Honolulu to Hilo One Day Fly Away Tour - Volcanoes National Park & Waterfalls
Tour was okay, Hawaiian Airlines may be better
Reviewed by: sofia, 2013/09/01- It's a really long day and not sure it was worth it. The only thing you can get at the Big Island that you can't get at Oahu is the volcano.
- Flight was cancelled. Didn't notify us until we called them, after waiting for the shuttle for 15min at 5am. Then they woke us up again in the morning to reschedule. We later learned that it is common for Go! Airlines to cancel flights/be late. So I would recommend to go with Hawaiian Airlines instead; it's a bit more expensive, but likely because it is more reliable. FYI, the number listed on your voucher has normal business hours so if you have an early pick-up, you should call them the day before and get the dispatcher number in case you need to contact them early.
- I noticed they gave us longer times at spots with shopping areas (even if there was not much to see, e.g. the nut factory) and very little time at some of the nature vistas (like 5-7 minutes). so it felt a bit rushed.

Polynesian Cultural Center Tickets with Island Sightseeing Tour
Circle Island Tour & PCC Luau & show
Reviewed by: TizLV, 2013/08/31The circle island tour (1 star) was too much a rush, it is literally a drive half way around the island to get to PCC, only a couple stops that barely has time to get off the bus and take photos, and no where states that the famous Hanauma Bay is closed on Tuesday for cleanup.
The PCC operates like the cruise ship, put a lei on you just to have photographer take pictures to sell you later, and then take the lei back. The so called guides in the PCC are students where some of them are not well trained to handle the group; you can do everything by yourself using the schedule of programs.
The Luau was mediocre, no whole pig roasting, just a huge dinning hall with lots of people, eating the buffet, and some show on stage. Sorry, I live in Vegas, this cannot compare.
"HA: Breath of Life" Show definitely 5 star, very well done and great performers, if you are willing to pay high price for shows in Vegas, this one is on par.

Oahu to Maui Day Tour - Hana Rainforest, Waterfall Swim & Black Sand Beach

Reviewed by: Moe, 2013/08/30The trip was very educational. Black sand beach was amazing as well as the sacred pools. However the ride had so many twist. Due to traffic, we only had an average of 10 seconds to take pics from within the bus which by the way you'll be spending 98% of the time on. Twisting roads, all day on a bus, and short times at the main area like black sand beach we wanted to see made this a 3 star out of 5.

海のきれいさにも感動！
ただ、ここ最近では珍しいほど天候の条件が良かったらしく、特に苦労せず無人島まで辿り着けたので多少物足りなさを感じました。
カヤック経験者の方は、カヤックのみ借りて自由に動き回った方が面白いかも知れません。
あと、ランチに食べたガイドさんオススメのピザがうまかったです。

Private Town Car & SUV Airport Car Service Transportation to Waikiki & Kahala

We had Lady Luck on our side because their Lincoln town car was broken down and some prince was in town so he rented almost every car except one: their flaghship Mercedes S-Class. Talk about arriving in style and for the price of their town car. The greeting with flowers was a great first taste of aloha. Their staff was very friendly and we needed that after that long flight. Highly recommended!!

素晴らしい眺め
Reviewed by: mido, 2013/08/25カヤック初体験だったので、無人島まで行くのは大変じゃないかな？と心配しましたが、まったく問題ありませんでした!カヤックに乗りこむ前に漕ぎ方のレクチャーがあり、海に出てからもガイドさんがアドバイスしてくれます。
日頃の運動不足のせいで、腕が少し疲れましたが(^ｰ^;)、カヤックから望む素晴らしい景色でそんなものは吹っ飛んでしまいます!!!
無人島では、希望すればシュノーケルもできます。
次回はもう少し長い距離に挑戦したいなと思います。
午前中のツアーは、カヤックをSHOPからビーチまで運ぶのですが、台車が付いていたので、ラクラクでしたよ。台車から下ろして、砂浜の上を移動させるのが少し大変でした(といっても、ほんの少しの距離です)

Unfortunately it was a morning tour - but we had tickets for 2 PM? Having paid so far in advance it was a little annoying to have to wait for an hour on the stand by line. We never saw the Missouri - just the Punchbowl cemetary - so I think we should get a partial refund on this one as well.

Olav was our driver/guide and was a walking encyclopedia of knowledge about all things Pearl Harbor and December 7, 1941 (and before). This tour is a MUST if you are a history buff. If we have the opportunity to return to Hawaii we will definitely do this tour again.

Good Tour
Reviewed by: RSK, 2013/08/14Good tour for the price. Worth having someone pick you up and do the driving. We wish we had more time on the Missouri and to see the museums back on Ford Island. We drove from Honolulu, to Pearl Harbor to get tickets, back to Honolulu for the tour, then to Pearl Harbor, and then back to Honolulu. I would have preferred that we were picked up a bit later and have the tickets all ready for us. We barely had any breakfast and because there isn't much time, we didn't eat from 6:30 am to almost 4 pm. Our tour guide was very courteous and informative (Marlan).

