Saw A Manta Ray!
You can't help mother nature -- we only saw one manta ray during our tour and the water was really choppy. The captain and crew were friendly, but had us wait for some other people that didn't show. I also don't feel they connected with us as a group, which was unfortunate.

Dolphins Were Great!
We were lucky and got to swim with about 30 dolphins! Captain and crew were late despite their request for us to come early -- which was a little frustrating as we drove from the Hilo side. There was no rafting either as indicated by the activity title and description (and other's photos).
