We had such a fun time snorkeling with the mantas. We didn't realize how close they come to you in the water. One of them belly-bumped me by accident. Such graceful sea creatures.

Must do tour!
I was a little nervous about snorkeling at night but I'm so glad I went. It's less of a snorkel and more of a snorkel float where you hold onto a floating mat with LED lights underneath. The mantas were swooping underneath us eating the plankton. It was so calm and magical. Highly recommend.

Dolphin Quest Hawaii - Dolphin Swim & Encounter at Hilton Waikoloa Village / 30-min Encounter Deluxe (Ages 5+)
So cool
We weren't sure what to expect with this dolphin interaction but it was amazing. You can tell the care the trainers have for the dolphins and it was a very well run operation helping to build awareness about the local conservation efforts to protect Hawaii's marine life.

Big Island Private Tours - Kilauea Volcano & Mauna Kea Stargazing with Dinner / North Route: Akaka Falls, Volcano National Park, Lava Glow Watching & Stargazing
Long but amazing day
We really enjoyed our full day tour filled with waterfalls, visiting volcanoes national park and capping it off with a stargazing tour at the end. Our guide was good but would have liked him to relate more of his stories to our grandaughter. When we did the stargazing, he was great. You could tell this was his passion.

Molokai was amazing
We loved flying over to Molokai which many tourists don't see. Our pilot told us we saw the highest sea cliffs in the world. Crazy! Such a fun day.
