Great time!
My husband and I, along with our 19 & 15 year old daughters, thoroughly enjoyed the Sacred Falls adventure. Kayaking up the river was peaceful and beautiful as the river is very calm. The hike was fun with some scrambling over rocks and roots and wading through streams. We enjoyed eating lunch by the waterfall before trekking back. Our guide, Izzy, was fantastic - super easy to be around, very encouraging, and she grave great beach/dining suggestions at the end. We loved it!

Glad you enjoyed Izzy's show and the paddle and hike to the falls.
A plus when you are under Izzy's "tutelage" she will fill your agenda with alternative activities to avail yourselves of while you stay on our little island.
