Inter-Island Day Trips

Really great day trip. Super convenient and comfortable ferry ride to Lanai. Our rental car canceled our Jeep at the last minute, claiming they did not have one, even though we paid in full months in advance, but a secon... mored company, “cheap jeeps “, came to our rescue, saying that they had to do the same thing for other people. Lots of fun for a day trip from Maui.

Our Pearl Harbor and Ford Island tour was an unforgettable and meaningful experience. The visit to the USS Arizona Memorial was deeply moving, offering a powerful reminder of the events of December 7, 1941, and the lives... more lost that day. Touring the Battleship Missouri was equally inspiring—standing on the very deck where World War II ended felt humbling and historic. Our tour guide, Ernest, was an interesting and engaging addition who shared fascinating stories and insights that brought history to life. Lunch at the Ford Island Aviation Museum was good and provided a nice break in the day. We also appreciated the smooth, on-time flights between Kona and Honolulu with Southwest Airlines—comfortable and well-handled from start to finish. The round-trip bus transportation to and from the airport was convenient, well-organized, and stress-free. Overall, this was a well-planned, educational, and memorable day we’ll long remember.

The crew was great, the snorkeling sites were amazing, thank you for a great time.

Amazing adventure!! The ferry was easy, quick, and comfy! Josh picked us up and shared souch history, knowledge, and experience with us!!! Definitely recommend!!!

Everything was good. The people that helped us get our transportation from the hotel to the airport walked us all the way through that was going & coming. I would’ve given it a better star. If our lunch was not cold, I o... morerdered a fish burger, and it said with fries it which it was just a sandwich.
The amount of money we paid they definitely should have done better with the lunch offered. We could have gone to a food truck we passed many. Other than this. It was a good experience.

We were told to meet at the Southwest Ticket counter in Maui and no one was there. We talked to an agent with Hawaiian Airlines & told her of our delema & after entering our driver's license # she said we were confirmed ... moreon their flight to Honolulu. She was very kind & helped us tremendously.
Next problem was where to meet Sunshine Tours. There wasn't a clear direction as to the meeting place. That was two things where there was no clear direction.
Our tour guide was excellent. He was very informative & very much a people person. We couldn't have gotten anyone better.
