We saw fish, turtle, sea urchins, sea cucumbers and had a great time! Guide and captain were very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for a quick and short excursion!!! We stayed at Hilton Waikoloa and we were 5 min drive.

小3娘と夫婦の家族３人で参加しました。
私たちはワイコロアエリアに宿泊していたので、集合場所まではレンタカーで向かいました。
集合場所まではかなりの距離（40〜50分ほど）がありましたが、それもドライブと思い楽しみました。途中、野生のヤギを見かけたりして、子供は喜んでいました。
船は結構揺れますが、船酔いしている人はいなかった様です。ただ、船酔いが心配な方は酔い止めを飲んだ方がいいと思います。
参加者は日本人は私たちの他に２組ほど。あとは、韓国系の方や欧米系の方々でした。スタッフは英語しか通じません。でも、日本語で書かれた注意書きを貸してくれるので、専門的な英語は分からなくても多少の英語が話せれば問題ないです。
２台のすべり台が付いている船ということで、娘はとても楽しみにしていましたが、着いてびっくり！なんと、船の２階部分がすべり台の乗り場になっていて、すべり台の終わりがなんと海面からおよそ３メートルほども上なので、ほぼ海面に落ちるという感じです。
さすがに、怖くて私もできませんでした。
あとは、船からダイブというかジャンプしたりもできます。これは、船の２階からでもできるし、１階からもできます。
シュノーケルとフィンは貸し出してくれます。ライフジャケットか浮き輪のようなものも貸してくれます。娘は初めてのシュノーケルだったので、はじめは底窓付きのボディーボードのようなものを借りました。海に慣れてくると、自分でもシュノーケルをやってみたいと言い出したので、チューブ浮き輪と子供用シュノーケルとフィンを借りて、一緒にシュノーケルを楽しみました。
２歳くらいの小さな子もボードで海を楽しんでいましたので、幅広い年齢の方が楽しめると思います。
帰りにスナックが出されます。スナックはタロ芋チップスとカットパイナップル、飲み物は水が含まれますが、希望者は１ドルでソフトドリンク、値段は忘れましたがアルコールドリンクも買えます。

It was nice overall. The staff are friendly and worked hard. Food taste was okay. Generous portion. The boat is small and with waves, my 5 years old got sea sick and was throwing up.

It's unfortunate that your five year old experienced motion sickness. Our vessel is a sixty-five foot long double decker catamaran. The good news is that most guests do not experience motion sickness. For guests who know they have a propensity to experience motion sickness we recommend an over the counter remedy such as Dramamine at least an hour before boarding. Best wishes to you and your family!

忘れることのない最高の思い出

12歳の息子、89歳の母と参加させて頂きました。
ガイドは全て英語で、アジア系の参加者は私たちまけでしたが、とても親切に対応下さり、船長さん、クルーの誰もが最高のホスピタリティでもてなして下さいました。船上からの景色、アクティビティ、お料理、おもてなしなど、どれもが素晴らしかったです。
ケアラケクア湾でのアクティビティでは、美しい透き通った水の中、シュノーケルで多種多様なお魚に出会ったほか、10頭ほどのイルカの群が船のすぐ近くまで泳ぎに来たのに遭遇する事ができました。カタマランから水面へ飛び込む滑り台や、ジャンプ台など、子どもも大人も目一杯楽しむことができます。深い海に行く事を怖がっていた息子も、最後はジャンプに挑戦したくなったと、自然と美しい湾の魅力のもとで強くなった様でした。
持ち物はタオルのみでしたが、サンゴなどの海洋環境に優しい日焼け止めやシュノーケル、フィン、浮き具などの道具は全て貸して頂けました。
もっとも心配していた高齢母については、大きなフェアウィンド号ならではと思いますが、揺れは穏やかで終始座って過ごすことができ、またシュノーケリング時には浮き輪を使用して水に腰をつけさせて頂くことができました。これには、大変親切な女性クルーが手伝い、ずっと見守ってくださいました。
ツアー全体を通して、全てのクルーが、乗客の安全と美しい自然の保護をもっとも大切に、最高のエンターテイメントとともにツアーを作って下さっていることが伝わって来ました。
様々な同様のツアーがございますが、こちらのツアーに参加することができて本当に良かったです。
ハワイ島を訪れる方には、是非おすすめしたいツアー、私たちもまた参加できる時を楽しみにしております。
この度は、とても貴重な楽しい機会を誠にありがとうございました。

