Good Business Practise

Thank you to Marisa at Robert's Hawaii and Veltra for a quick response to my earlier concerns regarding shuttle services Mar 13 &14. Not only was there an apology, but also a refund of extra monies caused by the change to service. This is good business practise and much appreciated.
Will use you again on next visits.

Roberts Shuttle for 3 different arrivals Kahului to Honua Kai Resort

My experience March 8 was fine (aside from the driver running a red light and snorting profusely for the duration of the ride; he said at the end of the ride it was due to allergies).
Unfortunately my two children arriving at separate times the following weekend (Mar 13 and 14) was not.
On Mar 13 late arrival my daughter waited for the shuttle, then was informed she would be taking a taxi instead. It took the taxi driver 90 minutes to get her from the airport to Honua Kai because the driver did not know the address (full address provided for the resort as well as its name).
The next night my son and his partner were also rerouted by taxi after waiting a half hour on the shuttle. At least this time the taxi knew the resort but then informed his passengers that tip was not included and asked for $20. As this was our first time to Maui we did not know how to direct taxi drivers, nor that we were expect to pay additional charges after paying for the shuttle when it was booked. (We tip the drivers according to bags, but not for the trip for shuttle service)
In all, two out of three experiences not so good.
