[Departure] Hotel to Airport
On Time
Shuttle was on time and driver was friendly. When the driver arrived at the hotel he got out and called our name so we knew he was there for us. He talked to us all the way to the airport giving us information about the island and places to see the next time we vacation in Hawaii.

Oahu Lei Greeting Service at Honolulu Airport - Hawaiian Floral Necklace & More / Orchid Lei
Lei Greeting
I wolud recomend this to every one. The flower leis were beautiful and smelled so good. The lady that greeted us and presented us with our leis was so friendly and helpful. she gave us a warm aloha greeting and welcomed us to Hawaii. She offered to take picutres of us with our leis and helped us get our bags. She made us feel like friends coming to visit.

Airport Shuttle
This is a mixed review. When we wrrived at the airport and I called like I was instruced to do the lady told me that the shuttle would be there in 10 to 15 min. We waited 35 then called the after hours number on my conformation email. This gentelman told me that I was to first call and chek in with the office I explained to him that I all ready had and that we were waiting and no one had shown up yet to pick us up, He was very put out and told me that he was driving and that a taxie was picking us up not the shuttle. He gave me the name of the taxie and it had arrived 10 min. ago but no one had gotten out to let us know that he was picking us up. We wlaked over to the taxie and asked him if he was there for us and he said yes and loaded our bags. The way from the hotel to the airport was much better. The shuttle was at our hotel on time and the driver got out and called our name. He was very friendly and talked to us the entire ride to the airport unlike the ride to the hotel.
