Speedi Shuttle Honolulu Airport Transportation Service / [Round-trip] Cruise Ship Triple Combo
Airport pickup
We booked the triple combo as we needed airport-hotel, hotel-cruise, cruise-hotel, hotel-airport pickups. We did have to wait a bit for the first pickup. We have reviewed the other pickups separately. Overall there seems to be an issue with enough vehicles for the number of stops to be made; maximizing the number of passengers causes delays for those who are at the bottom of the pickup list or last in sequence. No issue with drivers, safety, luggage handling, etc.

[Arrival] Cruise Ship to Hotel
Send more shuttles!
We joined people who had been waiting for their pickup at 8 for our pickup at 9 am. There were not enough shuttles scheduled for the number of people listed for pickup. The two employees trying to handle the situation were frustrated as well as all of us who had to wait up to 45 minutes outside in the hot sun. No one came inside the cruise terminal to look for us--we heard from someone else inside that the Speedi Shuttle van was there. This was the worst of our 4 shuttles scheduled during our vacation. Our destination was a hotel--woe to those who were waiting for the equally slow airport shuttles and in danger of missing their flights.

Insist on what was booked!
When we called to confirm the hotel pickup, we were told to schlep luggage to a Speedi Shuttle pickup spot somewhere on the Hilton Hawaiian Village 22-acre site. That was not what we booked. I insisted we be picked up where we were dropped off two weeks previously. After some back-and-forth and checking with someone else, we had our pickup confirmed.
