The secret is out!
Reviewed by: -PAUL-, 2024/02/24I did the secret island back in 2015, and it truly felt like a secret island. The amount of people that were there at that time were the same amount of people on the boat. Now it is overhwelmed 10 fold of people. From the previous time going and present activities to do, they added a couple more presently. One of which checking out the turtles.
Anyways its still fun, especially with someone else.

のんびりとした時間が楽しめます。

家族(7歳〜70歳)で参加しました。7歳は初めてのホーストレッキングでしたが馬がお利口で手綱指示にしっかり応えてくれました。コースの途中で牛や鳥がいたり見慣れない花が咲いていて、それを見ながら会話できる位のんびりと安心して楽しめました。写真動画撮影は自由です。ゆっくり進むので充分可能です。
参加した日は日本語が通じる方は居ませんでしたが、スタッフ全員とても親切で表情とジェスチャーで充分通じます。大きな荷物は受付で預かってもらえ、斜めかけバッグ程度は持ったまま参加できました。途中で写真を撮ってくれますが後で有料ダウンロードです。水栓のトイレは綺麗でしたが手洗い場に石鹸が無いのが残念でした。
犬が自由に走り回っていたりヤギや牛がいてエサを買ってあげられるので待ち時間も楽しめました。

North Shore Private Romantic Horseback Riding Tour with Lunch at Gunstock Ranch
Better than we even expected
Reviewed by: TurtleCouple, 2024/01/07We did the advanced ride which allows for trotting and cantering in some spots on the way up the trail for more experienced riders. It was an amazing experience and we were pleasantly surprised with the diversity of the trail and how many times we were allowed to canter for stretches of trail where it's safe to do so. Our guide was on top of everything and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way.

GREAT EXPERIENCE WHILST VISITING OAHU

The Ranch was amazing, our guides were amazing and there's even a little petting Zoo that you can feed the goats while you wait for your tour to commence. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Ride at Sunset!
Reviewed by: Skip, 2023/10/26The staff was very good and patient, the horses were fine, even for the beginners, the ride was great. We had a great time and I think the 1.5 hours was just about the right timeframe. One issue I found was that when the wrangler leading a group is at the front and trying to talk to the group, it was almost impossible to understand them from the back of the group (we had 5 in our group). Don't know the answer other than having a wrangler both in front and at the rear of the group, but I know I missed out on much of the discussion.

best choice we made during our family trip in Hawaii!

we have a wonderful memory of her wedding with our closed family and friends only under 20 people.
it was a magical experience,so we had been always talking how we can go back to the island.
and we finally planned a family trip to Hawaii this spring, and we have been searched many different websites which offers a tour to the secret island.
this website did not have many reviews compared to other major travel websites, but their prices were the best so we decided to give it a shot.
and the decision was the best!
the reservation process, confirmation, instructions and everything was GREAT!
it was a little bit of cold and rainy day so we were the only group going to the island that day. we basically rented the entire island to ourselves.
we highly recommend this webstie for Kualoa ranch tour!

Good fun for families
Reviewed by: Kelly, 2023/05/27We enjoyed our half-day experience. As tourists, the Secret Island experience was nice because it satisfied my desire to do kayaking and paddle boarding. The beach was nice for young kids because they had supplies to build sand-castles, however that is the most of what my young children really enjoyed. In retrospect, most of the activities there would be best for older children and teenagers to really enjoy. For families with younger children, it may be best to buy some sand toys and head to a local beach.

They picked fruit for us to try (which made the trip even better!), showed us a cave that we were able to look into, let us feed the cows and were just good people to talk with. The property is beautiful…especially from the top while eating a delicious dinner. We would 100% go back and do it again.

Full day with food
Reviewed by: TK , 2022/08/01The staff was outstanding and fun. The 10-minute boat ride was informative and not bad at all for those afraid of seasickness.
The pesto chicken wrap that came with the full day package was dry, it needed extra dressing. The included activities (kayak, paddle board, etc..) were good. Beach volleyball nets and balls were ok (bring your own ball if you have it), the sand had a lot of hard marble-sized cones from the surrounding trees, tough on the feet - good shade though.

UTV ride at Gunstock Ranch
Reviewed by: Guys trip, 2022/07/07We had a blast with Morgan driving use around the 900+ acre Gunstock Ranch we saw a see cave, a WWII pill box, beautiful views of the North shore and the East side of the island. Lunch was at a peaceful shaded area on top of the ranch. And we had to try out the tree swing. Did I mention that almost all of the ranch hands are beautiful women. Thank you Gunstock we had a great time.

Something Different

Horseback riding is also available, but we chose the UTV tour of this ranch, as we are UTV people.
Got to explore this 1000 acre ranch near the North Shore.
Picked fresh fruit, fed cows, had a nice brown bag lunch on top of the hill, with outstanding views below of the ranch, to the ocean.
Go slow, or rip through the ranch, you choose.
Super fun way to do non-beach activities and absolutely loved it!
Would visit again.

Total blast - even with rain
Reviewed by: Mary, 2021/12/31This was a nice easy ride. Our group took a bit longer because we had so many horses stop for bathroom breaks - one stopped 3x!! The wranglers were awesome! We had Cole and Hannah (Montana). Although it was wet and windy we still got some great views of the ocean. I was lucky enough to ride Autograph who has been in movies and TV shows like Magnum PI & Hawaii Five-O. She was a great horse. We enjoyed the ride a lot and would definitely come back for the longer ride next time.

Not for the faint-of-heart

It was not what we expected as we hoped to see Hawaiian countryside that we couldn't see from a tour bus. What we saw were a lot of trees and hills and horses. We held on for dear life as the tour guide drove at high speed around curves and up and down hills. The campfire dinner was very good, but it was difficult to enjoy it because the wind was so strong and chilly. Some people might really appreciate this adventure, but it was not for us.

Family fun adventure

Beautiful views again, the two girls that toured us around very fun and tailored the experience to the vehicle. We had adults in one and children in the other. By far our favorite activity during our stay in Oahu.
