Wet 'n' Wild Hawaii Water Park Admission Tickets
Worth the money!
After staying in Waikiki for the week, my kids were climbing the walls and my wife and I were ready for a change and just needed to get out and spend a day away from the hotel. This was a perfect choice. The free transport from the hotel also really helped to justify the costs for me as the wallet-holder!
The ride there wasn't too long, just under an hour, and when we got there, the kids went nuts! It was go go go all day, and when they got home to the hotel that night, they went straight to bed! I swear, I wanted to go back the next day just for that reason alone! It was a great day and I highly recommend the park, especially for families.

Maui Gold Pineapple Express Tour
SWEET!
Pineapples are my absolute favorite fruit, so when i saw this tour i of course booked it without hesitation!
It was really interesting to actually see where the pineapples I get at the store in Washington actually grow and come from firsthand. and the info and pineapple facts were kinda cool too.
The best part of course was getting to taste and sample these delicious fruits right from harvest.

Glass Bottom Dolphin Adventure (from Kailua-Kona)
We could see everything so well!
The glass bottom cruise was awesome. Everybody. no matter where you were sitting got the best seat in the house to view the underwater goings on of the fish, sea critters and dolphins.
The children loved the way you could almost reach out and touch everything it felt so near. And the buffet was really yummy too.

Mandara Spa Rites for Massage at Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort
ACHING for another massage!
When you are a marathon runner and constantly in training...and you come to Hawaii to train for your long runs....well, let's just say you are MORE than ready for a massage all the time!
My muscles were so sore and achey, and i just felt it was worth the money to go and get some relief. I chose the deep tissue massage after talking through it with the receptinist (she was really helpful). Apparently that is the best one for athletes..or at least the most popular because they really get in there and knead the muscles...and work everything out ya know?
It was awesome. I didn't want to get up off the table when it was all over! Will definitely be getting these when I go home and train, and if I am ever back here, this will be my first stop.

Two Paddles WAY Up!!!!
This tour gets an enthusiastic YES from me! And my boyfriend agrees. We both had a great time. We are outdoor enthusiasts, so we wanted to stay in nature out and doing activities while here in Hawaii, so this was just right for us.
I like especially how the trip was mixed in that we got to paddle along the river in a kayak, and then mix it up a bit with a nature walk...kept things interesting and allowed different muscles to rest.
Really good time, we both had a lot of fun.

THE BOAT ALL TO OURSELVES!
Having a boat at your disposal, and just for your family's use is incredible! We felt like kings! The kids chose to use the bumper tubes and whoosh around the water and the wake of the boat. I took so many great pictures of them just laughing their heads off!
What a great time to have been able to share with the kids! My husband and I could not have asked for better! And I caught a few rides too!

make your life easy!
This was such a blessing! Usually our family just wakes up the morning of and gets ready and calls a cab or something, but this this time we wanted to save ourselves the stress and hassle and plan ahead...and we also wanted to not be crammed five strong in a taxicab....so we went for the limo!
The kids loved it, and told all their friends at school how "cool" they were getting to ride in a limo...and my husband and I were just so grateful for the smooth and conflict free ride to the airport straight from our hotel.
Be smart, and use this service....stress free is truly priceless these days to us!

GREAT FOR BEGINNERS
Me and my kids took the beginner lunch ride and had a great time. None of us had really had any experience with horses before, besides a ride or two here and there, and so we were glad to have the option of a beginner specific ride.
Not once did me, my wife, or my kids seem nervous or worried...quite the opposite....the boys were hootin and holllerin and wide grinnin the whole day.
They still are telling all their friends about their "cowboy adventure" in hawaii.

Kupanaha Magic Dinner Show at Kaanapali Beach Hotel
FAMILY fun
When I heard "Magic Show" I was not thrilled...but my husband insisted it would be fun, and my kids sounded excited, so I decided to take one for the team and go along. And I am really glad i did.
The kids just couldn't get enough of the illusions and magic...I adored the hula dancers...and my husband, well, my husband was just happy the kids weren't killing each other I think! Although he did say the illusions were unreal!
The food was great for us because I am a vegetarian (tofu was offered) and my husband loves fish...they even had a kids menu that the kids actually ate. Thanks for a great memory for our family.

Heavenly Glow Facials at Moana Lani Spa
OOH LA LA!
Decided to try this spa thing out while on vacation. Never having been to a spa before in my life, I had no idea what to expect, and OH MY GOSH....I was in heaven.
I picked the Kona Coffee and Vanilla Facial and as much as it felt oh so good on my face, it SMELT so good I just wanted to eat the stuff!
I left feeling like I was beautiful. I want to go back everyday :)
