The only thing they could add in the advertisement is to tell clients to arrive wearing swimwear, there are no change rooms on the boat.

Lot of waiting around and too many people on boat for number of scooters and divers, reduce sizes for more enjoyable experience. Also suggest providing one digital photo in price of ticket at least as waste if going to effort of taking them if not emailing to parties. Expect to wait around both at office, on shuttle and boat.

魚がいっぱーい
Reviewed by: ハワイナンバーワン‼️, 2017/12/23水中スクーターに乗ると魚の餌が取り付けてありました。目の前に魚がいっぱい餌を食べに来て手を叩いたりしてくれるのでとても楽しかったです。
11月の中旬だったので海から出てくると寒かったです。肩からバスタオルを掛けて寒さを防ぎました。
それでもシュノーケリングをさせてもらえたので再び海の中へ。餌を持って入れたので魚が寄って来てくれるので面白かったです。贅沢を言えばカラフルな魚がいてくれれば良かったかなぁと思いました。

去年に比べてレベルアップされていて、日本語を話すスタッフがいて
水中スクーターが増え１度に数人が乗れ、寒さ対策のウエットスーツも用意されていました。
スタッフの方々はとても親切で水中でも手を取って丁寧に対応して頂きました。
ただスクーターに乗る時，髪がぬれてしまい出来上がった写真が～～ちょっと
別人になりますが、良い記念なので購入しました。
出来れば３度目も挑戦したいです！

船の上から見ても水中がすごく透き通っていて、魚も亀も見れました。
インストラクターさんも皆さんとても面白い方ばかりで、楽しかったです！
が…、一番の苦い思い出が船酔い。参加した日が波が高かったからか、酔い止めを飲んでもまったく効果がないほど。
1/3はダウンしていました。十分に睡眠を取り、快調な状態での参加をお勧めします。

Lots of fun

少しがっかりです。
Reviewed by: toshi, 2017/10/2310月16日に参加させて頂きました。海中の透明度が思っていた程でなく魚達もそれほど多くはなかった事は、時期や天気に依るものと納得しています。が、水中撮影の時、家族4人を無理矢理寄せ集めた為に、手や足がスクーターに挟まれて非常に痛い思いをしました。更に、$75-も支払い写真&動画を購入したにも拘らず、未だに送られてこないのは非常に残念でなりません。

BOB's Hawaii Underwater Scooter Adventure & Turtle Watching Tour
Amazing Experience
Reviewed by: Sandra McCarthy, 2017/10/21Our group of four "seniors" wanted to experience this unique water activity during our visit to Oahu. The underwater scooter adventure exceeded our expectations. The entire team from Bob's was very helpful to all of us onboard. They did a great job of communicating to not only those of us from the U.S. but were able to converse with the customers who were from Japan and needed communications in their native language.
We had been given appropriate safety briefings before heading out to the dive site. The outdoor temperature in mid October was in the mid 80s so not uncomfortable. The water temperature was a reasonable 75+ but we adapted to it as soon as we got into the water on the scooters.
The divers gave us appropriate underwater instructions to get us going and to set up the underwater photos for each person. We did have unusual trade winds that caused some bouncing and rolling in the boat but once in the water on the scooter or when snorkeling, it was mitigated. The water was clear and we had a variety of fish that swarmed around us as they were feeding on the food that the divers attached to the scooters. A unique feeling to have all of these colorful fish surrounding you in their environment.
We also had the opportunity to see a number of sea turtles both under water and coming to the surface. It would have been great to have had more time actually underwater but we only could accommodate 2 - 3 people underwater at one time. It probably would have been more enjoyable from the customer perspective with a few less onboard the boat.
Our group did take the opportunity to do some snorkeling after we completed our time on the underwater scooters. All in all a great time to remember and yes we did buy the photos especially for the video that was offered as well.
We have not been able to access our photos yet as we are still on vacation and will need to do so when we get home. Hopefully, they will be as delightful to watch as what we experienced

