Great fun with great people

This was a great experience for all. The natural beauty was stunning, and the staff was just as great. I wish the water was calm enough to go into sea caves, but the kayak tour did not suffer because of it. Sense of adventure and willingness to put in physical effort is required, but well worth it. Our group did end up with cuts and bruises.

流れ出る溶岩と噴火口の蒸気に感動しました

数年前に火山国立公園で地上から観た時とは全く違う風景に驚きました。パイロットの方によると溶岩を観れるかどうかは日によって違うそうですが、幸い私達はドロドロと川のように流れ出る溶岩を上空から観る事が出来ました。

値段は少々高めですが、あそこまで活発な活火山を間近で観る事ができる場所は他にはないので、ここでのヘリコプターツアーはお勧めです。

溶岩だけでなく20年前に噴火した火口から吹き上げる真っ白な蒸気や、溶岩に覆われた広大な大地を空から観る事で自然の驚異を実感することができます。

溶岩に行くまでにジャングルや滝を上空から案内してくれるのも楽しかったです。

パイロットの方の案内は全て英語。解る方はジョークを交えた陽気な説明がとても面白いと思いますし、飛行中に手元のマイクからパイロットの方に質問をする事も出来ます。解らない方も観ているだけで楽しめると思います。

同乗者には杖をついたご老人の方もいらっしゃいましたが、ヘリコプターに乗るところまでカートで送迎したり、優先的に乗り降りのしやすい席に案内したりと、スタッフのサポートにも好感が持てました。

ハワイ島を訪れる友人にも是非進めたいと思います。

Island Breeze Big Island Kona Luau at King Kamehameha Hotel with Open Bar

Great activity, but had one problem

The luau staff were great, but we wish the hotel staff at the lobby were more helpful. We were out of cash to pay $3 for the parking, and all nearby ATM's were down. We asked the lobby staff to accept a credit card payment, but they would not budge. Finally one person in the Luau staff (Dan, I believe) helped us out (bless his heart!). So even though the activity was great, the ending was somewhat rocky.

日本人パイロットのヘリということで、少々高額ですが参加しました。
以前、カウアイ等でへりに乗った際、外国人のパイロットの方で、お客さんは、私達と、本土（アメリカ）かた来た方でした。もちろん私達は、日本語の説明のテープを聞いていたので、やはり生の説明が聞きたい！と思い、できれば、日本人の方にあたる可能性もあるブルーハワイアンを選びました。
結果、最高の満足できるフライト体験をさせて頂きました。
上空からみる広大な黒い大地、赤々と煮えたぎるような溶岩
そして渓谷や滝そして広大な牧草地帯・・・美しい海岸線
驚きがいっぱいの2時間でした。

お勧めです。海は透明度が高く、魚もたくさんいます。泳ぎが不安な方も、船で浮き輪等貸してくれますので安心です。船上で食べるバーガーも美味でございました。ジョージクルーニー似のキャプテン、明るいスタッフもみんな親切でした。

Our tour guide Sharon was wonderful!! She was very informative and knew the history and tour sites very well. She was also funny and entertaining even though our group was not very responsive at first. She made us laugh in the end.

　わたしたちは、送迎なしのコースで、父は240フィート　私は120フィート　母は見学者として参加しました。送迎はなしにしたので、どこに事務所があるのか、前の日にレンタカーで下調べに行っておきました。それが良かったです。事務所が分かりにくいのです。カイルア桟橋の向かいにドカーンと事務所があるわけでも看板があるわけでもなく、ちっちゃな青いプレートで、この奥！見たいに書いてあります。その看板のある小さなお店が寄集まってる奥に事務所があります。そこの店員はすごく感じが良くて安心しました。写真も20ドルで頼むことにしました。写真はとってもよく映してくれてたので満足でしたが、ただフイルムを渡されるだけで現像は自分でやります。　　キャプテンはサービス満点ってかんじとはちょっと違いましたが、腕はよさそうで、パラセイリングは満足でした！景色もきれいだし、ボートに乗ってる間も楽しかったです。
　ただ、グレードアップをかなり勧められます。船の上で。よく分からないのに「イエス」って言っちゃうと、240フィート、二人乗り！なんてオプションをつけられちゃいますよ！

