Prompt service
Pickup was quick, we did not have to wait long for the shuttle. The vehicle was a bit older, wasn't all that comfortable but this was a good price!

Long day
Be prepared for a long day. Did not get back to hotel until 11pm. Night show was excellent and luau was fun. The food at the luau was a bit disappointing.