Load up on Dramamine and take the morning trip

And I wasn't the only one affected, there were 6 other people hanging their heads over the side of the boat with me. This excursion is definately a do-over only next time I'll take the morning trip and start loading up on dramamine the night before. I want to mention, though, that the captain and crew were very nice and knowledgeable of sharks and shark conservation and I will go with this company again.

シーカヤック初挑戦
Reviewed by: H&Y, 2013/08/11今回シーカヤック初挑戦でしたが、大変楽しかったです。途中、バランスを崩して横転してしまいましたが、ガイドのジョーダン君にすぐに立て直してもらい、楽しく過ごせました。無人島では景色が良かったのでカメラを持ってくれば良かったと思いました(防水の荷物入れを貸してくれます)。次回は必ず持っていこうと思います。カイルアのビーチは本当に気持ちよく、ツアー前半の自由時間はレンタルのゴザを敷いてぼーっとするのも気持ち良いかもしれません。余談ですが、お昼のプレートランチのテリヤキチキンも美味しかったです。

Big Island Volcanoes Tour
Reviewed by: FPDoc, 2013/08/08We very much enjoyed this tour, our tour guide Captain Ron was informative and entertaining and also attentive to our needs (appropriate bathroom breaks, breakfast needs, etc). The volcanoes are amazing! We have 3 kids (Ages 14, 11 and 8) and traveled with friends who have teenage/young adult children and a good time was had by all. My kids loved climbing on the lava rocks and it kept them entertained. The sites in Hilo that we went to were beautiful. Since there was 10 of us, we decided to save a little money and use Go! Airlines instead of Hawaiian Air. Big mistake. They were 2.5 hours late on the flight back from Hilo to Honolulu, which was a big deal with 10 very tired people who were already jetlagged. After reading the reviews for Go! Airlines, it seems like this is a very common occurrence. The ticket agent sent us to the wrong gate, and there was very little communication as the why the flight was late or when we were leaving. Spend the extra cash and fly Hawaiian.

Better last time
Reviewed by: Karmine, 2013/08/06I went on this 3 yrs ago and it was much more fun. They no longer feed the sharks and they stuffed the tank with too many people. Last time it was 4 ppl inside cage this time they put 8 ppl in it!!
Aloha Karmine, We apologize that we didn't exceed your expectations this time, We will strive to do better on the next. We upgraded our cage less than a year ago and it is now about 65% bigger than it was back 3 years ago. Being the shark tour with the biggest cage, we currently average 5 - 8 people maximum at any given time. We have upgraded our boats within the past 2 years since 3 of our boats were burned back in 2011. We hope to better service you on your next trip out here. それも経験ということで♪
海は想像以上にきれいでした。
海ガメにもにカヤックで、二回見れました(*^^*)
シュノーケルはあんまり…でしたが、ランチは選べて
よかったです。おいしかった。
時間があったので、ランチ後にレンタサイクルで
街を散策しにいきました。
時間もちょうどよく、いいツアーでした。

My driver Mark was professional and helpful, the car clean and comfortable. It was so good I organised the same service for an associate flying in a few days later and after her particularly difficult flight, delays etc, Mark was there ready and waiting. I don't recommend very often but this service is definitely worth the effort.

Blue Hawaiian Helicopter Tours from Honolulu - Oahu Circle Island Flights
AWESOME.
Reviewed by: kevin gaines, 2013/08/04This was my first time ever taking a helicopter trip or tour of any kind. So I was a tad nervous in doing it. But I said to hell with it I am going to do it. And I am sooooo glad that I did. The pictures from high above Honolulu was so worth the money and time I spent being a part of this like once in a life time adventure! Julie my helicopter pilot with Blue Hawaiian was a great professional and very friendly and pointed out all the highlights of our 50 minute tour. Blue Hawaiian was the best and for an extra $25 dollars at the end of your tour you can purchase a DVD of your flight with camera's in and out the helicopter. I had a blast and look at my pictures daily from my helicopter tour. I totally recommend this company and tour for memories of a lifetime! Can't go wrong with Blue Hawaiian at all!!!

Polynesian Cultural Center Tour Ticket - Full Day Admission, Dinner & Show
Very good

The only bad thing was not being able to take pictures during the breath of life show and no air movement. Show was great but very warm. Wish I could have taken pictures.

Too much driving
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2013/07/14Haleakala is not to be missed. To drive all that way and spend a total of 45 minutes at the top was not so good. Too much sitting in the van driving from one sight to another. The most time spent in one place was the resturant for lunch. And way do we need to be back at the airport at 3:30 for a 7:30 flight? Luckily a few of us spoke up and we went to a nice small town and did some shopping and saw some more sights on our own. We got to the airport at 5 and had plenty of time. Do not go on this tour but do it by yourself by renting a car.
