Hawaiian Parasailing Tour & Adventure from Waikiki Beach [800ft & 1000ft Lines] / 1000ft Line (10 min)
Wow! Amazing!

Wow, what an experience! It's the only way to describe the feeling. Out of the choices we did 1000ft. Now it sounded pretty high but that's the only way to do it! Go big or go home! The views of the bay and diamond head were so awesome. The driver kills the engine a few times and it feels like a roller coaster ride. When you're in the air, it doesn't matter that you are so far in the sky and the boat looks so tiny. Such a rush! The guys are super cool and do offer to take pictures for you for a cost. It was like $30 for almost 200 pics. I had a waterproof camera and snapped some pics but not the same. Whatever floats your boat. Also remember that the longer the line, the longer the ride! And when you come back to the boat, you get dunked in the ocean, so refreshing! I was lucky to ride again with a single guy who was doing 300ft. Not even close to the same feeling when you're so much higher. I hope this review helps.

Good family fun- a must do!

Now I would like to point out that this review is from not just my point of view, but also my family. First, the boat was a bit dated but I could call it character. It's clean and pretty big. But you don't have a lot of room inside. So if you have an infant, my daughter is just over one year old, it's kind of tough to eat when they have to sit on your lap. That's probably the only issue unless you are prone to sea sickness. Check to see if it's windy on the day you go out. The food is good. Not gourmet or anything but good. And since it's buffet, you have all the standard choices and as much as you want. Kalua pork was yummy, chicken was good, salmon a little dry but I prefer sushi anyways and sirloin was good too. There are a bunch of shows/dancing going on after you get food which is about an hour after boarding which starts kinda early. I stayed outside mostly and listened to all the fun inside. I enjoyed the views of Waikiki and diamond head. It was windy and I felt really hot inside(we were next to the buffet) so I was more comfortable outside. My daughter had tons of fun watching the dancers and listening to the band with grandma. Finally, if you do friday fireworks, which we did, it's really nice but you need to be outside in a good spot probably 30 minutes before the show. Otherwise everyone rushes outside and it gets cramped.
