First Class!

Mahalo for your projection of your personal feelings and stories of hawai’i. It was like having the best waiter at a first class restaurant. Your care of us was wonderful. Our tour with you was an invaluable souvenir of the islands of Hawai’i. We learned a great deal on your tour- it was intense. Thanks for sharing your time, your perspective and your love for this corner of the world with us.

Mahalo!

To tell you the truth we chose your tour because of your enthusiasm and a beautiful vehicle. We were then transformed, mesmerized and smitten with aloha and awe for Madame Pele and her friends who live at her feet.” Mahalo...

Well Done all round!

Rob our guide (and the big Kahuna of HF&T) turned up on time and was quick to introduce himself and make everyone at ease including the young kids we had.
The vehicle HF&T use are top quality Sprinter vans not the cramped clunky old F350's and the like that all the other companies we saw were using. This had lots of leg room, great visibility and a smooth ride. We certainly saw all the other travelers with different tour companies looking at us with envy at the amount of space and comfort we had.
Rob new his stuff and before 10 minutes passed we were all hanging on his every word, and even the kids were quiet!. Any of his staff that spends time with him would obviously benefit from his experience and knowledge. Rob showed a great empathy for the indigenous Hawaiians and his knowledge of their beliefs and customs was terrific. The way he could get his tongue around some of the Hawaiian words was certainly impressive, a skill which would only come from many years of exposure to the cul

A MUST do!

This is GREAT for anyone who wants to swim with dolphins without having to do it in a tank. Guide is excellent and the experience unforgettable. We would highly recommend this to anyone!

Twilight Volcano 3/2010

Bob Fewell was an excellent tour guide on our trip to see the volcanoes on March 5th. It was just the two of us so we covered a lot of ground in the time we had, which is what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I would like to retain him again when we come back.

Parker Ranch!

What an amazing ride and ranch facility. We especially loved the small town of Kamuela and its history and great eateries and shopping. Definitely a town to visit and a horeseback ride we will never forget!

Dolphin Discoveries

Great Snorkeling out of Kona! Lots of fish, entered a sea cave and saw a pod of dolphins playing on our way to the snorkel spot. Highly recommended, you won't regret it!

I was absolutely stunned by the beauty of East Hawaii. Hilo can often be a victim of superficial judgments. I know it is the rainiest city in the USA and that it is routinely beset by tropical downpours but we saw rainbows, waterfalls and green, green, green… Thank you.

Just wanted to thank you for a great day on the ocean. Cutty, Raina and Taka have a priceless Hawaiian memory and I have a freezer full of Mahi! Cutty (who is a chef) grilled some and topped it with homemade corn/black bean/yellow bell pepper salsa, a dollop of sriracha/mayo sauce, and nori-strip garnish -- it was the best fish I've ever eaten. No joke, even my kids asked for more (and they don't even like fish). Cutty was so happy, he went to Hana Paa and bought one of those yellow mahi flags, so he can frame it when he gets back to PA. And Taka began his lecture at UH by showing the pics of our Mahi! Which confused the audience, and amused me to no end. Yeah, we all had a great time and will never forget that day. Thanks again. Peace, Nate
