Lei Greeting
Our experience with our Lei greeting was awesome. We had a woman named Melia (I think that is the spelling). She was wonderful. She was holding up the sign with our name and she was very visable and we were greeted with a welcoming smile and hug. After that she brought us to our luggage and waited there with us until we got our luggage and then she made sure we found our Ilima driver for our ride to our hotel. On the walk to the luggage she suggested some things to do and see while we were in Honolulu. Our experience was great and we would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Honolulu Airport Shuttle (HNL) by Ilima Tours
Ilima Tours transportation
We were greeted at the luggage area by a representative. Lucas was very friendly and helpful with all of our luggage. He walked us by everyone standing outside in the rain waiting for cabs. Him and the driver took our luggage and loaded it into the van and they were very friendly. The driver on our way to the hotel was telling us info about the place that was very helpful and interesting. We enjoyed the fact that we didn't have to wait in the rain because we had our transportation already pre arranged. They were great!!
