１．Purpose
（１）These terms and conditions (the “Coupon Terms & Conditions”) establish the rules and regulations between our company, VELTRA Corporation (“VELTRA”), and you, as a registered user (“User”) of a VELTRA ecommerce website, concerning your use of discount coupons ("Coupons") distributed by VELTRA for use on our websites. These Coupon Terms and Conditions also govern our distribution and redemption of the Coupons ("Coupon Program"). The VELTRA ecommerce websites where the Coupons may be acquired and used include www.veltra.com and www.hawaiiactivities.com.
（２）Your use of the VELTRA websites is also conditioned upon your adherence to the VELTRA website’s terms and conditions (hereinafter “VELTRA Terms & Conditions”) available at https://www.veltra.com/en/terms_and_conditions and https://www.hawaiiactivities.com/en/terms_and_conditions.

２．Coupon usage
The following conditions and rules apply to the usage of Coupons provided by VELTRA through its Coupon Program.
（１）Coupons can only be applied after receiving a notification from VELTRA and acquiring the Coupons through a coupon acquisition page within a VELTRA website.
（２）Bookings must comply with all applicable Coupon conditions. That is, bookings must be made for the specified activity or activities during the specified booking period and must be scheduled during the specified participation period (all selected alternative dates must also fall within the specified participation period).
（３）Coupons must be identified and applied during the booking process and not after.
（４）Only one coupon can be applied per booking.
（５）Coupons only have value when applied according to the Coupon Terms & Conditions.
（６）Coupons can only be applied by the User. Third parties cannot apply coupons acquired by the User as further explained in Section 3 below.
（７）Coupons are considered used up when a booking that meets all applicable conditions has been made. Coupons cannot be returned or exchanged.
（８）When changing dates after making a booking with a Coupon, if the new dates would violate the Coupon’s conditions, the Coupon will no longer apply to the booking and you will be assessed additional fees.
（９）Coupons cannot be applied to a booking that was made prior to the acquisition of the Coupon.
（１０）Once a booking has been made, Coupons cannot be retroactively applied. Any request made to VELTRA to apply a Coupon to an existing booking will be declined.
（１１）Coupons cannot be used to reduce the payment amount below zero. Application of a Coupon under such circumstances will not result in a refund.
（１２）Some issued Coupons may be limited by quantity, in which case they are applied on a first-come, first-served basis. In these cases, even if a User has correctly acquired a Coupon and attempts to apply it to a booking that meets all applicable conditions, if the Coupon’s limited quantity has already been exhausted, application of the Coupon will be declined and no discount for the booking will be extended.
（１３）Travel agents registered in VELTRA’s Travel Agent Program are not permitted to use Coupons.
The following conditions and rules apply to the usage of Coupons provided by VELTRA through its Coupon Program.

（１３）Travel agents registered in VELTRA’s Travel Agent Program are not permitted to use Coupons.
３．Coupon transferability & cash value
（１）Users are not permitted to sell or transfer Coupons to third parties, nor are they permitted to share or exchange coupons with other Users. Coupons are personal to the User who acquires them. Coupons used, or attempted to be used, by a third party in violation of these Coupon Terms & Conditions will not be returned to the User who acquired the Coupon.
（２）Individual Users with multiple accounts cannot transfer Coupons from one account to another. Coupon quantities cannot be added together across multiple accounts.
（３）Users who participate in the unauthorized sale or transfer of Coupons may be subject to have any applicable bookings cancelled and their account(s) terminated.
（１）Users are not permitted to sell or transfer Coupons to third parties, nor are they permitted to share or exchange coupons with other Users. Coupons are personal to the User who acquires them. Coupons used, or attempted to be used, by a third party in violation of these Coupon Terms & Conditions will not be returned to the User who acquired the Coupon.

（３）Users who participate in the unauthorized sale or transfer of Coupons may be subject to have any applicable bookings cancelled and their account(s) terminated.
４．Coupon cancellation & expiration
（１）VELTRA reserves the right to cancel any or all of the User’s Coupons without advance warning if any of the following are determined to be true.
① After being granted a Coupon, it becomes clear that the User acquired the Coupon wrongly or does not otherwise quality for the Coupon.
② The User has participated in unauthorized and/or illegal behavior.
③ Any action taken by the User is in violation of the Coupon Terms & Conditions or VELTRA Terms & Conditions.
④ VELTRA determines, for any other good and valid reason, that the Coupons granted should be cancelled.
（２）Coupons not applied by the User within the specified validity period will automatically expire.
（３）VELTRA bears no obligation whatsoever to reissue or provide compensation of any kind for cancelled or expired Coupons or Coupons that cannot be used because of quantity limitations.
（１）VELTRA reserves the right to cancel any or all of the User’s Coupons without advance warning if any of the following are determined to be true.
① After being granted a Coupon, it becomes clear that the User acquired the Coupon wrongly or does not otherwise quality for the Coupon.
② The User has participated in unauthorized and/or illegal behavior.
③ Any action taken by the User is in violation of the Coupon Terms & Conditions or VELTRA Terms & Conditions.
④ VELTRA determines, for any other good and valid reason, that the Coupons granted should be cancelled.
（２）Coupons not applied by the User within the specified validity period will automatically expire.
（３）VELTRA bears no obligation whatsoever to reissue or provide compensation of any kind for cancelled or expired Coupons or Coupons that cannot be used because of quantity limitations.
５．Account termination
When a User’s account has been terminated, the User’s Coupons are rendered immediately void and the User forfeits the right to use those Coupons as well as any other rights or benefits conferred by the Coupon Program. VELTRA assumes no responsibility for losses to the User caused by the termination of a User’s account, and the User shall have no right to hold VELTRA responsible for such losses.
When a User’s account has been terminated, the User’s Coupons are rendered immediately void and the User forfeits the right to use those Coupons as well as any other rights or benefits conferred by the Coupon Program. VELTRA assumes no responsibility for losses to the User caused by the termination of a User’s account, and the User shall have no right to hold VELTRA responsible for such losses.
６．Disclaimers
While VELTRA makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of its Coupon Program, VELTRA cannot guarantee the absence of technical issues in all cases. VELTRA assumes no responsibility whatsoever for damages incurred as a result of issues beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, network or computer malfunctions; system slowness and outages; data loss; malfunctions related to Coupon usage; unauthorized data access and any other damages that may arise as a result of using its Coupon Program.

These Coupon Terms & Conditions, as well as VELTRA's Coupon Program, are subject to change at any time without prior notice from VELTRA. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of Coupons being revoked or changed, as well as cases of designated websites being changed. VELTRA's Coupon Program is also subject to discontinuation at any time. By using VELTRA's Coupon Program, the User understands and agrees to these terms.
These Coupon Terms & Conditions, as well as VELTRA's Coupon Program, are subject to change at any time without prior notice from VELTRA.
