Our greeter was super sweet and it was a great experience for our girls.

Family trip we stayed at King Kamehameha’s Beach Resort. We researched other Kona area Luaus and found this one to be well rated. We really liked the convenience of just walking over from the hotel. The Luau was very we... morell organized in checking people in, helping you find your assigned seats. Great idea on that! Really simplified what could be mass chaos without assigned seating. Food lines and offerings were well organized and kept well stocked. Food was fresh and tasteful. Drink lines moved quickly. The music and show was very entertaining . Lots of fun. Again, well organized and presented well. Very enjoyable evening.

Just ok. Would not do again. Very expensive for family of five for what you get.

It was a great time when I booked this. Doing the vip yes, we did set up close. But the food was cold when it came out. When I looked on the website, it said premium liquor my husband only drinks a certain type of liqu... moreor and it was more of Tequila sunrise, pinla coladas. We were disappointed in that area. But the show was wonderful. I also had checked with this company about getting my friends husband a wheelchair, and it took about 4 calls of going back-and-forth, and they said, no problem. We've got you covered. So when we drove up and spoke to someone at bellhop station where I was supposed to go they did not know anything about a wheelchair. So gladly, we had put his wheelchair in the back of our car. Believe me, I read all the reviews at this place. They always got 5 stars. I give it 4, but honestly. It would be a 3.5.

Our family of 5 had a great experience with the staff. We were running late because of a parade shutting roads down and we communicated with them effortlessly about the delay. They were so accommodating and understanding... more - we didn’t arrive until after the boat had left but they shuttled us out on another boat so we didn’t miss the experience. Once there we were able to snorkel and enjoy the water and views while we waited for our turn with the scooters. Thank you for allowing us to have a great experience with unforgettable photos, it could have ended in disaster but they gave us the time of our life!!

This tour was everything I was hoping for, and more. Our tour guide Henry was amazing. His storytelling was so engaging and entertaining and we didn’t just get to see beautiful places, we also learned a lot about the h... moreistory of the people and the island. If you are looking for a safe and fun way to get to experience several highlights from the Big Island, learn more about the culture and just have an overall insanely enjoyable and memorable experience, I highly recommend this tour.
We were staying on Oahu and they made all of our flight arrangements, provided a delicious local meal and plenty of snacks and somehow made it back in plenty of time for our evening flight back over to Oahu. We were amazed at how much we were able to see and do all in one day. It is an experience that my family and I will treasure.
Also, one note in case you are concerned - there are plenty of bathroom stops along the way.
