Deluxe Captain Cook Snorkeling Tour at Kealakekua Bay - Fair Wind Cruises
The best snorkeling tour on the island!

Hosts are great, very friendly and shared historical information at sites along the way. We saw a mother and baby whale as well as hammerhead sharks on the trips to and from. The sea life at the snorkeling site were abundant and beautiful.
Highly recommend this tour above others.

ハワイは20回近くいっていますが、今まではゴルフ目的でしたが、歳を重ね(79歳)同伴者がいなくなり今回は妻と妻の友達２人でした。
女性陣の希望で初めてホエールウォッチングをしました。
ガイドは英語で理解出来ませんでしたが、船は懸命にクジラを追っているな感じは伝わって跳ねるきましたが、近くでの遭遇出来ず、遠くで微かに吹き上がる潮と跳ねる黒いクジラが一瞬見られました。
大満足は出来ませんでしたが、期待感は十分でした。
帰路船からみるハワイ島の海岸に打ち上げてある白い波しぶきは地上では見られない迫力ある光景でした。
船の軽食はパスタが一品だけで期待ハズレでした。
乗船前に個人情報等をＰＣに入力する作業があり、時間がかかりましたので、乗船時間は余裕を持って行かれると良いと思います。

実際に船に乗って鯨を見るのは初めてで、近くで見れて迫力がありました。たまたま2頭いたのでかなりラッキーでした。何度か海面に上がってきてくれたのも最高でした。
天気と運次第。こればかりは、どうにもなりません！

Excellent crew. Very knowledgeable and made sure everyone had a positive experience. All ages can do this experience. We saw humpback whales on the boat ride to snorkeling and a pod of dolphins joined us in the bay while snorkeling. It was a very fun experience and I would highly recommend it.
Do it, you won’t be disappointed.

海に入りたくない高齢の母と、せっかく初めてのハワイ島だからシュノーケルで海の中を見てみたい私。どちらの希望も叶えてくれたのがこのグラスボートでした。
色とりどりの珊瑚〜とまではいきませんでしたが、予想より水の透明度が高く、そこそこ魚も見られました。イルカも遭遇しましたよ！ヒレしか見えませんでしたが。
スタッフも明るく親切、英語のほとんど話せない私達でも充分楽しめました。

Our experience on the boat was fantastic! The vessel was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The service was exceptional—staff members were attentive, frequently checking in to offer drinks and clear dishes. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend it!

I would not change one thing about this tour. It exceeded our expectations. the communication before the experience was excellent. Jason was an exceptional guide - so attentive! He is an expert in astronomy and Hawaiian history which we greatly enjoyed. He had a great telescope and a cool machine that takes pictures of celestial objects in the sky that he EVEN EMAILED TO US LATER! Just wow! The chicken stew was delicious too! ハワイ島西海岸沖をキャプテンクック上陸点まで南下、そのあと水平線に落ちる夕日を堪能

ハワイ島西海岸沿いの沖合をキャプテンクック上陸点まで南下。ハワイ島の歴史に関する説明を聞きながら、西海岸沖の海上から雄大なハワイ島の全体像を見ることができ、これだけでもかなり楽しめます。夕食はセットメニューで、カクテルやソフトドリンクがついています。ベジタリアンミールを希望するときは予約時に選択すると、タイカレーが提供されました。前菜としてイチゴの入ったグリーンサラダ、デザートにはめいっぱい甘いチョコレートタルトケーキがでました。ホットコーヒー（コナコーヒー）も提供してくれます。キャプテンクック上陸点で折り返し、沖合でサンセットを見届けると出発した港に向けて航路を向けますが、途中でイルカの家族が近くまで来てくれて、短い時間でしたが盛り上がりました。アジサシ？のような小さな飛び魚のような魚が盛んに飛びながらおよいでいるのも観察できました。船上ではギターのライブ演奏があり、アメリカ人ならだれでも知っている往年のヒット曲で大いに盛り上がりました。天候によっては多少揺れると思いますので、船に弱い人は酔い止めを持って行った方がよいかもしれません。
日本人観光客に対する対応はまったくありません。すべて英語ですので、英語に不安のある方は話をしている内容が聞き取れずもったいないように思いますが、単純にサンセットクルーズだけでも楽しめるかと思います。

My two friends and teenage son went on this sunset sail and had an absolutely beautiful time. The sunset colors were stunning, and dolphins played along the bow of the boat as we were underway. It was magical! Crew was great. Drinks were yummy. It was a great thing to do on our last night in Hawaii. Highly recommend.

This was our third time on the Hani Olani catamaran, sunset cruise with our cousins. Each time has been a great experience. It’s great being barefoot on the deck of the catamaran makes serve drinks and food. The crew are always really nice and accommodating making us feel comfortable and treating us like royalty. It’s so beautiful to be out at sea and watch the sunset. It’s such a great surrounding. We highly recommend this excursion and most likely will do it again when we come back to the Big Island

We took this tour with Jason. It was amazing. Jason, a local, was fantastic. He was personable, engaging, entertaining and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the tour, and Hawaiian culture and lifestyle. The views speak for themselves and are breathtaking.
Highly recommend this excursion to anyone who is interested in views, astronomy, and something different to do, when on vacation. I thoroughly enjoyed this adventure and look forward to the next time.

シュノーケリング初体験の主人が楽しかったアクティビティとして今回のケアラケクア湾の体験を一番にあげました。泳ぐのが苦手な主人でしたが浮き輪を借りてスイスイと魚達のいるところまで見に行く事ができました。ストレスがかからず良かったです。私は船の二階からのダイブを楽しみました。５mはある高さから海に飛び込むとはいえ勇気が必要でした。還暦夫婦の海外旅行の良い思い出となりました。お世話になりました。
