Great day on Kaneohe Bay

2nd the crew was great, super friendly, knowledgeable of history of the area old and current.
Professional attitude and service, felt safe and comfortable the entire trip.
3rd we saw a lot of sea turtles from the boat and saw one underwater next to the coral reef snorkeling.
A lots of fish on the reef. Warm fresh water rinse and warm beverages after 90 minute snorkeling period.
Lastly the boat was Captained very well and the mooring was pretty cool to watch. We highly recommend.

Super amazing cruise

It started to get so fun as soon as we got on the boat
All the activities were fantastic. We enjoyed every moment on the cruise so time went by very fast.

Hawaii Nautical Waikiki Deluxe Snorkel with Turtles Tour from Kewalo Harbor
Best experience ever!!
Reviewed by: azrigsby, 2022/11/08This was a wonderful trip. The crew was phenomenal. They were very attentive to the passengers and were extremely knowledgeable about the area and the marine life present. In addition to the turtles promised, we even spotted the first whales of the season (quite early, in fact) and had dolphins come right up to use within the reef, also a rare happening. One of the nicest things about this group is that, even though their vessel can hold up to 80 passengers, they keep the number of people in the group small in order to make it a much more enjoyable and interactive experience. I would highly recommend this group for their professionalism and attention to detail. If I had more time on my trip, I believe I would have taken this trip again or one of their other offerings. It is WELL WORTH the low price, and I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a truly magical snorkeling adventure.

Smooth and Easy Tour for just a Mom with a Small Kid

Everything ran smoothly -- from the hotel pick up to the drop off.
The orientation was a good way to detail important instructions.
The Kualoa Ranch is so breathtaking that even down times were utilized to just explore.
The tour guide was hilarious, entertaining, and informative. Also helpful whenever we needed photo ops.

スカイダイビングは最高・動画の撮り忘れ

上空から虹も見る事ができたし、空飛んでいる間色んなポーズをしてとても楽しい時間を過ごせました。
ただ1点だけ、上空での動画の撮り忘れがありました。新婚旅行の記念に残したかったのでとても残念でした。
私と同じ名前のツアー参加者がいたので、間違えられていた様です。その人の動画と写真はあったのですが、私の分は動画も写真もありませんでした。
運が悪かっただけかと思ったのですが、口コミに私以外の方もカメラ関係のトラブルがあったことが記載されていたので、この会社は以前から同様のミスがあっても対策されていない様です。
受付で記載した契約書にもビデオをオプションで選択したことを追記していただいていたので、防げるミスだったかと思います。
インストラクターさんからはきちんと謝罪もありましたし、翌日なら再度飛べること（当日中はお店が閉店するから無理でした。翌日は他の予定があったので結局再度飛ぶことはしませんでした。）、市内まで車で送ろうか、と提案もしてくださりました。インストラクターさんはとても良い方だったと思います。

オプション申込の内容が残念だが、景色はよかった

スパークリングワインはボトル１本で美味しかった。
記念写真は、夫婦に各１枚もらえた。各々が貰えることが分かっていれば、違うポーズをとったのだが、特に説明もないまま撮影されたため、同じような写真を２枚貰うことになり、残念です。
ドリンクは、ウエルカムドリンク＋２杯の計３杯分提供されると、乗船時に説明があったが、結果的には、ウエルカムドリンクは、オプションで注文したスパークリングワインにされてしまった。これを船内の店員に申し出たが受け入れられませんでした。コースの内容はしっかりと船内の店員にも教育をしてほしいと思いました。
クルーズ中に見えるダイヤモンドヘッド、ワイキキホテル群の景色はよかったです。
食事は、普通に美味しかったです。

Anniversary Sunset Cruise
Reviewed by: Tony S, 2022/10/24The pickup was quick and efficient and comfortable from the bus tour company. The guide told us what to expect before we arrived and showed a safety video while we were driving. From there we were escorted to the boat. Then swiftly seated at our table. The inside of the ship was very nice and tables were set and ready to receive us. We were right next to the stage. The live music was awesome and our entertainment was nonstop from a ukulele Hawaiian singer to Jazz saxophone player with a singer, then an amazing array of traditional Hawaiian dancers that brought excitement and energy to the cruise. The day went was Friday so the captain stayed out longer for the Fireworks at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. (Caution if you get motion sickness take precautions Dramamine or motion sickness bands are a must. No joke) It was our wedding anniversary we had the best time and the lobster and steak were amazing.

Wouldn’t be ideal for non swimmers
Reviewed by: Cici, 2022/10/21First of all the bus that picked us up was old and need some works done. A 45 minute drive turned into a 11/2 hour drive. We picked the sand bar as my husband and I both can’t swim. I was pleased that we got to do some snorkeling together. We did see some turtles as well.
Then it was the deeper sea snorkeling. I was so afraid of the deep sea. So we ended up waiting in the boat for over an hour.
There are actually a few coaches on the boat. If they would Guide us through that would be a lot easier.
We just felt left out from the whole group.
