイ島最終日、お昼にはホノルルへ向かう為、朝イチ7時のフライトでしたが、運良く晴天にも恵まれ、決して自分達だけでは行けない場所、見れない景色を十分に堪能でき、素敵な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
英語ガイドでしたが、面白おかしく、時には真面目に分かりやすく説明して下さり、何かと声を掛けて頂き、絶景ポイントでは全員が同じ景色を見れるよう360°操縦してくれます。パイロットの優しさと陽気さで、移動中は終始和やかムード♪
初ハワイ島の私達夫婦にとっては、ピッタリのアクティビティでした。
そして、今年も遅い私達の夏休みは…マウイ島！
VELTRAさん、またお世話になると思います。
今から楽しみです☆

ケアラケクア湾すばらしい！イルカはちょっとそっけなかった・・・
Reviewed by: ○○○, 2016/08/29集合場所までホテルから歩いて行けるため、時間ロスがなくとても便利でした。ただ、集合場所が曖昧で、特に指定もなかったので、ガイドの方が来てくれるまでドキドキでした。少人数制なので、お客は我々家族4人のみ。あとは操縦士の方と、ガイドの女性と、ガイド見習いの女性1人。
ボートに乗り込み、はじめにイルカを探していきますが、今日のイルカたちはあまりフレンドリーではなく、群れも小さく、何度か見つけてボートから飛び降りますが、なかなか会えず。操縦士の方が、「ピアのほうに行こうよ」と何度か提案するのですが、ガイドの女性が「あっちは透明度が悪いから・・・」と頑なに拒否。でもなかなか見つからないので、結局「ピア」のほうへ。そこにはすでにたくさんの外国人向けのツアーボートがいて、イルカもたくさんいて、みんなで追い回しているような感じ。ガイドの女性が「イルカたちのために、追わないであげてください」と。我々も海に入ると、実際には海の透明度は大して変わらず、真下にたくさんのイルカの群れが泳いでいて、たまにこっちに向かってくる！この日のために購入した水中カメラで撮影を試みるも、焦ってうまく撮れず。ここのイルカたちもあまりフレンドリーではなかったので一緒に泳ぐ、という感じではなかったですが、たくさんのイルカには会えました。もっと早くここに来ていたら、もっとゆっくりイルカと泳げたのになあとも思うけど、イルカたちにストレスをかけたくないのもわかるし。。。複雑な気持ちでした。
あまりゆっくりしているとシュノーケルの時間がなくなってしまうので、後ろ髪引かれながら再度ボートに乗りこみ、溶岩の岸壁などを見学しながらケアラケクア湾へ。ここの透明度は本当にすばらしく、こんなにきれいな海は初めてでした。夢中で泳いでいるとあっという間に時間がたっていました。呼ばれてボートにあがると、フルーツと温かいお茶を用意していてくれました。ブドウとパイナップルがとっても美味しかった。ポテトチップスもくれて、食べながら帰りました。
60代の両親、小学生の息子を連れての参加でしたので、少人数制（結果的には貸し切り）でとても助かりました。
一つ残念だったのは、度つきマスクをリクエストしていたのに、用意されていなかったこと（同時にお願いしたウエットスーツはきちんと用意してありました）。現地では予約表のようなものを見せられて（申し込み時のフォームとはちがう形式のもの）「こちらに書いていない」と言われてしまい、私が入力しわすれたのかと思っていましたが、帰ってきて確認すると、きちんと入力されている。VELTRAのシステムから、現地の会社に伝達がうまくいっていないのだと思います。目の悪い父は念のために度つきゴーグルを持参していたのでなんとかなりましたが「あまり見えなかった」ととても残念そうにしていました。
現地の方は悪くないのではないかと思うので、きちんと伝達を徹底してほしいです。
○○○様、わざわざお時間を割いてレビューを書いてくださり、誠にありがとうございました。弊社では、「シェラトンホテルの敷地を出て、駐車場を右手に見ながら進行方向左手にある「Sheraton Hotel」の茶色い石壁のサインを左折します(Kaleiopapa Street)。海へ向かって歩き、すぐ右手の公衆トイレやベンチのある芝生エリアで日本語ガイドがお待ちいたしております。」という案内をさせて頂いていますが、分かりにくかったでしょうか。申し訳ありません。改善して参ります。
イルカたちは野生の生き物で飼い馴らされたものではないので、いつどこにいるかは100％分かりませんが、その日はピアに沢山いたようですね。そちらに最初から行っておけば確かにイルカたちと泳ぐ時間はもっとあったことでしょうね。残念な思いをさせてしまい、申し訳ありません。ピアは混んでいることが多いので、ガイドはなるべく混んででいないところで○○○様にイルカと触れ合ってもらいたいと思っていたのだと思いますが、その思惑がその日は上手く行かず、申し訳ありませんでした。

