Average tour
City tour had poor quality audio even after I asked for another set of earphones. Only a very limited area is part of the city tour, mainly due to heavy traffic at that time.
Tour guide does not come up on Eiffel tower therefor no explanations before , during or after the tower, just explore on you own. River cruise is just mass transport no personal touch, no guide, its just up and down the river, don't need a tour company for this part. Transport back to the agency office was quick at that late time of the night but trying to then get a taxi back to the hotel was another very time consuming challenge.

Good Service
It's a releif when you get out of the airport, find the right person to assit you and then takes you personally to the pick up point. Very easy amd efficient tramsfer service.

Very Good Service
Our group was staying in two seperate hotels but this was not recorded on the job sheet for the driver. However, this was not a problem and we were all dropped off as requested even with a very minor detour. Very friendly driver.

Surprise!
This was a very pleasant surprise for the rest of our group who did not expect this welcome in Hawaii. The person greeting us at the airport welcomed each one of us individually and was then prepared to take numerous photos in a suitable location outside the airport arrival area. She then also made sure that we get to our prebooked bus on time. Definitiely worth it especially for 1st timers and for special events. If you want to make your hliday in Hawaii something to remember, start with a lei welcome right at the airport, it puts everyone in the right mood no matter how long the flight.
