噴火のシーンを見れました。
Reviewed by: モッテイ, 2018/06/12ヘリコプターでのキラウェア火山の上空を飛ぶのは、2回目でした。一度目は 火口から微かにオレンジ色のものが見えただけでしたが
今回は、噴火をしててマグマがドロドロと吹き出している様子がみえました。ツアー案内の写真では、かなりの低空飛行をしてるように見えますが実際には、そんなに火口には近づいてくれなくて少し残念でした。

Kilauea Volcano Doors-Off Helicopter Tour from Hilo [Not Operating]
An awesome doors-off experience
Reviewed by: Mr.Anonymous, 2018/06/05The cool thing about this helicopter flight is that you get to see a lot of volcanoes national park in a relatively little amount of time. Especially since the lava wasn't flowing a lot that day, flying over the greyish lava wasteland made it a lot easier to spot minor lava flows (see picture).
Since it was raining that day, there was too much steam for us to fly directly over the caldera, but otherwise the flight was great. If conditions are stable, I definitely recommend a helicopter flight as the best way to see the volcano. There's a lot you can only see from up in the sky.

かなり満足度が高い空からのアプローチ
Reviewed by: ecchan, 2018/06/04火山国立公園が閉鎖され、近くに行けないため空からのアプローチでヘリコプターツアーに参加しました。料金は高いですが、上から眺めるキラウエア火山の様子が実際に見れたのは素晴らしい感動と思い出になりました。
天気のせいで雲がかかってしまい、スマホでの撮影はいまいちでしたが、肉眼ではその迫力がリアルに感じ取られ、参加して本当によかったです。
パイロットの方はとても安全で酔った人はひとりもいませんでした。
最後にヘリコプターの前でお写真を撮ってくれるサービスも嬉しかったです・

とても楽しいひとときでした

マイタイやハワイのカクテルも美味しかった。
いつ食べ物をとっていいのか分からず キッズのものを フライングして取ってしまいました。後で順番に案内されるので待っているといいです

ワイピオ渓谷 ワゴンツアー 小さなお子様から年配の方もゆったり楽しめる ＜午前・午後／英語ガイド／貸切あり＞
あの斜面の上り下りは４輪駆動のバンです。よく考えればあたりまえですね。
Reviewed by: shunmegu, 2018/05/22大変面白かったです。ただ、勝手にワイピオの急斜面を馬車でいくイメージがありました。よく考えたらありえないですね。4駆動のバンですが、これはこれで結構なのですが、窓のガラスがスモーク（遮光）＋汚れでよく見えない。貴重なヒイラベの滝がこのガラス越しとなり、残念至極。渓谷の下におりて、バンから馬車に乗り換えてからは、評判通りゆっくりと渓谷の自然と神秘的な雰囲気を堪能できました。同乗したアメリカ人の方々のウエイトが気になり（我々二人を含め８名）、二頭立ての馬たちが、途中で立ち止まってしまうと、御者のおじいさんが棒を取り出して、尻をつつき出したのには、家内ともども馬たちに同情しきりです。帰りのバンは下りより迫力あり。ただ景色は曇った窓越し。全体的に貴重な体験でした。できれば窓のスモークやめて綺麗に拭いておいてもらえると最高です。

It’s an amazing experience!

It’s an amazing experience knowing about the culture, rich heritage of Hawaii. Food is delicious with a wide spread of salads, main course, fruits n desserts. Thrs a drinks bar too! We enjoyed all the performances especially the fire dances! Had a great time and would recommend this to our family n friends visiting in the future.

