Out driver made it an exceptional trip.
The driver made sure my friend in the wheelchair was taken care of. I was ready to push her but he pushed her everywhere, even on dirt paths to make sure she saw everything.
The views were grate for all of us and his history stories were fun.

They took care of my friend in a wheelchair very well
All the young men took very good care of my friend in a wheelchair. they made her feel welcomed. The dancers were grate and the food was fun (they could have done better on the desert). the food line went fast.
The bathrooms could have been a little better.

Roberts Hawaii is the only bus service for disabled persons in a wheelchair.
The lift wouldn't go all the way down for about 10 tries. Once down they wanted me to stand and hold on. the 2 arms for me to hold on swayed back and forth. Once at the top to roll her in the back flap the bridges from the lift to the buse did not go down. We were let off and they were calling for a mechanic and calling the main office. I said we will leave but they insisted it would be fixed. I went into the bus to tell the other passengers way we were delayed. The staff Nora and the buss driver were very embarrassed and made they were put in that position. We were told we would receive a refund and we took a disability taxi because it was too late for anything else ($376 for same trip sites). Your "Addended as: does not show a wheelchair!
