Worth the time & money!
Reviewed by: Kait & Sean, 2021/08/02We took the morning tour and we got a lot of time to snorkel and hung out with 3 sea turtles (with a safe distance away of course!). I appreciate how our local staff emphasized the importance of keeping safe the reef & the animals who call the ocean home. We got access to paddle boards and delicious coffee! Thanks again for a great time!

Highlight!

We brought our 4 year old twins and they thoroughly enjoyed the boat/crew/sights. Loved that we could bring our own drinks and snacks. Highly recommended! Will do again on our next visit back!

Service: the staff were super nice and knowledgeable. They showed real interest in thwir jobs, always asked to help with taking pictures.
Quality: tour quality was top notch. We got to do a nice little hike, saw different movie sets, and had lots of time to take pictures. It was a bumpy ride but fun
Cleanliness: restrooms are very clean. They were the big portable ones that get parked. In California one of those would be the most disgusting thing, you would rather hold it in. But here it was so clean and everything was well kept.
Overall: highly recommend this tour. I would suggest getting the all around tour though if you have the time

The location is phenomenal and the scenery is like a postcard photo, at every angle. Please be advised, this is NOT like the ATV tour. I thought we'd get out at more stops, but we didn't. None the less, it was fun and worth the money!

Dont sleep on this!

No issues getting in. I heard a lot of positive reviews from this luau, unfortunately bc of covid some of the activities I was looking forward to were not available. Still a good show! Would book with them again

West Oahu Dolphin Watch & Reef Snorkel Tour with Ocean Activities - Iruka Hawaii
Not covid safe
Reviewed by: Sheila, 2021/07/31While the tour itself was great- we did see dolphins and turtles- this company has no regard for covid protocols. They pick you up and I asked prior to see if they enforced masks on the bus- as that is the law. They assured me they were. When we got picked up the driver wasn’t wearing a mask! When I asked him he basically ignored me. Half the passengers weren’t. My family double masked but with no windows open it was very unsafe. If you want a safe experience- I would not pick this company.

Amazing experiences swimming with dolphins!

Best sunset cruise for your dollar!

Never Again

How am I expected to eat while I bob up and down on the ocean. Table, uhhh NO…The crew was more concerned with their good time & conversation. The ship was beautiful, the view was lovely but definitely not worth what I paid. I did the same sail for $50 minus the “dinner”.

Beautiful Sandbar but waves dependent on weather
Reviewed by: Mitch, 2021/07/28We went out on a cloudy morning accompanied by showers. The waves were choppy too. The sandbar was beautiful despite the weather, didn’t see any turtles on the sandbar but my daughter and husband who went with the snorkeling group saw turtles by the reef. The current was stronger there though but Kevin, the tour guide made sure everyone was safe. There was not enough paddle boards nor floaties for everyone on board and some groups hugged theirs till the end. We shared our paddle board with another couple. Trevor was okay but he tended to give attention to certain groups whereas Kevin was the one whom I have noticed that was attentive to everyone.
Aloha Mitch, we're very sorry for the disappointment for not being able to see the turtles. Mostly they are in the reef area, sometimes it can be seen around the boat. Hopefully on your next visit, you'll see more turtles

Definitely worth it
Reviewed by: Lindsey , 2021/07/27We had a great time on the snorkel trip! The crew was very friendly and helpful and the setup (paddle birds, floaties, etc) was great. We were skeptical at first that we would see any turtles, but one came right up to the boat and swam around with us while we were swimming and then we saw several more on the snorkel trip around the reef. Highly recommend this activity!

Reviewed by: Hiro, 2021/07/21参加者は半分以上が日本人以外で、ガイドの説明も基本はすべて英語でした。日本式のきめ細かいツアーを予想していたので、少し期待が外れましたが、スタッフは優しく丁寧に対応してくださりそれはそれで楽しめました。スタッフの一人が日本人なので必要ならば日本語で対応してもらえます。
サンドバーでは、腰の上あたりまで水がありました。当日は風と波が強く、浮かんでいると流されるので、少し大変でしたが、泳いだり、シュノーケリングをしたりと楽しめました。風がなければ、もっと水が澄んでいてきれいなのかもしれません。
ウミガメはサンドバーではいませんでしたが、行き帰りの船の上から数匹確認できました。
もう一度参加して、今度は風のない状況で試してみたいです。

Just ok..save your money

Meat/cheese. Best part was the bag of chips! Mai tais had no alcohol. Save your money not worth it. Today, I saw more turtles when I was surfing by the hotel.

Great Time at Kaneohe sandbar

They were very welcoming and provided guidance and supervision during the trip to make sure everyone was safe. I was able to see many turtles and beautiful corals while also enjoying the paddle board provided by the crew. I highly recommend this trip for anyone looking to spend a great morning (or afternoon) to enjoy some of the best nature in Oahu.

Great for beginners!

Rain comes and goes but the sandbar and the ocean was still warm and beautiful. I would like to thanks Trevor for helping me overcome my fear of the ocean overall. Lol. Without him I wouldn’t have gone beyond the sandbar. You rock!! I had the pleasure of seeing turtles, small colorful fishes, and of course the beautiful reef. Thank you Captain Bruce for such a great hospitality. I will definitely come back with a group of families in the near future!

A must do if you're visitting Oahu
Reviewed by: Kat, 2021/07/14I've been to Oahu many times and had always wanted to go to the sandbar but didn't get the chance to until now.
I booked the morning tour on July 8th of this year, and boy it was a beautiful day. It was cloudy the day I arrived in Oahu so I was worried about the weather.
Captain Bruce had 2 boats full of tourists out that day. We didn't meet Captain Bruce. Instead we got Captain Robin and his assistant Irvin.
Both men were so nice and helpful. They let you go off on your own, but at the same time, kept an eye on you from a distance, to make sure you don't hurt yourself or get in trouble when you're out in the water.
There were lots of watersports to do, all provided free of charge. Chips and non-alcoholic beverages were also provided free of charge.
I had a wonderful time.
The views were stunning anywhere you look. I want to go back there again. I will pick them again. Their price is cheaper compared to the others, and the staffs are awesome friendly people.
It bothered me that many people left without tipping the crew. That was not cool.

Hollywood movies sites tour leaves much to be desired

I expected from the pictures to have more interaction with the sets, particularly for jurassic park for which a picture is prominently posted next the movie site tour online and even in the review panel. In reality they used the movie tour to try and up sell you to go on other tours where you can do what was in their pictures. Even if this were ok its a mute point as the up sold tours were not available even if you wanted to go on them. Really disappointed and feel a bit lied to. Beautiful location, otherwise i missed everything i actually wanted and expected to see.

Great Time!

We had a great view of Waikiki. Read carefully though - dinner is not included as part of the sail even though it’s called a sunset dinner sail with BYOB!