最悪すぎる対応
Reviewed by: じゅり, 2018/05/18とりあえずバウチャーに書かれた電話番号ではリコンファームが出来なかった。
そもそもリコンファームが必要ならば、予約前に分かるようにして欲しかった。英語が苦手な人にはかなり難易度が高い。
開催当日、席に案内され
ドリンクを取りに行ってる間に別のスタッフが別の客を席に通してしまい、私たちの席がなくなってしまった。
またここでも英語が苦手なのでスタッフに上手く伝わらない。スタッフが見かねて日本人スタッフに電話して電話をかわり私たちが説明してようやく席を確保されたが、そこはまた別の人の席で。
元々の席の人には怒られて。(何を言ってるかはよく分かりませんがジェスチャーと口調で怒ってるようでした。)その人がスタッフに言ったようで、私たちはこのままの席になりましたが、肩身の狭い思いをしました。
夫婦で楽しみにしてたショーだったのにもううんざり。
しかも料理はテーブルごとで、中々順番がまわってこずにほぼ最後。
料理を取りに行ったら、料理がほとんどない。皿もない。ショーが始まるまでしか料理は取りに行けないから、私たちはほぼ食べる事が出来ませんでした。
ハワイ島最終日に最後の思い出と選んだのに最悪の思い出になりました。
ショー自体は良かったです。
もっと、誰をどこの席に通したかとか、スタッフ同士で連携してください。
まあ、二度と利用しませんが。

The guide was very knowledgeable. However, we seemed to ask the questions or not sure if they would have shared much. That in my opinion should be improved upon.

ホエールウォッチングクルーズ ＜12～3月／午前／軽食付き／ワイコロアまたはカワイハエ港発＞
楽しかったです。

クジラには会えませんでしたが、頑張って探してくれていたと思います。
クルーの方も、一緒に写真を撮ってくれたり、クルーズ自体を楽しませようと頑張ってくれました。
最後はイルカに会えるポイントに寄ってくれて、たくさんのイルカと並んでクルーズできました。クジラは見れませんでしたが、満足できるツアーでした。

野生のイルカウォッチング＆シュノーケリングツアー ＜朝食・昼食付き＞
まったりの船上半日
Reviewed by: ハワイカイ, 2018/04/17一人で参加しました、周りを見ると日本人は私一人でした、私は観光船のつもりで乗船しましたので船上からの景色、カイルワ、その後方の山稜線はとっても美しい景色でした、船はイルカを求めてカイルワ湾を？岬の先まで行きUターンをして蛇行しながら船長が一生懸命イルカを探していましたそのかいがあり、突然イルカ6～10頭現れ船の周りを数分遊泳していました、野生のイルカを間近で見れ大変興奮しました、シュノーケルポイントまでは３０分程度、ポイントでは2時間程度のシュノーケルと昼食の時間が有りました、その後カイルワ湾をイルカを求めてのクルージングでした、私は英語は話せませんが乗組員が大変親切（日本語の説明書で解説等）フレンドリーでした。

We stayed at Hilton but came to the Courtyard Marriot to see the Luau.

Reviewed by: otan123, 2018/04/05初めてヘリコプターに乗りました。前日、ヒロ空港に着くと同時に、予約の再確認とチェックイン場所確認でロビー２に行きましたが、そこで体重測定等一部チェックインできました。当日は１０分ぐらいのインストラクションの後、ヘリポートへ。スタッフも丁寧で、手際が良かったです。乗り物酔いするかと思いましたが、操縦が上手なのかとても快適でした。上空はやはり寒く、風と相まって小雨も混じってきたので、上着は必須です。しかし、火口の熱気や、タプタプ波打つ赤いlavaが見られて、こんなに簡単に自然を感じられるものか！？と感動しました。英語は丁寧にポイントごとに説明してくれて、ヘッドセットをつけていて全員でおしゃべりできるので、グループで体験すれば意味わかった人が日本語で話すことでみんなで共有出来て良いと思います。最初はいろんな意味で緊張しましたが、ヒロの街を一望出来て、いろいろな年代の溶岩の流れた跡を一目で確認できて、地上からは感じられないハワイ島の自然を体感できたような気がします。

Amazing evening, outstanding hospitality and food!

ほぼ分からず・・食事はバイキング形式でチキン、ポーク、ビーフ
の肉類とサラダ、タイ米のチャーハンポテトetc.
種類も量も自分で選べるので楽でした。
