Simply Awesome
I had the MOST FUN biking down the volcano. Nature, being unpredictable, kept me from seeing sunrise at 10,000 feet, but I forgot about that when I took off on my bicycle. This was FUN.
I must believe that all tour operators provide good gear, and I actually used Maui Sun Riders (mauibikeride.com), where I did not pay for breakfast, and I only spent $80, and I went at my own pace.
There's a place to grab food/beverage/souvenirs a couple of miles after the beginning.
The trip was almost entirely downhill. There was ONE time I had to pedal in 1st gear and ultimately walked up that ONE hill. And I'm out of shape myself.
FUN FUN FUN - for the whole family. I can't give enough praise for this adventure!

Fantastic for the whole family
This was fantastic - recommended by friends, enjoyed by us parents and the teenagers.
The dinner was great, with foods I've never heard of living in the lower 48. The shows are well done, and very unique.
I've never seen anything like it, and if I have the opportunity, I will certainly return.
