One flight was cancelled, and we had to board a different flight. The presenter was waiting for us when we arrived and was very friendly and helpful even though we arrived later than planned.

Very enjoyable and interesting! The naturalist was very knowledgeable and answered all questions posed by my grandchildren. The staff was very attentive to us.
