時間通りに行きましたが、案内があまりなくどうしていいかもわからず、ドリンクも何も分からずあたふたしました。日本語が通じないのは仕方ないけどスタッフも笑顔もないし。雨が降り始めてからの案内もなく部屋に戻りました。
食事もハワイ料理だと思いますが、味もいまいち。少しガッカリでした。

Sunset from the summit! This is a $ splurge, at least for us, but between the quirky Hawaiian history and mythology lesson plus solid science and general kind authenticity of our guide Addison; the "you'll never see a sunset quite like this one" moment; a humbling and breathtaking view looking out at the galaxy; and the luxury of being a passenger rather than a driver, with convenient pick-up and drop-off...totally worth it. Thanks for the highlight!

ビッグアイランドのヘリコプター遊覧ツアーに参加しました！パイロットはToshiさん、お孫さんが産まれて、セミリタイアされたとの事。今回、Toshiさんにお会い出来たのは、非常にラッキーでした！
ヘリに向かう時からテンションが上がり、テイクオフでMAXに到達！眼下に広がるビッグアイランドの大自然に感動しました(^^)
特にコハラ海岸の断崖絶壁と、落差365mのプナルルの滝へのランディング&テイクオフは迫力満点でした！
ビッグアイランドの誕生から今に至る迄の、歴史に思いを馳せながらのフライトは、人の一生が如何に短く、如何に大切か、改めて感じる事が出来ました！
正にプライスレス！！お勧めです(^^)

Absolutely amazing!

Francis was a really fun guide and took care of us really well, making sure we were all doing okay with the high elevation. Sunset was gorgeous, seeing the moon through an 80x telescope was really cool, watching the stars come out was great. If you have a choice, go during a new moon, we had about 70% moon and it created a lot of light pollution in the sky. The other guide (Tom?) was really good at pointing out all the main constellations, even naming some of them in various different languages since we had a mixed ethnic group. Very knowledgeable. Phenomenal, phenomenal tour.

Naalapa Stables Kohala Horseback Riding Tour on Kahua Ranch
Excellent riding experience

We loved the friendly staff and their expertise they explained everything well that we all had fun safe riding time. Would definitely come back next time for a longer tour. If you are planning this ahead of time, grab a warm hat. It gets cold and misty and very windy. But they do have extra jackets and cowboy hats and even boots to use for the ride.

It was nice. The staff enjoyed educating on your surroundings The staff were very friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a fun time.... I wouldn't call it fun... nice and relaxing is what it was. We realized on this trip that this was geared more for kids and elderly.

1人での参加でしたが、草を喰むBoe(馬の名前)を促すことや腹を蹴っての少しの早足も緊張感と共に最後まで楽しく体験できました。60代半ばで大自然の中を馬に乗って闊歩するという憧れのような初体験ができたことがとても嬉しかったです。

I’ve done this more than 5 times and every trip is different and wonderful. Great way to see more of the island without driving. Love all of the employees. It’s a great experience. Last time in March 2022 we took three grandsons and son in law. Very fun trip. They have a fantastic time. This time I took a friend who had never been to island. We again had a fabulous trip. First timers will experience an exhilaration rush of amazing views. Even if you are afraid of heights don’t be, the crew are professional experts to ease your worries. They know what they are doing (with a flare of joking) to take your nerves from reminding you you’re going to be hundred of feet up in the air. It’s worth it! You’ll appreciate the picturesque palm trees, streams and lastly the huge waterfall. This took my breath away but in a good way. Bring your camera for all the unforgettable shot. What you show all your social media friends and family will surely make them jealous. Love the experience highly recommended!

担当した女性の方は分かりやすく、英語のわからない私達にバイクの取り扱いの説明、ナビの設定など丁寧に説明してくれました。

Such an enjoyable experience!! Nearly all the food items were gluten free ( I have Celiac disease). The only suggestion I would make is to not put the gluten free dessert on the same plate as the glutinous items as there is chance of cross contamination. The wait staff were phenomenal. Our waiter Geno was on top of all our needs. The performers were out do this world and the musicians with equal talent. Loved the experience and encourage others to attend.