車で目的地に着いてから、船に乗り換えていざ出発。20人くらいしか乗れないボートのような船で、最初は走っているのでまだよかったんですが、沖に着くとエンジンを停めた状態で2人ずつスクーターに乗って海に入ります。待ってる側はここからが地獄。自分の番が来るまでひたすら波に揺れる船で待ち続けます。小さめな船なのでまあ揺れます。私たちは酔い止めを飲むのも忘れたので気持ち悪くてしょうがない。でもスクーターに乗ってる間は揺れないので、めっちゃ楽しかったです！！魚もたくさん寄ってきますし、海ガメも見れました！水中カメラで様子を撮影してくれるので、思い出に残る写真になりました。ただ、水中で頭をくぐらせてスクーターに乗るので、顔・髪はびしょ濡れ。。。できれば濡れてない写真を撮りたかったなぁとは思います。船は地獄でしたが、水中スクーターは楽しかったです！利用される方はぜひ船酔い対策をしていくことをおすすめします。

Reviewed by: Sandy Jamison, 2017/09/17Our adventure began with introductions of the captain and his awesome crew. They made sure we knew all the safety procedures and explained all of the gear. We arrived to the spot and the crew jumped into their gear and were ready to go. We had time before our turn so we went snorkeling. The water was so clear! I spotted a turtle right away. We finished snorkeling and then saw another turtle on top of the water. Now it was our turn to go below on the snooba scooter. Each scooter was assigned their own diver. My diver communicated with me the whole time. When it came time to dive, he made sure I knew how to clear the pressure in my ears. Then we shook a metal mesh bag with bread balls in it and it was like we had rung a dinner bell for the fish! They flocked to us and nibbled the bread and sometimes your fingers! It was breathtaking and so exciting! I couldn't stop smiling! The photographer got some wonderful shots of us and the price was so reasonable. As our adventure came to an end, we were heading to the surface when a juvenile turtle came swimming by. I would highly recommend this adventure to everyone. Definitely one not to be missed!

集合場所から船乗り場までは、40分くらいかかりました。到着すると、説明のDVD(日本語)を見て、船に乗り込みました。日系4世という日本語が分かる女性スタッフさんがいらっしゃったので、安心でした。
海上は風が強くて、かなりうねりがありますので、酔い止めは飲んだ方がいいです。
30人くらい参加者がいて、待ち時間が長かったですが、泳いでいる亀の姿が見えたり、景色を楽しんだりしていたので、それほど気になりませんでした。小さな袋に入ったポテチのようなお菓子を食べながら、お水を飲みながら待ちました。
8月の後半でしたが、かなり寒く感じました。特に潜った後はみなさんガタガタ震えていたので、羽織るものや下半身に巻くタオルなどがあった方がよいかと思います。
防水ケースにスマホを入れて潜る方もいらっしゃいましたが、スタッフの方が写真も動画も撮ってくれます。写真は一人15ドル、動画も購入するともう少しかかりますが、後日申告したメールアドレスに写真が送られてきました。写りもよかったので満足しています。
ヘルメット？の部分に入る時と出る時は、頭まで潜らないとダメなので、顔をつけるのが苦手な方は怖いかもしれません。私はコンタクトをしていたので、目をつぶって出入りしました。ガラスの部分が望遠になっているので、メガネは外してくださいと言われ友達はメガネを外していました。
海中にいる時間はあっという間でしたが、インストラクターさんが一対一でついてくださるので、安心して水中散歩を楽しめました！

子供希望でしたが、夫婦大満足でした。

パン の餌に誘われて、手のひら大の魚が集まり、その光景が綺麗でした。
シーbob体験後のシュノーケリングは浮上した海亀を間近で見ることが出来ました。
7つのオプショナルツアーを体験しましたが、家族1番人気でした。

朝、迎えの時、2回名前を呼んでもらったようなのですが、違うツアーの方から聞こえたので、そちらに聞きに行ってる間にもうバスの方へ歩き出していたいて、気が付かなければ、置いてけぼりになるところでした。

この方、日本語微妙なくせにたまにジョーク入れるので理解を難しくさせてくれます(笑)
当日はかなり風が強くて我が家族は全員船酔いになりました。吐く方は船の後方でお願いします。