集合時間に遅れてしまったので、先に席に案内されたが、戻ってレイや花のいれずみをやってもらった。
バイキングなので自分の好きなものをたくさん食べれたが、私的にもっと食べていたかった（笑）。
トイレに行っていた最中にショーが始まってしまい、タヒチのダンスを見損ねてしまった。一番見たかったダンスだけにショックだった。
色々な地域のダンスを同じ人たちが踊っていたので、PCCとは違った楽しさがあった。まじかで見れたので、一人の人をじっくり観察してダンスを研究した。
PCCが全体の迫力を楽しむショーであるとしたら、ここでのショーはじっくり観察できるものであると思う。
ハワイアン料理やダンスなどを初めて見るといった人にはいいかもしれない。

外国人ばかりでドキドキしましたが、スタッフの方もやさしく対応していただきました。シュノーケルも十分楽しめました。妻は参加していた子供らと船上から海へのダイブを繰り返していました。。。途中イルカの群れにも会いました。

２,３年前から一度体験したかったアクティビティでしたがやっと念願かないました。

溶岩が海に流れ落ちる場面を見たかったですが、自然現象なのでやむを得ないですね。

想像をしていたヘリの騒音は気にならなかったので楽しい体験でした。

　へりは思ったより安全で、快適でした。ちょっとくらい風が吹いても大丈夫。

　スタッフのサービスはとても親切で、安心して楽しむ事ができました。

　全行程でパイロットのジェイソンさんによる丁寧な解説がありましたが、残念ながら英語のみで私は部分的に分かる程度でした。マイクを通してしか会話ができないので、「わ~火山がすごいね~」とか言っても、隣の人に聞こえないのでした。

　そんなことはさておき、風景は壮大で、躍動的で、美しいハワイ島の主要なポイントを約２時間で見れるため、解説があまり分からなくても、参加する価値がある、とてもいいアトラクションだと思いました。

The luau was good food was great staff were great the show was ok and they would'nt let you video tape the show. It rained on us for a little while before we ate but it cleared up after and we didn't have to go inside but all in all it was a fun time

My wife did the early morning 3.5 hour trip and we loved it. This was the first time that me and my wife had ever kayaked, the tour guides show you how to do everything from balancing your kayak to getting in and out of your kayak in the open ocean. We seen a pod of dolphins on the way out of the bay, that was great, then we followed the shore line. at one point we were able to paddle into a small cave with a blow hole, and then several members of the tour jumped off the cliff over the cave. It was a bit too high for us so we watched. But we were able to paddle out before the rest with one guide and when we were just around the corner the same pod of dolphins swam under and by us. Several of the dolphins were within touching distance of our kayak. My wife was so in awe she could barely get the camera out! The snacks were yummy and the guides wonderful!. all I can say about this tour is "wow" if you have never ever paddled in a kayak befor no problem with on tour your guides will teach you how get in and balance yourself, how to hold your paddle, how to paddle toeghter, how to get in and out of your kayak in open water even if you have never done it before because that person was me. My wife and I had the best time toeghter trying to see everything thats going on around you. After they show you how to do everything you just start paddiling out of the bay with your guides along the coast line. Just as we rounded the corner a pod of dolphins swaw by us they were about 100 yrds away from us but what a treat. We stoped for a short break and they showed us how to get in and out of the kayak in the open ocean, then we went cliff to the blow hole paddled in and out of the cave jumped off the cliff then went around to another bay to have lunch and snorkle. This was a great experience to learn about the history of Hawaii and it's polynesian ancestory. The only thing that I was disappointed in was having to pay $20 for a single photo that was taken of my wife and I. A little steap for a single photo.
