not a single attempt to see a whale was made

I was sold this tour as a whale watch & snorkel event, but on the day it was not that (it was a boat ride, piss-up and snorkel). No attempt was ever made to see any whales and it was not billed as such to others on the boat. The barman was very good at selling us all sorts (GoPro hire, sell snorkels, drinks, underwater cameras etc), and lots of people were drinking copious amounts of cocktails and having a fab time. The atmosphere on the boat was great. The boat and equipment was very good (much better than on another snorkel excursion I did earlier that week), staff, facilities & food were good, and the weather was fabulous. I really wanted to see the whales as it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity (I live in the UK), and other trips that week had been for whale watching through Body Glove cruises, but not this one. It must have been an unfortunate mix-up through this website