水中スクータは常にダイバーの方が後方で掴んでいてくれるので安心です。
最初の４名までバイク搭乗時に顔から上が濡れませんが、下車時に必ず濡れます。
水中はかなり綺麗で魚だらけです。網に入ったパンをもらえるのでてでモフモフすると魚たちがワーっと寄ってきます。カメさんも近くを泳いでいました！
スナックは食べ放題でしたが、南米系(?)の家族がドンドン自分のBAGに詰め込んでました。
水中バイク後のシュノーケリングを楽しむ余裕はなく、甲板でグッタリしてました。。。
は、早く陸地に返して〜という思いでした。
皆さんは楽しいでらっしゃいました。。。いいなー
水中で写真や動画を撮影してくれているのでオフィスに戻ってパソコンで確認させてくれます。
気に入ったらUS$75で写真も動画もアップロードサイト形式にて購入できます。
非常によく撮れているので購入した方が良いと思います。
代金はキャッシュでその場で支払うか、送迎後にホテルで待っててもらって支払うこともできます。
スタッフの方々はすこーし笑顔が少ないので不安になりますが、皆さんなりに安全面も考慮して一生懸命やられていると感じましたよ。

念願の水中スクーター

事前に体験談をしっかり読み、酔い止めヨシ！寒さ対策ヨシ！
日本語を話せるスタッフはいませんでしたが、お迎え＋写真撮影のお兄さんは、とても丁寧に対応してくれました。他のスタッフさんもキチンと対応してくれ、今まで色々なツアーに参加しましたが、正直、一番感じが良かったです。
船に乗る前にスクーターの乗り方の説明と書類に署名をしました。
ホントはビデオも見るようですが、遅れてきたグループがいたため省略したようです。
船はトイレなしの25人くらい乗れる船でした。
ポイントに到着すると、早くも海亀さんを発見！2、3匹泳いでました。
水中スクーターは2人組→3人組→4人組の順で体験しました。
うちは3人でしたので、真ん中くらい。
待ち時間は、自由にシュノーケルをしていいよ！と言われましたが、水中スクーターをやってからにしようと船で待つことにしました。
船はかなり揺れます。酔い止めを飲んでなかったらヤバかったかも（笑）。
水中スクーターは最初は2台で､1台ずつ潜っていくので時差ができ､上がって来たら次の人…という感じでした。
うちの順番のときに3台になり、私、子供、旦那の順に潜りました。
子供が潜って来たときに、ふたりの写真を撮ってくれ､旦那が合流して3人の写真や動画を撮り、先に私が上がった後、子供と旦那の写真も撮ってくれました。
あと、手持ちのカメラでも撮ってくれました！
水中は、想像通り綺麗でした。被るやつが丸いので不思議な見え方になりますが、
餌に色々なお魚が集まって来て、目の前でお魚を鑑賞し、頭上を海亀さんが泳いでいる神秘的な世界です。あっという間の20分間でした。
シュノーケルも海亀さんを見かけたり、楽しかったです。
水中スクーターは乗るときと降りるときに海に潜って頭を出し入れするので、顔が濡れます！あと、スクーターの操作は、スタッフさんが指示してくれるので子供でも大丈夫です。
全員終了後、最初に説明を受けた建物に戻り、写真と動画をグループごとに確認して、気に入ったら購入手続きへ｡写真のみか写真と動画のどちらか選べ、人数によって値段が異なりました。うちは、写真と動画のセットで＄60でした。
後日メールアドレスにURLが送られてきて、ダウンロードするやり方です。
データが大きいのでパソコンでダウンロードしてくれ！と言われました。
帰りの車では疲れて爆睡（笑）。
スタッフの皆様、楽しい時間をありがとうございました！
楽しかったのですが、待ち時間の波がきつかったので星マイナス１で。

BOB's Hawaii Underwater Scooter Adventure & Turtle Watching Tour
Unique experience
Reviewed by: Max, 2017/07/24Taken on a boat in an incredible blue Pacific ocean bay, after a few minutes the crew makes you feel like chilling with humor and smiles. Then time for the scooter, they make sure you'll see the Marine life from up close, and while you're on the boat, they provide gear to scuba dive with the people in the scooters, food and drinks on the bridge, and pictures at the end. A must do!

Fun experience!