Reviewed by: Barb, 2016/08/29Very cool experience. There were 12 Mantas swimming around us. The crew were safety conscious and handled a guy that freaked out in the water very professionally. No shame and wanted everyone to have a good time. Hot Chocolate provided with fresh fruit.

Great Time
Reviewed by: KCarson, 2016/08/28The sunset dinner cruise my wife and I took lived up to the hype. The food was excellent! The western coast of the Big Island was just beautiful at that time of day. We also got to see a pod of dolphins (I would say at least 20 jumping out of the water) along the way. Can't recommend this activity enough!!!

伝統ルアウ＆フラ・ハワイアンショー アイランド・ブリーズ・ルアウ（キングカメハメハホテル内）＜ブッフェ夕食／飲み放題／シェルレイ付＞
たっぷり３時間半
Reviewed by: madai, 2016/08/26コートヤードキングカメハメハホテルに宿泊してました。ショーはこのホテルで行われます。
１７:００集合でしたが、行くとロビー横の廊下に長蛇の列ができてました。
後のことも考えると受付には早くいくことをお勧めします。並ぶのが遅いと、後々食事時間に影響します。
特別料金を払うと前の方の席になり、あまり並ぶ必要もありません。
並ぶと順番に対応してくれますが、花のレイか貝殻のレイか聞かれます。貝殻は無料で花のレイ有料です。お互いに貝殻のレイをかけあいました。
その後バウチャーをチケットにかえ、入場する会場に向かいます。
会場につくとず～っとゆったりとしたハワイアンミュージックが演奏されています。全員がテーブルにつくまで、席に座って待ちます。飲み物は入口の近くに自分でとりにいきます。大人はビールやマイタイが提供され、子どもは赤いクランベリージュースのみです。１０歳の子供はそれがダメでした。それと同時に５種類くらいの昔の遊びや顔や足にスタンプのような飾りをつけたりと伝統的な昔の遊びの紹介があります。それに参加するかどうかは自由です。その後フラダンスのレッスンがあつたり、伝統的な料理、バナナの皮に肉を包んで蒸すなどの説明があったり、３０分くらいの自由な時間があります。その間もハワイアンミュージックがずっとかかってます。入場して一時間くらい経つとようやく海からカメハメハ大王が陸に上陸してきます。
それが終わるとようやく食事ですが、前方の席から順番によぱれ食事(ビュッフェ)を取りにいきます。でも自由には取りにいけないのです。テーブルごとによばれるので、とにかく最初のテーブルの人たちが呼ばれてからもさいてい３０分は待ちました。１０歳の子供は、ゆったりとしたミュージックと昼のシュノーケリングでとうとうご飯を食べずに寝てしまいました。お腹がへっているのに、なかなか順番は来ず、自分のテーブルの順番を待ってやっとご飯を食べました。
デザートコーヒー紅茶はあります。
御飯が食べ終わってもう部屋に帰ってもいいんじゃないのと思う頃にようやくショーが始まりました。ショーはハワイアンダンスにファイヤーショーがあったりなかなかよかったですが、とにかく食事にありつくのにも、ショーを見るのにも時間がかなりかかり、心と時間にかなりゆとりをもたないと、逆に疲れてしまいました。
ハワイアンミュージックはとても心地よく、息子二人と旦那もウトウト肝心のショーの時には、
頭が揺れてました。終わりは20:30。大人が参加するショーかなと思います。
１０歳の子供は結局起きず、何とかチキンナゲットとポテト、白ご飯とお肉だけをいただいたパックに詰め込んで、部屋に戻ってから食べました。
子どもより年配の方々向けのショーです。
