Residents outside of the U.S. are unfortunately not eligible for this contest.

You can post photos or video clips on Instagram, or submit IGTV posts.
All posts must have the consent of all parties shown, or the entry will be considered invalid.

You can post and enter as many times as you like during the contest period.

We will be contacting winners on Wednesday, December 9th, 2020 via Instagram’s direct messaging system. Please check you DMs on December 9th to see if you won!

• Eligibility: This contest is open to entries that have complied with the guidelines. Account users must be at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The contest is open to legal residents of the world and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of HawaiiActivities.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the contest. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
• Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of HawaiiActivities.com as final and binding as they relate to the content of this contest.
• Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting November 9th, 2020 and ending on December 4th, 2020.
• How to Enter: The contest must be entered by submitting an entry using the hashtags provided. The entry must fulfill all contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of HawaiiActivities.com. You may enter as many times as you wish. You must provide the information requested. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of HawaiiActivities.com.
• Prizes: The Winner(s) of the contest (“Winner”) will receive a $300 Hawaiian Airlines Gift Card and $200 HawaiiActivities.com Gift Certificate for First Place, $150 Hawaiian Airlines Gift Card and $100 HawaiiActivities.com Gift Certificate for Second Place, and $50 Hawaiian Airlines Gift Card and $50 HawaiiActivities.com Gift Certificate for Third Place. There will be one First Place, one Second Place, and one Third Place winner. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by HawaiiActivities.com. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the discretion of Hawaii Activities. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. • Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by the staff of HawaiiActivities.com. Winner will be notified by Instagram direct message within fourteen (14) days following selection of Winner. Hawaii Activities shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within a week from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