早めに受付をして、席を確保し、マイタイを飲みながら、開演を待ちました。同じテーブルの人たちと和気藹々。とても楽しかったです。ハネムーンカップルや、お誕生日の人などをお祝いしたり、ステージに上がってダンスをレクチャーされたり、とても楽しい時間を過ごしました。ブッフェスタイルでしたが、取りに行く流れをちゃんとスタッフの方がコントロールしていて、スムーズでしたし、とても美味しかったです。ハワイアンダンスは優雅で素晴らしく、司会のトークも受けていたようです。ステージの向こうの海、そして夕陽が素晴らしかったです。

標高が高く、思った以上に寒くて防寒が間に合わないのではないかと不安でしたが、パーカーや防寒ジャケットが用意されて快適に乗馬できました。
ハワイ島でのホースバックライディングは3度目ですが、
景色が良く、馬も良い子ばかりで、スタッフは英語のみですが、わかりやすくゆっくり喋ってくれたので、理解することができ、
今回のホースバックライディングが一番良かったように思います。

ハワイ島に来たらするべき！素晴らしい体験

午前の部の2.5時間のツアーに参加しました。
参加者は12名で多国籍で、日本人は私たちのみでした。ガイドさんは女性2名でした。
英語がほとんど話せないので不安でしたが、ガイドのジャッキーさんが親切で、ジェスチャーを使ってゆっくりと話してくれたり、時折日本語を混ぜて、気にかけてくださいました。同意書も日本語版がありました。
乗馬経験に合わせて、相性が良い馬を選んで貰えます。私は長谷川潤さんも乗ったことがある、ストーミーに乗りました！初めにレクチャーを受け、馬に水を飲ませて、出発です！
乗馬は、とても広大な土地で歩いたり、走ったり、途中和牛がいたり、杉の木があったりガイドもして貰えました。天気も景色も良くて、とても気持ちが良かったです。本当に広い土地でしたが、2.5時間があっという間でした。走るのが怖ければ、ゆっくり歩くこともできます。途中景色が良いスポットでグループ単位で写真撮影もして貰えます。
走らせる時は馬を蹴り、止まる時はロープを引っ張り、馬に乗っている時に踵を下にすることを気をつければ、ある程度大丈夫だと思います。
本当に充実した2.5時間で、ハワイ島のような広大な場所でしか体験できないような素晴らしい体験でした。また絶対にやりたいです。
ガイドのお二人と参加者の方とお馬に感謝です。ありがとうございました。
また、ベルトラの方が時間変更や日程調整などとても丁寧に対応してくださり、ありがたかったです。

We had an amazing experience and time on this trip. Our tour guide, Stefan, was deeply knowledgeable, fun and friendly. The tour started on time and went out perfect. They provided mitts and coats which kept us warm along with hot chocolate. It was a great evening with no clouds. The views were unforgettable. Five stars, would book again!

This was on my bucket list. My guide was very informative. He took pictures, individual and group pictures of us during sunset and during the stargazing event. Be prepared to bounce around on the dirt road to the summit. Totally enjoyed the hot cocoa and BLT sandwich that was provided.

The guide was great and shared loads of interesting facts and stories about history, nature, culture, language, habits and astronomy. His knowledge and captivating way of presenting things were amazing. I also highly appreciate his deep respect towards the Hawaiian culture.

初めて乗馬体験をしました。
すべて英語での説明で、ほかに参加されていた方も外国の方のみでしたので、全部は聞き取れずちょっと不安もありましたが大変楽しむことができました。
馬に乗り草原を歩いたり、途中走らせたり、
坂道を登ったり、ハラハラしながらも大変楽しかったです。
牧場の横を歩き牛や馬を眺めていると、遠くには野生のブタも見えました。
天気が良かったこともあり、景色も良く最後、海側や山をバックに写真も撮っていただき良い記念になりました。空と草原の色のコントラストがとてもきれいで最高でした。（日焼け注意・・）

The entire experience start to finish was amazing. Wes was our guide and driver and took the time to explain what to expect and educate all of us on the island and the history of Hawai’i! I would recommend this tour to anybody who would like to enjoy the beautiful Mauna Kea! Wes also took the time to take photos of us at sunset and stargazing!

Above and Beyond!

Our guide Gabe (I think that was his name - sorry if I’m mistaken!) was superb.
He picked us up near our condo and the van was very nice and spacious. We had 5 adults and were very comfortable.
The drive up he pointed out things of interest, answered any questions and was just overall very upbeat, fun and informative.
He was great up to this point but he crossed over to superb when my mom got altitude sickness. He was constantly checking on her, giving her sickness bags, anti-nausea meds and overall just very attentive.
He very professionally handled both her and the rest of the guests.
Will definitely book with this company and guide again.

大自然の中で乗馬体験

午前の1時間半コースに参加しました。ワイコロアのホテルから45分程度、レンタカーでの移動が最適です。
英語での案内で、ゆっくりと分かりやすく話してくれます。
最初に流れと書類記入、注意事項などの案内があり、その後乗馬の仕方についてレクチャーしてくれ、最初から最後まで一緒に付いてくれます。
最初はゆっくりと歩き、途中スピードを出して良いスポットでスピードを出して楽しめました。
草原、山、海と大自然を見ながらの乗馬は最高の体験でした。
