Royal Lahaina Luau
The sign in was a mess! We signed up for the VIP seats for $15/person. When we got there they said they've raised their prices to $25 per person. I thought that was odd...I showed them my papers that said $15/person so thats all we paid. The people in front of us had issues too! LOVED the vendors that were there! They had some very nice things and were friendly. The atmosphere was great...by the ocean! The food was as expected....awesome! The Luau was fun and exciting.

Molokini Snorkel
The waters were rough at the Molokini Island. Several people got sick, including me! The ginger water didn't seem to help me. I wasn't able to eat any lunch so I can't tell you how the food was. At "Turtle Town" several people didn't even see a turtle. I saw ONE!!! THAT was VERY disappointing!!! We did see LOTS of whales which was awesome!! We didn't even go on the Sunset Dinner Cruise as I was still pretty sick. We talked to the Captian and he told us to call and reschedule the cruise, however, we didn't have another evening to go before we had to go back home so we didn't even call. The crew was nice!

Aloha,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We're fortunate to have exceptionally nice weather and access Molokini Crater 9 out of 10 trips. Its unfortunate the seas were choppy on the day you joined us. There are dozens of resident turtles at Turtle Town. Its common for us to see multiple groupings. They are wild animals and there's no guarantee you will see all of them every visit. I'm glad you saw and swam with one turtle and got to see so many whales. Maui is one of the greatest locations for whale watching. Thank you for complimenting the crew. They are highly trained and experienced professionals who are passionate about the ocean and our guests. We'd love to comp you on a sunset cruise if you return to the islands. Mahalo, Scott T. / CEO