ポリネシアンダンスが多く感じました。フラは少なめですが、ファイヤーショーは見応えがありました。食事はとてもおいしかった。ただ、開催場所がわかりにくかった。オーキッドのスタッフに聞いてもあまり知らないようでした。正面玄関のドアマンに最初から聴けばよかったと思いました。

時間通りに行きましたが、案内があまりなくどうしていいかもわからず、ドリンクも何も分からずあたふたしました。日本語が通じないのは仕方ないけどスタッフも笑顔もないし。雨が降り始めてからの案内もなく部屋に戻りました。
食事もハワイ料理だと思いますが、味もいまいち。少しガッカリでした。

Had a fantastic time on the tour. Great guides! ATV part had beautiful views, drove through mud stopped and saw the waterfall for pictures. Walked down to the falls to swim, jumped in the water from the small cliff, the water was a perfect. Had snacks at the falls.

ビッグアイランドのヘリコプター遊覧ツアーに参加しました！パイロットはToshiさん、お孫さんが産まれて、セミリタイアされたとの事。今回、Toshiさんにお会い出来たのは、非常にラッキーでした！
ヘリに向かう時からテンションが上がり、テイクオフでMAXに到達！眼下に広がるビッグアイランドの大自然に感動しました(^^)
特にコハラ海岸の断崖絶壁と、落差365mのプナルルの滝へのランディング&テイクオフは迫力満点でした！
ビッグアイランドの誕生から今に至る迄の、歴史に思いを馳せながらのフライトは、人の一生が如何に短く、如何に大切か、改めて感じる事が出来ました！
正にプライスレス！！お勧めです(^^)

The site for the luau was gorgeous. The food was excellent. We couldn't see the show at all because we were in the back and had kids , although none of us could see it. We left early. We haven't gotten our pictures because we didn't get a chance to do it quick enough. The old method of bringing to the guests was better.

Deluxe Big Island ATV Tour & Waterfall Swim at Umauma Falls
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING UTV EXPERIENCE!

Was a great afternoon driving through the trails to the waterfall! We hit every MUD hole there was along the way! Then stopped for a snack, took some pics of how Muddy we were then walked down to the waterfall and jumped in the refreshing water! The guides we Absolutely amazing, told us all about the history of the land and waterfall. Shared with us other places to stop and see on our trek back across the island, VERY FRIENDLY and all did and absolute amazing job making our day AMAZING! We definitely recommend this excursion for anyone, they won't disappoint!!

The Kealakekua Snorkel Tour is very well-organized. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the bay, which is incredibly beautiful. The staff on the boat are very friendly and provide support and assistance when needed. The coral and tropical fish in the bay are stunning, and it's very easy to observe the underwater scenery.

This was my second time doing this and it was amazing both times! This time I took my 3-year-old grandson. He was excited up until it was time to get in the water. He started crying and wanting mommy and though she was there she wasn’t planning to get in the pool (I hadn’t paid for her). Anyways, the trainer saw how upset he was and asked him if he wanted to hear the dolphin fart. He stopped crying and watched as she proceeded to make the dolphin make a fart sound. She then offered to let him do it and he did which made him laugh. He then decided the dolphin was pretty cool and ended up petting her and feeding her too. It was so fun spending that time with him and I can’t wait to do it again when my granddaughter is old enough.
Aloha- we are so thrilled that you enjoyed the program so much that you have returned to share the experience with other generations. We love that! Also, happy that the trainer was able to break the ice with your grandson, so that he was able to become comfortable to enjoy it as you do. Mahalo. See you when you bring your granddaughter.

PCCのような派手さはないが舞台と観客が近いルアウとしては楽しめます

食べながら見るという感じですが食べ物、飲み物の種類と量もちょうど良い感じです。
Alii Seatだと優先的に入れてブッフェも先に取れるし飲み物もテーブル担当の方が直ぐに聞いて持って来てくれます。
ショーは派手さはないですけど飲み食いしながら気楽に楽しめる感じです。
英語がわからなければ雰囲気で楽しむしかないですけど。

Once in a lifetime experience!

It was a great experience, all the employees were very informative and friendly. The dolphins are very well cared for. I this was the highlight of my trip. I highly recommend this adventure and I will definitely do this again!
